Let’s get the bad out of the way first. Room service food that I ordered was $50 and the chicken strips and fries came from the in house restaurant and they are hard as a rock. Not something that’s okay from a 5 star resort. Also, regarding deposits, that I didn’t know until I checked in. They take a $200 deposit for EACH night you stay. Not only that, but I checked out a month ago now and I still haven’t received it back because I used a debit card.
The good: Everything else is amazing. Top tier service from the moment you arrive to when you leave. Views are stellar depending on your room choice and the luxury beach view room I stayed in was incredible. Only about a ten minute walk from the beach and you are near Luxury Row and many other great shops.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach, offers an exceptional stay. The suites are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed with breathtaking ocean views. The amenities, including the infinity pool and well-equipped fitness center, are top-notch. Staff provided outstanding service, making us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout the stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Waikiki Beach and great dining and shopping options. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing experience in Waikiki!

Luxury, comfort and service. Modern, high end design throughout, from valet, to pools, to rooms and on site dining. Exceptional service provided by the staff, from concierge to housekeeping. Personalized service, attention to detail, and a warm welcome. Prime location - walking distance to dining, shops and the beach. Top-tier service, and a quieter, refined experience compared to some of the busier resorts in the area.

The ritz Carlton indeed lives up to its name. The quality of service is superb -
From the lobby to the restaurants and everything in between they treat you with respect and love.
The rooms are extremely comfortable with beautiful views.
There is nothing but good things to say about everyone who works here.

A beautiful property including our room, with excellent service!
We were well taken care of on our honeymoon.
Also, we forgot a very sentimental and valuable item and when we got in touch the Ritz Management quickly searched the room and got back to us on how to get the item to us as quickly and safely as possible!
Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Great hard rock in Honolulu. Had good meals there, and friendly staff. Restaurant level open along roadside looking out onto Kalakaua Ave, main shopping road through Waikiki.

Went there to try their Breakfast. I'm traveling alone so didn't want to sit at a table. I asked to be served at the bar. Problem is the bar wasn't open yet. It would open in 15 - 30 minutes. That's fine, I don't mind waiting. Because it's gimmicky and well established, the staff didn't feel the need to provide good customer service.
After waiting for 30 minutes, nobody came up to me to ask how I was, or if I'd like a coffee or water. I left, without eating or drinking anything, to go to a place that valued my business.
The good news is they thanked me as I exited.

Love this restaurant! Been there 4 times and the food has been great every time. The service has been great too. If you love to people watch than ask to sit by the rail to the outside. Fun experience and at certain times they have live music. The ambience is smooth, while the music is soothing. Highly recommend if your in the area.

Ordered the Kalua Benedict. The first eggs were cooked the whole way through. The server brought more that looked like they were microwaved on a plate. They were raw. I got both extremes and needed some middle ground. Avoid the place for breakfast.

Great Venue, food was delicious aaaaaaaaaand a big shout out to Jeffery our Waiter, who went over and beyond to keep us satisfied. It has been incredibly entertaining to talk to you and thanks for keeping our Ice Teas refilled faster, than we were able to drink them.
5 Stars and more to be given.
