The room was not cleaned after three days of stay. After telling the room service, it was still not cleaned. The bath towels were not changed. I woke up several times after turning off the air conditioner

The service was exceptional. They kindly allowed us to check in early unexpectedly

The breakfast is also OK, but it ends early, so I only had it twice during my five-day stay. Opposite is a plaza, which has restaurants and supermarkets, and a Korean barbecue restaurant that tastes really good

The room is large and clean, and comfortable to stay in. The lobby provides free coffee and fruit, and there is a coin-operated laundry room, which is very convenient and practical

Everything was good from the check in to leaving staff were super nice very helpful and respectful the room was clean can’t complain recommend it the best stay

Bed was ok not the best but the front desk men were helpful while checking in. Housekeeping is every other day. Made sure to grab extra towels

Hotel was nice and spacious. Very clean. my family and I were going to Magic Kingdom. Grateful that it was not too far from the park. Will be coming back here in the future

The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped. It's genuinely close to Disney. You need to book the shuttle within 24 hours in advance. The shuttle is shared with other hotels, so it's best to book early

A few places near by to eat and shop like target, five below, lime restaurant, a bbq restaurant, and gyu kaku. But the food by the bar was actually good and they have complimentary breakfast

You can walk to the hotel in front and catch the shuttle from there; it leaves promptly, which is great. The return trip is also by shuttle; just wait in the parking lot

The room is cleaned every other day, which wasn't as bad as I expected. Breakfast was a typical, decent continental spread

We settled on Country Inn because it’s proximity to the airport. It was the best choice of all. Morning breakfast with a different menu each day, and all the coffee you need

Location: pretty good! Around a lot of food and gas location! Room and Service: the rooms are pretty good! Service was nice, they were very nice at the counter, especially because they were a large group! Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

Easy to get to by bus from the airport , bed was comfy, room was good, everything was clean and comfortable, breakfast in the morning had a good selection of things and could go back for more if you were hungry, staff were friendly and free tea and coffee, also had a free shuttle service to and from the airport, deposit was given back quickly too via card

One of the best beds in Florida😁 Just 5min away from airport. Clean,quiet hotel. Shuttle every 30 min. Definitely recommend if u need to stay near the airport

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel ( no charge) was easy and quick. Also, the hotel will take you to any location (ANY) within 2 miles

We enjoyed our time at the hotel. Everyone was very nice. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious.

Very courteous staff. They turned down the beds entryway and provided fresh towels without asking. The outdoor pool is heated. Not the kiddie splash pool though. The children enjoyed themselves.

A very nice hotel on international drive, the person who checked me in was a nice guy, everything is nearby

The room is big, the facilities are good, and the service staff is friendly. It is located next to the conference center, there is a bus stop across the road, and there is a bar street not far away. Overall, it is good.

Room was spotless! After requesting an extended day stay Due to weather conditions, the hotel doubled the hotel rates. This was very disappointing!

It was a great stay. My only complaint was the fire alarms going off at least once a day. Good coffee and cute pool as well as a great location! Very clean and pristine hotel.

I had to stop unexpectedly during a bad storm, and I’m so glad I found this SpringHill Suites. I needed somewhere safe, clean, and comfortable, and this hotel checked every box

Very spacious , newly renovated room, quick overnight only got to enjoy for 5 hours but will definitely book again when traveling thru Orlando

Room is a nice size and clean. Bathroom needs grab bar near toilet. Breakfast was very nice. Maybe more fruit choices.

The cleanliness in building 1 unit 1209 was so appreciated. You could smell the fresh laundry, and the bathroom was just as clean! The pool was heated and felt perfect for my 8 year old

Beautiful property in a great location. I was there for a trade show at the convention center and this place was very close to that and right next door to sea world.

Rooms were clean and comfortable but needs to have upgrade to a modern field and look still looks like 1990s. They offered a modern room for charge all rooms should be the same cost

The only downfalls are the office being marked with a lightup sign for the restaurant and not the name of the condominiums so its hard to tell at night thats where you check in, there are no overhead lights in the rooms, just dim outdated lamps that are not all connected to outlets

Would most definitely use again! All of the amenities that I look for. Full kitchen, balcony, great assistance and friendly staff. Very accommodating.

This place was super clean and perfect for a group stay of any kind! I was surprised by the mini kitchenette, which came in hand several nights

Spacious rooms, great desk staff, cute hotel for a family of 4 who need more space than a typical hotel but not needing resort style amenities ( like during winter when pools are too cold) right across the street from the Orlando eye and many restaurants and activities!

