It was a very stylish hotel, with a great location overlooking Diamond Head. The staff were all kind and welcoming, and I never had a bad experience. I highly recommend it.

The view wasn't what I expected, but it was good enough. I was satisfied. I wondered if early check-in was possible, but I was lucky enough to be able to check in right away. The beach towels were available for unlimited rental, which was really convenient whenever I went to the beach. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

Absolutely wonderful 4-star hotel booked through Costco Travel. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. Our room was the city view king with balcony, and it was super clean and spacious. We still got a view of the ocean from a side window!
The room came with complimentary beach slippers and cute water bottle. The bathroom came equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Room service was excellent throughout.
The amenities were fantastic. There’s a decent restaurant on the third floor with a pool, a very beautiful gym on the second floor, and beach chair and towel rentals at the valet near the front desk.
Overall, I had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel and cannot recommend it enough!

We stayed here for 7 nights, and we had a wonderful time. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The view from out room was exactly as it was showed online. The coffee shop is excellent! I signed up for surf lessons through the shop located in the building. The instructors were fun and informative. The location is great. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

My wife and I had debated for years on visiting Hawaii and finally opted to book a trip. We went through Costco because of the amazing deal we could not pass up. We loved that the hotel was right across from the beach and had a view of Diamond Head crater. I have to stay, we were not disappointed one bit! The service was outstanding, rooms were always clean/tidy, and the amenities were perfect! The food at the Deck restaurant was amazing! Can’t forget the coffee from Knots Coffee Roasters, our go to was the Breezy Brown Sugar Latte with a pump of white chocolate mocha DELICIOUS! My only critique would be the parking. When we arrived there was no sign where to go, however the valet drivers helped guide us to the front desk. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. We got balcony room facing diamond head and it was totally worth it. The rooms were clean and was just pure bliss to sit in balcony facing zoo. You might some animals too. It's 2 min walk from Queen's beach and is surrounded by good breakfast options. The best part about hotel was the Knotts Coffee Roasters, we absolutely loved coffee and their banana toast. Would definitely recommend.

The second hotel on Oahu Island. It is much more lively than Prince's. The hotel has Chinese guides. The environment is very fashionable. The service is good. It is next to the zoo. Transportation, dining, shopping, and the beach are all very convenient.

Debated on staying here or right on Waikiki beach with my family. Glad we stayed here. It was away from the crowds but walking distance to the beach. It wasn’t as noisy and woke up to birds chirping since we were next to the zoo.
We made leis on our last day which was a cool way to send us back home. Front desk were pleasant. They were able to hold our backs for $2 per bag at check out since our flight was later in the day. The lobby was awesome, great place to hang out and chill with a coffee or dole whip.
Not to mention free water refill station.
Cons: depending on when you’re leaving in the morning to get your car, you may wait between 10-20 min because it was packed. It wasn’t the case for every day. The rooms were also small, no real drawers to put your clothes and just simple.

The worker had the light on "open" and a sign taped on "we will be right back"... We waited for a hour outside because there was a class going on inside and we tried to get info on when will they be "back" to serve us- the worker said the shop was CLOSED. We wasted a hour waiting. Don't waste your time if you want ice cream if you aren't prepared to spend hundreds of dollars to reserve the entire shop. Oh and the guy was extremely RUDE when he said it was CLOSED with a gesture... They are nice when they want your money, and if there is large group to reserve the shop, you can say goodbye to being treated as a human being.

If you are willing to pay $1.25 for ONE regular Oreo cookie half-dipped in chocolate, you might like this store. Everything else seemed equally overpriced, to me. Even the worker behind the counter found the pricing laughable.
The store was empty besides my wife and I and the worker for the half hour we were there. I did not find that surprising; at those prices, I imagine thay have many one-time visitors / customers.

My wife and I have a small Chocolate company in Colorado and where staying in the Queen Kapiolani for a week. We stumbled into this little shop never knowing they are serious about there sweets! I cant say we ventured into anything in Waikiki that could touch the vibe of this place. No chain, no Franchise, just pure love by the owner who was working. we talked to him for about an hour while enjoying an amazing hand pulled Vanilla Frappe with Kona Beans. He then told us about the chocolate classes and we joined for the upcoming Saturday class. We actually learned more about chocolate in the chocolate class than we ever knew from 20 years of making chocolates! This owner if very passionate about his craft as well as inspiring about Hawaiian Agriculture. Def. Hot spot while in Waikiki! Will be back!

Yes, this place is good as they say it is! I'll definitely be back for another juicy burger. There's so much flavorful packed in the meat and the condiments served on top make this place unique. There's so many types of burgers to choose from, what's awesome is the menu has pictures of what all the burgers look like (good for people who need a visual). I waited roughly 20 minutes for my burger, it was well worth the wait!

