My stay was disappointing due to constant noise. There was construction happening late at night and early in the morning, followed by a loud party next door with shouting that lasted all night. Because the hotel is small, the noise traveled easily.
The room was extremely bare and lacked comfort, which made the overall experience feel cold and uninviting. Between the noise and the lack of amenities, it was very hard to rest. This was not a relaxing stay and did not meet expectations. Staff was cordial.

Staff is very courteous, rooms are clean. Breakfast is awful, construction finishes are awful, rooms are tiny with 12” space around the bed and without any amenities such as desks or refrigerators, ac was also not working, property surrounding sidewalks are covered in trash.
For just a one night stay it’s fine though and I will stay there again, given the price.

DO NOT stay here. The whole place is soulless, harsh LED lighting everywhere, smells like bleach. Extremely loud, paper thin walls. There was construction above my room starting before 8am, I needed to take work calls and the construction was so loud I had to leave a day early. I could never connect with a manager to discuss a refund, despite being told I'd be responded to multiple times by the front desk. Desk staff was nice enough, but I'm not sure a manager exists. DO NOT stay here.

The door looked as though someone was forcibly trying to enter. It was broken outside and the hinge inside was almost off the wall. The room, although generally clean, had a weird smell. The bathroom was minuscule. The area is really sketchy I didn’t want to leave my car parked outside. A local flashed us! I felt really unsafe. We left after half an hour and checked in elsewhere.

I am extremely pleased with my overall stay in this hotel. Honestly, I was worried after reading so many bad comment hence I set my expectation really low but upon arrival, the receptionist staff is very kind and helpful. I was given a corner room at the upper floor, the bathroom is spacious and definitely suitable for people who is travelling with wheelchair bound, overall the room is clean and spacious. Trust me, with the price paid vs the quality, you should not expect anything more. There will be no hotel around safe area like this.
The hotel is close to 2 different subway station Bergen st (F line) and Hoyt–Schermerhorn station (A&C line) all within 15min walk. It is also close to Atlantic Av LIRR station 15min walk as well.

Only the location is good, near the metro in a nice area, for the rest we booked 2 rooms, in the hotel we had to pay 165 dollars and we paid 252 dollars per room arguing for 3 hours at the reception who blamed trip.com then we paid or we would lose the room! the breakfast is nothing, there are few pastries and you have to get up at dawn or they run out, the room and therefore the towels were changed once in a while, out of 10 days they cleaned the room 6 in a random way.

I didn't expect much because the price was cheap, but it was better than I expected.
It was clean, and the facilities were better than expected.
It exceeded my expectations as this was my first time seeing a place that offered water, coffee, and tea in this price range.
The staff were all friendly.

We were supposed to only due to pay $30 but was told that the payment due is $44+ with coverage for breakfast that we didnt intend to include. In view that there is no way to reconcile during that point in time, we paid and enjoyed the bagels and coffee/tea. Still the misalignment of payment due that happen with trip.com and the Hotel wasnt very pleasant.

Concrete floor, wash basin is not big enough! Breakfast only had dry bread, and it was next to the toilet!

The front desk is very welcoming, the service attitude is good, the breakfast is simple and nutritious, convenient for travel, and cost-effective
