The rooftop pool was gorgeous! Views were amazing. Need more free lounge chairs & less cabanas for rent. The bar on the rooftop needs a tap to pay system instead of them taking a card before the order arrives

With the resort fee you have access to 2 free beach chairs but the umbrella was $30! The $100 a night hold on my card required at check-in was also a surprise

It was either bacon or a plant based sausage or a $25 “buffet”. Spent $60 on a Belgian waffle & an omelette with potatoes, toast & meatless sausage. Oh and $7 for a 20 oz soda at the hotel store is just outrageous

My very first visit to Miami, and I truly enjoyed my experience. After staying in this hotel, the only way I would stay somewhere else is if they are booked up

A lot of surprise fees & quite expensive. The lobby was clean but the elevators were a little messy on several occasions

Cab rides including Uber, yellow cabs & private taxis range between $15 to $30 to anywhere on Ocean Drive. The $25 a day resort fee is a bit much considering the cost of the rooms

Got a room on 6th floor with a nice side view. It is a very busy hotel, so the 2 lifts get really busy in peak hours. Very comfortable beds and good daily servicing of the rooms - good hotel overall

The hotel's location is excellent; as soon as you step out, you're in a prime tourist area. Across the river, there are many yachts, and you can also see the sea-view Ferris wheel

Great location, very convenient for transport. The service was good too; the room type I booked wasn't available when I arrived, so they upgraded me. There's also free luggage storage

Great room facing the port. Fantastic view of cruise ships coming in. Room was nicely laid out with comfortable bed. Hotel offered luggage storage and cruise port transfers.

There's a food court and a shopping mall nearby, and a subway station is also easily accessible. The hotel has security on the first floor, which made me feel very safe

YVE Hotel Miami is nicely located in front of Bayfront Park and just a couple of miles away from the cruise line ports. The room is however very small.

Clean, spacious room, the staff were kind and attentive, the location on the beach was great, and the included breakfast had a great variety.

This is a great hotel. It has everything you need including very nice people working there. It was my first time to Ft. Myers Beach. I really had a great stay there.

All the staff were great except for 1 the manager Denise was a little difficult to deal with after having some charging issues but after a while and time missed on the beach the issue was resolved

Room was nice beach was beautiful breakfast was good. The bar bongos food was not very tasty and very expensive

Accommodations were very nice. We were in the smaller balcony rooms on 12th floor. Doorman Sean is awesome as well as the servers. Free drinks were nice amenity and good brands

Our room was oceanfront which could have been more beautiful but we were on the 6th floor with a big view of the pools covered deck. Other that that great stay!

Couple items they could improve that were probably isolated this time. This was our second time here. Notified desk that the thermostat fell off wall right away, never fixed during the stay

Several times there were obviously non guests using the couches on the outdoor lobby entrance way. One was actually the outlet to charge his ankle monitor

Food visible on furniture that I cleaned up when we arrived. One thing they need to keep an eye on before it gets out of control

The attending staff at the pool were very helpful and friendly. I think warmer pool water would have been nice. Having complimentary coffee available early in the morning was great

To make matters worse, the hotel hosted a party with extremely loud music that continued until about 2:00 AM. The noise made it very difficult to sleep

Very convenient, just five minutes walk from the beach. Opposite the beach police station, there are many businesses and restaurants nearby. The rooms are large and the public areas are large

The large suite was so nice with having our kid. Great location, walkable to the beach and all restaurants. Nice and clean room. Decent pool on the roof. Would stay again!

Front desk was great, took care of a couple requests with no fuss. Nightly music next to the bar was outstanding! Roof top pool was very cool

Staff were amazing all around from check in to restaurant, pool, bar and rooms staff. Great jazz and energy in the lobby. Rooms are small and alley is noisy. Shower head would not stay in position

The staff is so friendly and attentive, they were always going above and beyond. There is so much to explore on the property. All of the food and drinks were delicious

It’s a very quaint hotel and tons of restaurants to walk to and if you want to do some shopping, it’s only about 10 minute walk away

I ate two desserts, the Panna cotta and some milk chocolate caramel something that was incredible

WHEN WE REQUESTED FRESH TOWELS, THEY BROUGHT THEM TO THE ROOM AND THEY WERE WARM!! WE ALSO ASKED FOR WATERS AND THEY COMPTED THEM FOR US AFTER A LONG NIGHT AT A FAMILY WEDDING. ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH.

My Room was Beautiful, bed so comfortable. Pool was a vibe and the staff was top tier. My overall experience was 100 % I will be back in the near future.

The new person offered us free parking in exchange for the waiting time which was really nice and night and day from the first person we dealt with

I asked the person behind the front desk to call me if the room would be ready early and she said that it would be a $50 fee

We came back at 4PM and a different person behind the counter said that the room still wasn't ready and it would be 5PM

Be sure to book the Airbnb side because if u book a room for the hotel you will be paying a daily parking rate of $40 per day at the hotel or hourly parking

Most important is Jen at the cabana bar. She’s awesome! I will always come here when in cocoa beach

What helps in these situations is a window that actually opens. this hotel excels in that area because it offers balconies with most rooms. The balcony itself was spectacular due to the size and the privacy it provided

The rooms are nice and location is great. I love the amenities and the property. However, the staff is amazing. Everyone in the bistro cafe was so nice. Dawson at the front desk was so friendly at check in

It was certainly relaxing for sitting purposes. The bathroom had a nice shower enclosure with a hefty sliding glass door. It proved very spacious and welcoming. I loved the shaded parking area as well

The room was exceptionally clean! The level of cleanliness was evident not just visually, but also the room and the entire hotel smelled clean. That may be due to a recent remodel

Returning to the room, the decor was modern. The room included a decent sized television, a mini fridge, and a microwave. I must mention the thermostat control and programming

Only negative was all the gates accessing the Riverwalk and the outside were locked maintenance forgot to unlock them in the morning and the Palmetto bug running around my room and then hiding under the platform bed

Stopper in bathtub was broken. The toilet kept re-cycling after flushing. The water valve is defective.

