This is a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities that feel kind of luxurious. We especially loved the huge tub in our room. Also, the staff was amazing. One gripe we had is that we paid quite a bit more for a lake view room and we were on the eighth floor, which did not really afford much of a view. We called the front desk to see if we could get a higher floor and they said there was nothing available, but they did bring us a bottle of wine to compensate. I know someone has to be on the lower floors, but it seems that if you are going to pay more for a view they should make sure you are on a higher floor. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend!

I had the absolute joy of celebrating my mom’s retirement with a special staycation at the newly renovated Park Hyatt Chicago — and I can honestly say, it was perfection from start to finish.

Even before we arrived, the service was warm, thoughtful, and truly world-class. A very special thank you to Casey Frankel, who went above and beyond to make our time feel so meaningful. Her kindness, care, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly memorable. She even helped surprise my mom with something truly special — we’ll never forget it.

The hotel itself is stunning — elegant, modern, and luxurious, with the most beautiful views and the best location in the city. Whether you’re looking for a dreamy girls’ weekend, a romantic getaway, or a peaceful solo escape, this is truly the place to be. The in-house dining options are also phenomenal — perfect for a cozy night in or a celebratory toast.

Thank you, Park Hyatt, for giving us such a magical experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything about this hotel was perfection.
Front desk service was the best Ive experienced, their conceirge was so sweet and kind, all of the front door-men were courteous. I wish we could extend our vacation!

Our room was beautiful, relaxing, spacious, and had great views of the lake. Lets talk about the bathoom- 10/10. I felt like we were in our own spa! Ugh such a perfect way to end the back half of our vacation.

Thank you Park Hyatt- we will be back!

I spent 6 nights in May 2025, experiencing 2 different rooms.
The stay was overall fine but far from being perfect.
The rooms are the highlight of the stay. They are specious, feels luxurious, providing a great view (for the tower/lake view ones) and very good bathroom.
The Spa is a true disappointment for such hotel: the steam room and pool feels tier 2 and old, miles away from any equivalent other hotels in Europe or Asia. And out of my 6 days there, I saw staff only twice in this area, so no possibility to get information and book a Massage.
The overall service was average: reception and concierge were great but in-room service was not good, no one at the spa and the restaurant/bar service/quality is a shame for such luxurious hotel.
Overall fine but you expect way more from such brand. It is very very far from the rest of the world hotels in this category.

We stopped in in Chicago a few weeks ago for a few days and stayed in the Park Hyatt hotel and with the ocean view. From the time we arrived until the time we were leaving, the customer service was top tier. All of the staff were very accommodating. The room service we ordered for breakfast was great. Alot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again for my next trip to the CHI!!!

Very nice hotel and rooms are great. Well thought out design like automatic night lights and large tub, and one of the few Park Hyatts I've been to recently where the light switches make sense and were easy to use. Breakfast at NoMi was fantastic. A little disappointed at the checkin experience though, but perhaps that was an outlier.

We stayed for two days on February 7th and 8th, and the room fee was paid on Ctrip. However, after we checked out on February 9th, the hotel double-deducted the room fee from my pre-authorized credit card on February 10th. We contacted Ctrip on the same day and contacted Ctrip twice after returning to China, but until today, March 14th, the double-deducted room fee has not been refunded.

The food taste okay they give you big size portions of food. My biggest issue is that their are no signs indicating that the validation for parking is only a fraction of the cost. Even inside the Cheesecake Factory The hostess told me to validate my car even though I could park it for free and I paid almost the same price of validating the parking to the cost of my food. I spoke with the manager Darren he informed me that the hostess is trained not to tell the complete truth about the validation of the parking ticket. Or inform the customers correctly about that they still pay for parking even though they ate at Cheesecake Factory.

Pretty good food and fast service for a full house. I thought the lighting was a bit dim but I guess this is the atmosphere this restaurant is trying to create. The cheesecake recommendation from our server was excellent and the raspberry sauce on the side was awesome! ?

My first visit to this location, my wife is almost a regular here! Could not be happier with our visit! It wasn't busy when we came, Grace was our waiter and she was extremely courteous and helpful! Food was top notch, cheesecake was perfect. Will definitely return here!

Excellent menu! Lots of great appetizers and you're not going to go wrong with any of the entrees. Avocado eggrolls are the favorites here for appetizers, however they're all excellent! The entrees are all large portions and they have something for everyone. Treat yourself right to one of their cheesecakes and you'll be happy you did. Great service too!

Our sever was pleasant, but asked for a refill on bread because we didn't get enough the first time for 6 people. He never brought the bread, so I asked again and he said it was coming, it never did, so I didn't bother to ask again. All our food came out at different times and one of us ordered sweet potato fries, but they didn't come out with the sandwich and we were told they were still in the fryer cooking. Had to ask about the fries and they FINALLY were brought when we were ready to box food up.
