And again the mattress is trash Pool is small Pool food is not good and overpriced No lunch place except the pool and the menu isn’t very good for lunch Rooms need some snacks or a snack shop the premise would be nice

It's very nice hotel only one small comment its difficult to reach your room You need two different elevators in different area . But all are great

Great location in Brickell, you can walk to the Brickell Mall in less than 10mins

However we had to ask for basic things in the room like toothbrushes, room slippers, etc robe (they only gave us one) The breakfast was good

After communication between Ctrip, the front desk and the restaurant, this problem was solved. The restaurant environment is very clean and of a certain grade

 You can notice the pool is old but it was clean.  We did receive free breakfast but when we arrived for the meal we were told they did not have any juice which I absolutely cannot believe

Great hotel in a great location. Lobby and rooftop were beautiful. Rooms were stylish, a bit dimly lit. Very cool place. Wait for breakfast was absurd, and service was a bit iffy.

The room was large and well-equipped, though the lighting was a bit dim. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and there was no rush to check out (which is rare in the US)

Each night you stay, you get two drink coupons (we were given four for our two-night stay) that you can redeem for cocktails at the rooftop bar

Good spacious hotel and good service with fully equipped hotel.

  All in all it was a beautiful two days and I would return

Once the beach was to cool we sat by the pool and Dede continued great service

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Marriott Fort Lauderdale Pompano Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional — especially Deshan at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly and helpful

Then I went out to the beach the service did not stop. Elzie made sure I had my towels before heading out to the beach. The fun on the beach with Ricardo making sure I had food and drinks

The place could use some updating and if you're looking for a spot at the beach this is a great option

My weekend was everything I needed in my end of year business retreat. From the valet on arrival with warm hellos and can I assist you with your luggage to the check in process. I have nothing but greatness to share

The newly renovated rooms was very roomy and bright. The restaurant on the arrival with the staff full of smiles. My breakfast experience each morning with Adrienne and Georgianna was a great way to start my day

The rooms are very clean, fresh, and spacious. It seems recently updated. Very convenient location with a beautiful beach.

It was a great trip. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Angel at check in was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the room that we wanted for our stay.

Love this Resort !! I always stay here, but they just opened a sister property down the street that I would love to check out on my next trip to Clearwater FL.

We had an absolute great and relaxing time! The in room dining was amazing and the views from our room were as well! We will definitely return.

This is a very nice resort on Longboat Key. Food is generally very good at the restaurants and the recent beach replenishment is beautiful! Service is excellent. Altogether, a very nice experience

The food is subpar for the hotel price (worst avocado toast in my life, and a burger that was mostly grease). Also, you should warn people when there is a beach wedding

UK to Longboat Key for a long weekend… Short 4 night break, in from UK. 2nd time at Longboat Key Resort and would come again for sure. Well equipped, nothing to complain about. Didn’t use the Spa or gym on this trip

it was really loud, and drunk guests were extra loud when back in their rooms. I didn't sleep the second night because of that

I would go back but not during deconstruction activity which the property should have advised ahead of time. All in all a pleasant stay and the Longboat Key area has alot of great restaurants to get off property!!

Also was disappointed to see demolition work in progress in the satellite parking lot, by our building. noisy teardown and dumptrucks aren't my idea of an idyllic vacay

Stayed for two nights room only. I really liked the design of the hotel, artwork and facilities. The pool area is really nice and they have their own sun beds on Miami Beach which are complementary for hotel guests

Hotel is about 1 street back from the beach but still a wonderful location. The room was comfortable without being spectacular, everything worked and it was a decent size

Rooms are not as interestingly designed as the rest of the hotel. All staff I talked to were very nice and helpful but at both checkin and checkout there were long lines to speak to someone

We waited over 20 mins to start the checkin process. Overall I would be happy to stay at The Gates Hotel again

The pool water gets really warm. The beach is nice and tge beach chairs are more comfortable than at the pool. The hotel has a good location

Staff, particularly Jameisha at the front desk. It was my birthday and she made me feel like a queen my entire stay. And the pool waiters were great. Can’t say more good things about The Kimpton Surfcomber!

The room was clean but smaller than expected. The hotel is lovely but was under construction so no gym. I liked the proximity to the beach.

The doors slam loud so you other dorrs slamming shut late at night and early in the morning. They have construction next door and if you use the pool, you listen to the drilling and construction sounds

The room was clean, and hotel was quiet. The construction next door didn’t bother us as it was only for a few hours during the day. The happy hour was especially nice in the lobby each day, as was the morning coffee

It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the beach, graffiti wall and other attractions

Went to the W for a social event on the rooftop. The hotel looks elegant, putting it in the upper class of hotels in Miami. The rooftop itself has a pool, and the view was beautiful

The location is good, and the Bay Park is just a 5-minute walk downstairs. The room is large, fully equipped, and the service is also very good. Every time I return to the hotel, they provide water

There is a coffee machine that can also be used as a kettle, so there is hot water to drink

We’ve been coming to BILMAR for the past 10 years and I highly recommend it. The staff is friendly, everything is clean, and there’s a fantastic bar downstairs — Sloppy Joe’s. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets

Paved walkway in front of resorts on the beach side with easy access makes for a comfortable stroll any time of day. Beach is well maintained and patrolled. Our visit was during the Sand Sculptures, November 2022

The only issue for me is the mattresses — they seem a bit too worn out or too soft

End of summer get away. We have stayed at the Bilmar every year and it never disappoints us. Great beach is easy to access. Great restaurants and sights to see. Love this area to visit especially in the fall.

