Yes, but room 301 (a corner suite) had an awful sound caused by the "ventilation system"that needed to be fixed (twice) during the night. So, we unable to sleep comfortably.

The room was fantastic, the rest of the hotel (lobby, gym, bar) is spotless. We arranged an engagement photoshoot in the bar via Laura S (events coordinator) and she was unbelievably helpful in ensuring everything was done correctly and in line with hotel procedure. Will be staying again when we revisit Chicago!

lovely hotel with wonderful friendly staff, and the perfect location. The beds are lovely and comfortable and the hotel very pretty. However, they need to upgrade the quality of the food preparation. The offerings were very good but the actual preparation of the food was not in line with any of the other Pendry hotels we have stayed in.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, clean, and the staff was incredible. Mike one of the valets/concierge was especially helpful. I felt like he was always there when we had a question. I lost my phone charger and was flustered when I got there, and the staff was quick to assist and help me relax. The location was perfect for walking to the magnificent mile and the art museum. We could have walked to Navy Pier- a long walk but doable. I highly recommend AIRE bath house. The concierge set that up for us, and it was an unbelievable experience. I will definitely stay here again.

A lovely hotel. From the complimentary beverage after check in, to the art deco feel throughout, carrying on to the crisp, clean room, and right down to the hand soap and hair products. Everything about it was warm and cozy! Will visit again!

Very easy check in. Hotel room was very cozy and clean. The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel location is perfect to explore all the tourist spots such as the bean, and easy access to the train. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to
Chicago!

This hotel does not really live up the the name of a typical Amex FHR

the rooms are tired, finishes are cheap and worn out. Carpet stained.

Windows have no insulation and you can hear the street noise constantly. Any rooms that are below floor 10 it’s like you are outside it’s so loud.

Lobby bar rooftop bar and amenities are all very nice. The room service is not fast, good food for the price and does not arrive hot.

I understand now why the price was good at approx $250 per night - because there are major compromises.
