We never ate at the Baleen restaurant indoors, so this is in regard to appetizers ordered while at the adjacent bar or pool. The first was at the pool, which reminded me too much of bar food

Located in Sunny Isle Beach, nestled between Hollywood and Miami, this hotel provides a nice value for what they offer

The room is not very big and the bathroom facilities are relatively old, but the front desk service is good. The hotel is very close to the beach.

The hotel is very new and the location is very quiet. It is close to everything. The room is relatively large and the parking fee is $20. I will stay there again next time. Good value for money

Very clean room & lobby entrance. We loved the Christmas decorations. Staff was courteous & cookies were always available! Can't wait to come again.

The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We had a suite overlooking the bay and on the first day I looked out the window and was greeted by the sight of two dolphins frolicking in the bay

The dining was great, the pool was great, the staff was wonderful. Even when we needed to make a change to our reservation, we were accommodating well

The property was everything that I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although, I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, I’m sure it was a great as my experience.

The ocean-view rooms directly facing the sea not only boast beautiful views but are also very spacious, with balconies offering unbeatable ocean vistas. The hotel's beach service is also excellent

The room faces the sea, and the view is very comfortable. The hotel beach is not big and is shared with the hotel next door. The beach chairs are collected by the staff at about 5 or 6 pm

We also used the private beach! Please note that service to both the pool and beach ends at 5pm

However, Nobu has an adult only pool which was so peaceful and great amenity. The only two pools looked very kid friendly. The men's sauna and steam room was out of order in the spa which was disappointing

If you want to lie on the beach, you need to go early

After communicating with the front desk, they helped me upgrade to a sea view room. The room had a great view and I was very satisfied

Very comfortable stay everyone was very friendly and accommodated my every need. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the main part of the boardwalk but otherwise I give it a 10 out of a 10

We immediately noticed a smell in the room when we walked through the door. We did let the front desk know, they said they would do extra cleaning. We realized on day 2 it was coming from the drain in shower

We were disappointed with the up keep of the room for a Marriot. The balcony was small and needs cleaning!!! The location was good and breakfast served at restaurant was good

Good location of the hotel on the first the streets 2otlichnyh restaurant inside the hotel ( usually in hotels and restaurants is not impressive, immediately opposite great food and good servings of Lolos) AZABU expensive and povarenkina, the food is delicious but the portions are small

The parking was $60 and outrageous. Couldn’t access the beach or pool with room key. Shower was horrible. Didn’t allow late check out. Want a refund!

The staff was awesome! I could hear a lot of noise in the room. Unsure if it was construction or other guests being noisy. The bathtub water also was green. But the overall experience was good.

While not top of the notch, but it's clean, has private access to the beach. Staff is responsible. I would give it 3 stars although they branded as 4. Overall is good.

The overall situation is in line with the positioning of the Holiday Inn, and you can enjoy the sea and beach in Miami with a lower budget

One of the workers in the front explained everything upon arrival showed us everything in the hotel and gave us some champagne and a big bottle of san pelegrino when I told him I wasn’t drinking

My daughter and I spent a long weekend at Faena Miami. We loved our stay and were glad we choosed Faena over many other places. The hotel is beautiful and the service is phenomenal

Front desk staff were very pleasant we arrived a little early and offered a card to access the pool and get something to eat to check back in 2 hours to which the room was ready upon our return

Just got back from a stay for 5 days at the Radisson Resort Miami Beach

This hotel is so beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms are so clean, the food is delicious, the chef is amazing, best key lime pie ever, the location with access to the paved boardwalk and beach is unbelievable, the entire staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to make my first visit to Miami Beach a memorable one

My room had a beautiful ocean view and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

I especially want to mention Santiago from valet, when we arrived very late at night, he helped us with our luggage and took care of the car right away. He was extremely kind and made our arrival smooth

Loved the resort and location. Food and service were top notch and our room was beautiful. Our only complaint was the fee for beach chairs and loungers… that felt unnecessary given the cost of the room.

Beautiful hotel and great location especially if you have a cruise scheduled. Great spot for families with shallow and heated pool, on site playground, mini golf, and access to the beach as well

The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude

our room wasn’t ready which we did expect, they put our luggage in storage and gave us towel cards so we could use the pool and sunbeds, so we got changed into swimwear and had a look around, the towel guy looked a bit miserable and wasn’t very helpful and looked like he really didn’t want to be there

Which we thought would be very straightforward but it wasn’t, again the towel/pool man wasn’t very helpful, we had to down load an app, which our phones didn’t seem to like, then scan a bar code, we asked for help but he was useless

We sat for a few minutes and decided to move elsewhere. We found another pool a few floors up and just used the stairway. It was quite pleasant up there. The pool was nice and was heated

They need an easier system for using these bikes especially if you are not from the USA. We had a lovely room overlooking the sea

After us scanning and messing about trying to get these bikes out of the rack, the man watching us for about 10 minutes then said ah those bikes don’t work 😫😡. When we came back a few more bikes had been returned

We eventually got out on the bikes and went up on the coast road which was great, very busy with walkers and people running and biking, but we had a lovely time

There were just a few amenities in the bathroom and I had to request housekeeping to make the room twice during our stay because it was evening and not done yet. Only 2 receptionists and long queues

We stayed there for 3 nights and location was great! The room was average, I found it expensive and overpriced

The onsite restaurants and spa are superb, plus you have easy access to Berns. Our only issue was how thin the walls are in the hotel. You can hear not only the hallway noise, but your neighbors, too

The room for 4 people was a room for 2 with 2 beds. No space. It did not have a refrigerator, you had to request it at reception as they did not have enough for all the rooms.

It has its own beach, which is fantastic. There's an outdoor pool between the rooms and the beach, creating a relaxing resort atmosphere. You can relax in the pool in flip-flops and a swimsuit, or stroll along the beach

The pool is on the roof top and also the hotel has lounge chairs on the beach which was a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant down stairs was always full which was a good sign

We stayed in room 211, the layout was good. The bath was in the back of the room and we had space for our luggage and to use the desk. They had a great coffee maker with real creamer and Splenda

The coffee was good quality coffee and the little bar down stairs was always open and someone helpful was available

The hotel was a walking distance from Ocean Blvd and also Española Way which is another tourist attraction

You have to pay almost $40 resort fee per day and for this there is a a small gym and small pool on the fourth floor and you get to use a beach lounger although we visited on a very windy day so couldn’t use these

The hotel was easy to find, limited parking on top but they have an underground parking facility. Overall we were satisfied except remeber the gate code to get in and out of the beach

The only minor thing was that the outdoor pool and hot tub were under repair which was clearly stated prior to booking (Nov/Dec 24’). Excellent indoor pool and hot tub made up for it

Being right on the beach was a huge plus, and the easy check-in and convenient parking made everything even smoother
