Reviews
First of all the service is awful starting from the reception and following with the rest. Maybe the bartender was the only one who cared for guests.
But what was really shocking is that the hotel is making obligatory to add almost 30 dollars a day to the bill, no matter whether the services were used by you or not!!!
This is a new system and you can’t refuse to accept the terms. The trick is that you should charge the drinks, sandwichesX chocolate whatsoever to your room and only then you’ll be kind of reimbursed 15 usd a day - only for the meals, candies, juice, etc!!! But, if you haven’t bought anything on these 15 usd at the hotel’s bar or restaurant, or if you forgot to charge it to your room account - the money is totally lost. In other words this is an impudent imposed service which you can’t refuse or resist or rebel. The answer is: if you don’t accept such conditions please leave the hotel then 🫣🧐😡