Awesome all around! Fresh made burgers. Great fries. Real ice cream shakes. No matter the toppings you can taste the beef! Guys behind the counter were great with the heavy service level. Smiles on their faces even through the language barrier with some guests. A little pricey, but what do you expect 50 m from Waikiki Beach.

famous big place for burgers... they are pretty busy. but as restaurant manager i saw many spots where they can be more efficient and quicker by just change the way how they work.... food great 5* speed 4* efficiency 2*

Great food, really cool atmosphere. This is where my fiance asked me to marry him on May 5 so this place will always hold a special place in my heart! We had an amazing experience. Our server was very friendly and the food was so good and great value for what you get. I can't wait to go back on our anniversary after we get married!!! We will always love Lulu's!

Great place especially Monday's to hang out. As world traveler definitely a spot to visit. Music is very loud though as night, must scream to communicate. Otherwise during the day one of the few restaurant spots with great sea view. Definitely good for a Magnum P.I. burger.

Awesome place to get some grub with views of Waikiki Beach. The atmosphere is very fu. And inviting. They even had live entertainment which was very enjoyable. The food here was very reasonably priced and portions are big. They also make some amazing alcoholic beverages. I definitely recommend.

My partner and I had dinner here recently. It's a cool place with an amazing view if you can get a seat on the balcony as the sun sets. If you're looking to get that perfect photo of you with your dinner and some palm trees this works. Meals are good, gluten free selection is excellent and doesn't taste like card board. Service is good and the prices are reasonable. Has good access for most people and caters to larger groups as well. I suggest booking if you don't want to be squeezed to the back corner.

Today,we wanted to get tuna sandwich.We have food restrictions.We asked person to change the knife and be careful with paper,which should not touch any other meat.The way the employee (according to him he was the manager)was really weird.He pretended not to hear what we said.It was piece of meat on cheese and we asked not to use it.He literally threw it to side,showing the worst attitude.The owner should take care of this problem and Subway should take care an action about this store do other people will not have similar experience.

I normally don't post bad reviews, but I couldn't let this one go. I went in one afternoon during what looked like a pretty slow period. There was one customer ahead of me, paying, and two walking in, with three or four staff members on (maybe more). The staff rushed through and were borderline rude in an attempt to clear their three person line. My sandwich was thrown together in a sloppy mess that fell apart as soon as I opened the paper. The bread was old and crumbly, as if it had been sitting there for days. I couldn't even finish the sandwich as there was mustard pouring out all sides of it, making it impossible to pick up. Really disappointing experience.

Who doesnt like subway, only thing local adverts say $6 for sub of the day, (footlong) but over here in waikiki its $7 not a biggy but just good to know so your not caught out

What a great place to eat dinner. The food here was fantastic! The ambiance was peaceful with some hip music. If your lucky you will catch a live music show. Some people danced while others people watched. Definitely a place for a romantic dinner. Service was top notch too. Highly recommend.

Okay so this place is amazing! We stopped by with 8 people full tourist status and they really accommodated us. The server was super busy so the manager came to the table and took care of us. The manager was the best, like no joke the best. He gave us stuff to try and was so attentive and chill. I litterally told him "just give me something good" and he no joke brought out some amazing hawaiin food. The service was excellent and the food was amazing.

Excellent waitress! Salt and Pepper shrimp- not so excellent. It’s advertised as having tail and head, but not advertised as still having poop ! Every other time we’ve ordered shell on shrimp, they had been cleaned, with the slit down the back making it easier to peel. The fish sticks were excellent! One of two coffees was served with a bonus serving of gunk off the bottom of the pot. If it were not for the great waitress, it would have been a one star. It was an expensive, disappointing first meal in Honolulu.

Really liked this place. We did find the server person at the who seats everyone to be dismissive of those who had not had reservations. Some people were genuinely upset by her.
Otherwise the food is good, access is easy and the drinks are fun. View is spectacular and particularly at sunset you get one of the best framed views with the palm trees. Worth dropping in, with a reservation prior as to not be dismissed at the door.

We used Tiki's Grill and Bar for our wedding reception for our destination wedding. We had a fairly small group and so we held our reception in the main part of the restaurant and ordered off the main menu. The restaurant was very responsive when we were arranging the reservation. For a small fee you can add white table clothes on the tables, which was a nice touch. You can also add cake service - which includes a small table for your cake and desert plates/forks - a huge plus! Our servers were very attentive throughout our time. The food was absolutely delicious! I am gluten/dairy free so I ordered the Ratatouille Tower and added grilled chicken to it. It was my favorite meal during my entire time there, so good! The souvenir glasses they offer are fun as well, and they will rinse it and box it up for you to go at the end, which was very nice! Overall a great experience!