The location of the hotel is good, opposite the main street of the amusement park, there are many dining options The room facilities are what we want. The equipment and tableware are complete and the space is large

Best think about this place is location, location, just across the street of restaurants and other entertaiment spots. Rooms are fair, quite acomodating, and more important reasonable priced

Love that they have starbucks coffee and their hot sandwich for breakfast is very good. rooms are very spacious and good. hotel is a small one and is infront of orlando eye

Vanessa was amazing throughout the whole stay! I loved my Starbucks coffee but Vanessa she made my stay their amazing! I cannot speak about her enough

The room is clean and quiet. The location is a little outside, but not far from Disney. There are outlets around, which is convenient for shopping. The hotel service is good.

This hotel is strategically located for ease of travel to major theme parks. Basic amenities are all available, and there’s a one time shuttle in the morning

It’s about 15mins walk to target and 5-10mins walk to nearby eateries. We felt really safe around the area too!

We never ate at the restaurant or the bar just because we have family in Orlando. It looked clean and everyone seemed to enjoy breakfast

Everything is good just the schedule for the shuttle bus is quite bad and impossible to find

Room was clean, the AREA, your SURROUNDINGS, is perfect. Literally 15 minutes from everything. There are new apartments in the backside of the hotel and it is beside a Home2 Suites by Hilton

Those issues didn’t make the pool area very inviting

I can’t comment on parking because we used the hotel shuttle. Omar was very nice and went above and beyond for all my guests that was going on my 60th birthday cruise the next day

The location to the airport is great. The food options are plentiful. They have free laundry to boot. You just need to provide your laundry soap and stuff. They have a pool that isn’t heated

The room was perfect for our needs. I love this style room! The shuttle service to and from the airport was idea. We would stay here again!

Room was very nice. Comfortable bed and nice suite layout. Will definitely stay here again if back in Orlando.

The ONLY issue I had with this property was that the furniture in the room I was given had a slight smell to it and was scratched up by what I can only presume was a cat that previously stayed in that unit

Only downside if you are an early bird, there is no coffee until 6am, so you would need to get it outside. I was in a "premium" room equipped with micro and fridge but no coffee maker (!?)

The place was clean and comfortable, and friendly. The location is very good, near main attractions and easy to travel

This is the bestplace ever miss jessica and ivory are both just ao awesome

However, I recommend it and would stay again there

Complimentary hot breakfast, hot coffee all day and night long, 24/7 pool access, what more could I ask for? Perfect location where it’s not too busy unlike International Drive. So far I’m enjoying my stay here

The hotel is fairly close to the parks, with a 15-20 minute ride. There are a lot of fun things to do around the area that are within walking distance as well as food options

The customer service at this hotel was excellent! We had a late flight the day of checkout and they allowed us to extend our checkout time a few hours for free

This hotel was more than I expected. Kind and friendly service, large and spacious clean rooms, spacious bathroom

The mattress is a little bit firm, but it’ll do. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel

There is a coat hanger and large mirror by the door. The staff is great! If you need anything all you have to do is ask. They have a large eating area in the lobby and a grill and patio set

They had a well kept breakfast area for in the morning. I wish there was a curtain or door for the shower and the one time I needed lotion there wasn't any in the room. Otherwise very nicely kept and designed well

Very accommodating and cozy decor. They made sure my room was extra clean and allergy free. Nice bonus if a mini kitchenette, I didn't realize or I would have brought groceries to cook

Great location. Convenient to anything you could think of. From Walmarts to Targets, grocery stores, shopping malls etc. staff was always very friendly too!

They had sold out the night before; however, the front staff (Stacy) was able to find us a room. Therefore, we were only homeless for about 3 hours

The breakfast was great with omelettes made to order and a variety of of fruit and pastries etc. The pool area was a bit shabby and needed a good clean however

Great hotel- I always love Embassy Suites because of the separate bedroom which makes it very quiet. Super nice lady let me check in early which was wonderful after a long trip. Nice happy hour and great breakfast

Stayed here in May 2025 - hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Shuttle picked us up from the airport within minutes. Breakfast buffet was delicious - they will make you fresh omelets / eggs

Lovely suite on high floor with a separate lounge and two televisions. We enjoyed the Managers reception and free snacks and nibbles for a couple of hours as well as a gin and a glass of wine

Room was great and clean except for the headboard which was filthy. Tried to clean it and got some off but still bad. But overall a great place and I would stay again

I unfortunately could not use the airport shuttle because my flight left before it began running for the day. But staff members were polite, cheerful, and on hand during breakfast in case guests needed anything.

The window blinds could not be rolled down. Called front desk, waited for hours without seeing a maintenance person being sent over. Eventually the front desk person came but couldn’t fix the problem

We stayed here for 2 nights in March 2025. Hotel was still finishing up some renovations , the pool was still closed. Our room was great super clean and nicely decorated,beds were comfortable

This place is great, clean, my room was nice. Easy check-in. Snacks in the front reception area. Pool, fitness room. Only thing is a little noisier than I expected but once I was in my room, it was quieter. ?

