Perfect place to stay for a weekend in the city and great value for money. We had a queen room with two bathrooms which was very convenient. We booked a lake view, and it was stunning! The pool was crowded, so unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it.

The front desk staff were warm and friendly. They were very patient with me, even though my English isn't great, and used translation software to help. My room had a city view; while it wasn't a lake view, I could see the tall buildings outside. The room was spacious, and although the decor was a bit dated, it was exceptionally clean. You have to pick up bottled water yourself from the front desk. The location is superb, directly across from the lakeside and a park. It's within walking distance of Millennium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago. The Magnificent Mile and Chicago River are a bit further to walk, but the #3 bus right outside the hotel makes it very convenient to get there. It's close to the business district, near the subway, and there's a Macy's nearby. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, and there's even a Starbucks on the first floor of the hotel, making it very easy to grab things. The hotel opened in 1920-something, so it's almost a century old and many historical figures have stayed here. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Everything was fine, but when I returned to the hotel the second night, after taking a bath and using the bath towel, I found a pair of used old socks. They were neither mine nor my friend's. This made me feel extremely disgusted and uncomfortable. I am very concerned about the hygiene situation at Hilton. This is a problem that should not have occurred

Excellent environment, centrally located with convenient access to all attractions. The staff were exceptionally gentle and polite. If I visit again in the future, I will definitely choose this place again.

Excellent hotel! The location is incredibly convenient. The hotel has a rich history and cultural heritage, situated right next to Grant Park, offering a great environment. It's also very close to the Art Institute and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super easy to get to the Magnificent Mile for shopping and sightseeing. Essentially, most of the main attractions are all on the same street.

Great stay! Everyone was pleasant. Perfect location! Easy to jump on the L to go to the Cubs game. The view wasn’t the best but I got a standard room. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. Overall a great stay!!

The room was very old and with smell of urine. The exhaust fan was very dirty. The reception lady was not very polite and other people were offered free bottle of water except me, even though I booked two room.

Chicago Hilton is amazing. Rooms are real nice, amenities were great. Gym and pool and sauna are real good to start your day off. Hilton is central to most things and close to the CTA network.

Best pizza taste ever! May take long, but totally worth it. They give you the option to order your food while you are waiting, which could save you about half an hour if you are in a rush. Very friendly and helpful staff, plus a warm and enjoyable environment. The suggested servings are real BTW! If it's your first time, do not miss the classic and Lou deep dish.

Such a great experience with very nice people and fresh food.
We came from Canada and were looking to try the deep dish pizza in Chicago. We ordered a pizza and a salad. Both were fantastic.

This was my first ever deep dish pizza experience... and it was a good one. Good service with good advice on portion size (a small IS enough for two hungry guys). The pizza was delicious and there's a fairly good selection of beers. There isn't much of an ambience though - decor is a bit dull and there was sport on TV.

Always very crowded around dinnertime and they do not take over-the-phone reservations - one of the staff was very blunt about that. However, I don't mind because the restaurant was likely very busy when we called. The wait is always long - I have often been somewhere in the 20s for my waiting number, so the wait is usually 40-60 minutes. But it is totally worth it for the food!

If you have never had Chicago style deep dish pizza, you have to try Lou Malnati's! Service was great! We were seated right away and our waiter was very prompt. Individual pizza looks tiny when they bring it out but looks are deceiving, this little pizza is plenty for one person to eat. This is a great location with great service.