Great room, large enough space, decent price. Excellent hang out space. Was excited because they had 3 pools advertised however when we checked in we were informed the pool we're closed due to rennovations.

The location is the best, just near the beach, and many restaurants and bars around it. Amenities are great, people here are friendly

The place is well located in Miami beach, close to the beach and provide beach towels as well. The price I had found the room was good, but other times I saw it was way more expensive

Cool place , looks like restaurant downstairs. Lots of nice people but no kitchen, so can’t cook there . But instead they have 2 small swimming pools

The bathroom was great and clean Price is high, the AC was freezing cold and yet there is no real blanket. The curtains are not light proof and there are no shelves clise to the bed

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and night life. The room was very clean and had a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but OK

Outstanding place to stay for Opti regattas as walkable to regatta park, area is safe and can walk to a multitude of restaurants. The only issue I have is breakfast

Stayed in a sea view room at Holiday Inn Resort Daytona Beach and it truly gave me a relaxing and peaceful feeling

The pool area and main public spaces were very clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. The rooms, however, could use some updating. The furniture showed noticeable wear and tear, giving the room a dated feel

Overall, our stay at this Holiday Inn was average. The location is definitely a highlight, sitting right on the main road in Daytona Beach with easy access to the ocean

The atmosphere here makes you forget about stress and just enjoy the moment. Sitting by the balcony, looking at the sky and ocean felt like a mini reset for both mind and body

We knew there would be noise because of the location but you are getting a room off El Paseo so you should know what you are getting. Close to pretty much everything in South Beach

It's not on the water but only a 5 minute walk to a public beach with life guards. None of the hotels on the beach were supervised so this was important to us with kids. Kids had a great time in the pool

Clean hotel with a pool in the center for the night. Overcast day so I didn’t do much here as it was just the stop before my cruise

The pool is very nice and the breakfast (for a self-serve cafeteria style) was easy and tasty. This was the second time I had stayed there, and both times were good experiences

Nice to park your car in front of the room. No dragging luggage through the hotel. Swimmingpool nice and big enough. Breakfast was a completely disaster. But maybe I was there at the wrong time

There is beach access directly across the street and everything is close by and walkable. When we returned from our cruise the hotel held our bags for us so we could walk around until it was time to leave for the airport

They are just awesome! Very clean pool, they play some good music over the speakers. The deluxe room is slightly bigger so if you are staying for a few days I recommend the deluxe

They are all pretty good, of course, sea view rooms are always the best choice!

But the bathroom is too slippery, the outdoor pool doesn’t look the same as the shown photos, while the noise from other rooms and the hallway is quite annoying from time to time

Decently clean. Pool was nice and warm to be comfortable for winter weather. Beds are on the stuff side and they’re double instead of queen size.

The property is nicely located and staff are great. There is a Four Seasons construction site right in front of the property. Very noisy and certainly not improving the views for quite a while.

I’m not sure it’s possible to describe how amazing this hotel and its staff really are. The service is beyond impeccable and everyone you come across seems genuinely happy that you’re staying in their hotel

We were also unable to use the pool area at all during this time due to the festival activity. Despite this, we were charged a $50 daily fee associated with amenities we could not access

Instead guests had to ask for it to be waived. Front Desk staff were not overall customer service oriented in this regard. The main waitress at the pool was rude and slow

The Miami Music Festival that took place March 24-29 created an extremely loud and chaotic environment. The noise levels were so intense that they could be heard from streets away and continued from 11:30 AM to 11:30PM

The front desk staff argued that all attendees of the music festivals were adults, as defined by the drinking age in Florida, but we sincerely doubt that they would be staying in the hotel (ie why we picked this hotel to avoid the spring break chaos)

In addition, the presence of large crowds of young festival attendees throughout the entrance way, foyer and hotel completely undermined the adults-only, tranquil atmosphere we specifically booked for

Unfortunately, our experience has been significantly impacted by circumstances that were not disclosed to us in advance (Trip. com and the hotel should have communicated this to us but neither did)

We spent 1 evening prior to a cruise at the Royal Beach Palace. Room had been renovated and the bed and the bedding were very comfortable. Actually the bed was more comfortable than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in

I stayed in a renovated room; it was nice, and the room was clean. It was a mini bar in the room. The staff at the front desk was super nice and the public beach access was a few blocks down the road

The pool was nice and relaxing and the resident Iguanas made my day. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the bar a restaurant were closed due to construction on the property

If your a walker it’s about a mile north or south to the beach

The pool was nice and I enjoyed lounging with the iguanas you will find around the pool. Overall, I think the hotel will be quite beautiful once renovations are completed

Loved the hotel and the amenities. Especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool area, the beach towel and chair being included, and the overall set up of the hotel. Great location, food and drinks

Had a wonderful stay at Esme! The rooftop is amazing, the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone  staying in South Beach. Also it was in a fabulous location- easy access to beach and shopping streets

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Close to the beach, to Lincoln boulevard, restaurants, stores. Warm staff and really authentic place. I loved it!

The problem came with the noise from The Roof and The Bamboo Room (on-site restaurant & bar) on New Years Eve. I know - it’s New Years Eve in South Beach - noise is to be expected

Amazing experience at this hotel! Rooms were small but elegant in an old money sort of way. Bed was made daily and an in-room espresso machine made for a relaxing morning

Would highly recommend to others and will happily book another trip here again
