First, the pool house is on the third floor, right next to the pool. Please note there's no elevator. Large luggage needs to be carried up there yourself or have the staff carry it for you, and you'll need to pay a tip. Before checking in, I requested a quiet room and sent a message to the hotel through Ctrip to confirm whether the pool house was quiet. Sadly, no one responded. As a result, they gave us a connecting room. Literally, there was only a wooden door connecting to the room next door. We could hear our neighbors talking, unpacking, and everything else. We couldn't sleep until 2 or 3 a.m. We went downstairs at 11:30 a.m. to try to change rooms, as we needed to stay for three days. They said they were fully booked, even though Ctrip and other platforms showed rooms available. They just didn't want to change us. We had to talk to Ctrip customer service, and I'm so grateful to them for their two hours of effort in contacting our agent online. We were finally able to check out and move to another hotel! This is why I always choose Ctrip. No matter which country or city you're in, they're always there to help you. They're a strong support and a customer-friendly place! I'm not a shill, nor am I specifically speaking for them. I'll complain about Ctrip's shortcomings, but their service in this area is arguably the best! I used to think booking international hotels on websites starting with "B" was great, but the after-sales service was quite frustrating! I highly recommend Ctrip, thank you for your help! (Also, the air conditioning stopped working at night and I had it repaired three times. It still didn't work until the early hours of the morning. The repairman was very friendly, but unfortunately, he couldn't fix it.)
