Very convenient, very close to the beach, I will choose this place next time I go on a business trip

Room service not done for 2 days: we found the room as it was in the evening, without towels. On the 3rd day we had to track down a maid to come and clean the room. No one in the hotel cares. The 2 receptionists we contacted do not seem at all concerned and especially DO NOT RESOLVE THE INCIDENT. And when cleaning is done, it is very limited. No one checks the work of the employees who do what they want.

The facilities in the room are old, for example, the electric curtains were broken when we checked in. The bathroom door squeaked. The shower water was very small and it took a long time to get hot water.

Clearly overpriced, rusty poor equipment,poor fitness. The swimming pool is great and clean and tells a great access to the beach.

It's a very bad experience, and I will never choose this hotel again.

It doesn't offer anything other than a clean room with a good bed.
But without any charm. There is no room service. Old and poorly maintained swimming pool. Location ok.
Valet parking very expensive. 44 dollars. No justification for that.

Comfortable hotel. Good value though they gave us a room with a crappy view or no view at all. Location in mid beach is a disadvantage.

Like most hotels everything is over priced which is fine. What I have a problem with is the additional gratuity already added in. The service was so slow. I saw our drinks ready for quite a while sitting getting warm with our waitress disappearing as usual. This place is dead. Avoid this place at all cost. Or avoid Christina as a waitress.

Sat at the bar and it was really fun. There was a Dj playing some awesome music. Bartenders were fun to watch and very attentive as well. I ordered the pasta primavera and it was good. Drinks were delicious.

Extremly over priced! The main course is actually just a side dish with watery drinks. No view either.