Used the free shuttle to Universal very close to park. My only recommendation to the hotel is in regards to the free continental breakfast. I wish they had eggs, bacon or sausage

Loved the decor in the lobby. Rooms were clean with comfortable pillows and blankets. Pleasant surprise to see hot breakfast at a quality inn. Will definitely be back next time we are visiting the theme parks

We arrived at dusk and were in our room in less than 15 minutes with all of our gear for the week. We were even given an upgrade on our reservation without even knowing and were booked in a suite

Really nice hotel. Wasn't able to enjoy the full breakfast due to COVID (we had brown bag breakfasts) but I definitely would go back. Also has shuttle to Universal.

Bed was comfortable, great staff! Only complaint walls were kinda thin and had a heavy smell of cleaner! But better than a stinky smell! Is a nice hotel for the price!!! Would stay again! Wouldn’t mind a water bottle filing station in Lobby! Check out and In process was great!

Great staff, very nice room with desk space & plenty of drawer space. A separate desk in the lobby with attendant to provide tourist information about area parks. Provides a shuttle to and from parks.

The hotel was simple! 10 minute drive to Universal Parks, 15-20 minutes to Walt Disney World, Starbucks walking distance

But i mean its far enough for the price we pay. Theres nothing to complain about the hotel at this price. They are really doing good for the price. Forgot to say that they allowed very early check-in like 3 hrs early

The room was clean, staff was nice. ADA accommodation was well laid out. Deducted one star for the blood stain on the lamp shade.

We stayed for one night and check in was seamless. We asked for extra pillows and they couldn’t give us any. The hotel was clean, but the shower had a draining problem and the walls were peeling

Can't say enough about the super nice staff that make you feel at home! Nice rooms with all the amenities. Big choice of complimentary breakfast you get. I would definitely recommend this hotel

What made our stay was the impeccable service of Ramon and Hector. Ramon was always very helpful and friendly and very informative. Just because of them, I loved the hotel. The room was better than many I have stayed at

They were make-your-own Mickey Mouse waffles. They had juice, biscuits, English muffins, coffee, many choices. Elevator needs your room key to function. They have a gym and a laundry room

The bathroom had a sliding door. The pull out bed had crumbs in it from previous guest. The room was rather big was a TV that was not placed at an optimal place for all 3 of us to see

Very wonderful staff and great sleeping accommodations. I slept like a baby my whole stay. Again, the staff made this stay wonderful

I usually pass on hotel breakfast because I prefer something other than prepacked foods but the waffles were decent. Overall I would stay here again. Location is great for the area. Easy to get on where I needed to go

When we went to the front desk to advise they had been deactivated before checkout time and we still needed to get in our room to verify we didn't leave anything behind, we were met with a snobby, passive aggressive response from the desk clerk on duty

No sign of repair, just covered by the curtain. As far as the bathroom goes, hair from the previous guest was still on the floor and black mildew was visible on the ceiling in the shower

Paired with everything else, her attitude and handling of the situation is what ultimately made our decision that we'll reserve at the Spark by Hilton located next door our next stay

Checkout is at 11:00am, yet housekeeping disregarded the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door and knocked shortly before 10:00am

The only downside was our card key had to be renewed every day despite different staff trying to programme it. I didn't look at the pool as I was so busy with the theme parks and local spots

This location was absolutely perfect with everything at your doorstep! Wifi was perfect too! We were able to pay to stay for a late check out which was incredibly kind

The receptionist was super friendly! I had an issue with the first room, and she kindly changed it for me. I don’t know her name, but she covered the overnight shift

The air conditioning was actually far beyond my expectations it was always cool in our room. It was a spacious room and the staff were really fantastic to us

The first room was in very poor condition, The second room was appropriate for what I paid

The people in the comments below really don’t know the changes this place got. Is quiet at night no more hookers and drug dealers walking around like zombies. Good job to the people in charge of this place

Mostly normal stay My visit this time was average. Only issue was seeing 2 live cockroaches, again. But other then that it was nice and the employee who checked me in was friendly.

Simple room with good shower, TV, AC and a bed. Bigger bed for 2 would have been nice. 1 night Towels were not replaced and bed not made but no big deal got fresh towels from front desk

I stay here back in 2016 boy oh boy what a mess they have. I decided to give it another try since I was in Orlando for work and what a MAJOR difference

The room was very nice and upgraded. The staff was very kind and polite. I will visit again next time i am in Winter Park, Florida.

Most people here are here long term, but it is clean safe and very quiet. Plus there are great shopping close by.