Not having certain things such as water to cook Mac n cheese micro products and the soups. Not being open for lunch and not opening till 5 not convenient

Room was clean , but got eaten alive by mosquitoes by the pool. Also got charged for the room minibar when I didn't have anything. Currently disputing , will see how that goes

Every staff member greeted us kindly and professionally. The rooms are very spacious well decorated and extra comfortable. LaPlaya can be a much or as little as you need it to be that's why it's so perfect

Staff was amazing, room was great (except the shower head in the bathroom needed to be replaced) Didn't watch much TV but Nextflix would have been nice

Beach access was perfect room was nice bed comfy. The only issue we hade was that there was only valet parking. We booked through Travelocity and did not realize thwerw was an extra 44$ fee for parking everyday

Incredible staff, great accommodations, and literally right on the beach! And the restaurant is directly on the beach as well and he's definitely one of the better ones on the island

Advantages: It was just renovated during the epidemic, the rooms are new, the design style is simple, bright and modern while maintaining the Art Deco style, and it is very eye-catching; there are two swimming pools, one on the ground and one on the roof, which is relatively rare in south beach

The rooms are large, which is unusual for historical buildings close to the beach. Disadvantages: The designer did not pay much attention to the comfort of the room

The room has been updated since the hotel was first constructed, but you can tell that it's probably been a good 10 to 15 years. Definitely some wear and tear on the materials and is in need for another update soon

  We also don’t know if we were reimbursed for the beach chair rental, as no receipt has been provided yet.  Hopefully this shows up soon.  We love this hotel and will definitely be back!

The entire property feels like a hidden oasis — beautifully designed spaces, lush corners to get lost in, and views that completely reset your mood the moment you arrive. The pool and deck were the highlight for me

Room was very clean, but the bathroom is small when youre trying to apply makeup and do your hair. Some extra counter space would be so great. Otherwise no issues at all! I really enjoyed my stay here!

We book this beautiful hotel for one night on Thanksgiving weekend. You will get proper downtown vibe. There is pool on top floor, also has hot/cold spa pool. And sauna spa available 24hour. I highly recommend this hotel

We got a family day pass so we just used the pool and fitness facilities. The pools were really nice - and very clean. The gym is fantastic and the spa amenities were an added bonus

Definitely not built with an older guest in mind. The balcony was filthy, with an old crummy couch and a tiny table. The pool area is nice but currently inundated by chunks of concrete from the nearby construction

I wanted to make sure I took the time to leave a review for this hotel because my stay was truly amazing!!! I stayed here over my birthday weekend, and from the moment I walked in, I was welcomed so warmly by Kate and Emily at the front desk

Same for the bathroom - with its 1" sink basin, and a sliding glass door that will either close the shower stall or give you privacy on the toilet. It looks kinda cool but so inefficient (Who designed that lol)

I did not eat at the restaurant this trip but in the past it's always been great food. I love the location right on Collins, and the courtesy golf cart and private beach area are both great amenities

The city is very big and the beach is long, so I advise you to rent a car right away if you choose this hotel, otherwise the rest will only be on the beach, the distances from this hotel to everything else are very large

This is my 4th or 5th stay at the Lennox and I love this hotel. I always get a cabana room by the pool and I love being able to step right outside and read a book or take a nap poolside

The grounds are super nice and the staff is friendly. I always use the gym, and while it's small, it has plenty of the right equipment to get the job done

Everything is so beautiful! Their cafe is gorgeous, the pool area is so serene ☀️ you get a ride to the ocean on a fancy golf cart. The chair on the beach and umbrellas are very nice

Clean room, accommodated me with a room 8 hours early!, credited me $30 because I hadn’t used $10 drink vouchers, close to beach, warm pool and nice a/c in room.

The description clearly stated that the hotel was under renovation until January 1st 2026 and I was there from the 11th to the 15th. The lobby is very pretty though beach access too

Our stay was amazing from the checking in till we checked out we got complementary late checkout till 1 witch was a huge help. Will definitely go again

Everything in the hotel is old. Room service is not provided unless you call front desk but they knock at your door to clean the room on your checkout date😂. The area is quite inconvenient

The only upside is the spacious room

The room was very nice and clean. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. There were two heated pools, and two jacuzzis—one hot, one ice-cold. Cons: planes fly over the hotel, often very loudly

Also, when it's windy, it feels like you're inside a tin can—everything rattles. The soundproofing was very poor; you could hear your neighbors, the street, and so on

We asked reception to call us a taxi, and the driver charged us $200 for the 40-minute ride. We called an Uber back, and for the 1-hour-20-minute ride (due to traffic), they charged us $63

Great location to a short walk or ride to almost everything we wanted to do. Business or pleasure I'd stay again

Unfortunately there appears to be an issue with the Customer Service. I contacted the hotel three times via email to request folios for charges against the corporate card, and received no responses

I then called the hotel, waited for good ten minutes on hold, until someone just hung up! On that basis I will not be using this hotel again

The hotel's size is ideal if you prefer an elevated exclusive feel. With under 80 rooms, the property never feels crowded. There's always plenty of space at the pool or on the beach, creating an uncrowded atmosphere

The bottom line is this restaurant has delicious food, without foreign and weird ingredients. Everything was done to perfection. the service was not stuffy but very professional. I give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval

Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time

Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy
