The Allegro Royal Sonesta Hotel Chicago Loop in Chicago

Awien helped my too early arriving at the hotel, and I could checked in.

Rooms were indeed somewhat small, but it was all that I needed after a busy day in Chicago. Everything here was great. I enjoyed my stay here and am anticipating returning in the future. Perfect!

We just did all the things and the Allegro was in the perfect spot. We arrived at Ogilvie and walked to the hotel. Then over 3 days we jumped on the L to McCormick Place, walked to the new Harry Potter store on Michigan, walked to the Art Institute to spend an afternoon and saw a play right next door at the Cadillac Theater. Sure the hotel could use some sprucing up but everything was clean, our room was quiet and the staff was friendly. Thanks for the adventure!

Monica is very professional! I got an upgraded room and a bottle of red wine. Room was clean and huge. The loop where this hotel located is safe and so nice. Thank you for everything. I want to stay here when I visit Chicago again!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! You feel such a good vibe the moment you walk into the hotel! We got a room with a queen sized bed. Although the room was quite small, it was updated nicely and it was very enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again!

Very accommodating! This is a gorgeous hotel with beautiful lobby and lounge spaces, and most importantly very accommodating policies and staff.

I was staying with my cat and was so thankful for how welcoming and thoughtful they were about your pets. They provide a door hanger that alerts staff that there is a pet in the room. I kept the privacy hanger on my door as well so that my kitty wouldn't be scared by housekeeping.

I needed a late check-out in order to leave my cat in the room until my meetings were over. I was able to alert them during the booking online and they politely confirmed it when I checked at the desk.

Anything I needed, they treated itwith friendly care.

There was free champagne during happy hour in the lounge. The restaurant in the lobby/lounge was lovely with great service. The common spaces were beautiful.

Rooms were very small, but there were more amenities than needed.

I will definitely look for this hotel brand when traveling in the future, especially with my pet!
