First time to stay at Manhattan Club hotel, but it was lovely stay and quite reasonable in NYC!

Room: very spacious and provides a kitchen which is very convent to eat inside a room! Room temperature of our room was low and we felt a bit cold inside our room 🥶! Looks like a heatingsysten is old so I wasn’t able to set the temperature in our room.
Amenities: they only provided minimum amenities…but it was very helpful that we can use a bathrobe!
Location: it was convenient to visit many places in NYC, if you would not like to use public transportations this hotel can be convenient as it’s very close to Central Park and other spots!

Our child was going to a Carnegie Hall performance, and this hotel's location was unbeatable. The concert hall was right outside the door, and various Broadway theaters, Times Square, and numerous restaurants were all within walking distance. The subway station was also nearby.

The room was huge. For this price, you'd probably only find one hotel in the heart of Manhattan with such a spacious room. Although the furniture was old, it was functional, and the bedding was clean.

Our room was a corner room, so it was very noisy. Even with the windows closed and curtains drawn, we were still disturbed by passing cars downstairs.

Also, the air conditioning wasn't very effective in winter. It was 0 degrees Celsius outside, and cold air seeped into the room through the window cracks. We had to turn the heater on full blast to barely maintain a temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius.

Our hotel room was 75 degrees - the front desk said they had complaints but “it’s an old building and we can’t always regulate the temp”. My friend and I had a terrible sleepless night ! The window opened about 2 inches but would not stay open - horrible !!!

The location is good, right on 56th Street, within walking distance of Times Square and Central Park. There are fast food restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel does not provide slippers. The room is quite large; for the price and size, it's pretty good.

I stayed here again because of its convenience – my child works right across the street from Carnegie Hall. The hotel insisted I change rooms, and to my surprise, I got a newer suite. However, there were cockroaches. After complaining to the front desk, I received three breakfast vouchers. I also forgot to tip the housekeeping staff, which made me feel very bad! I'll be choosing this hotel more often when I visit my son in New York…

Great experience! It is really rare to find such a large room at a reasonable price in Manhattan, where every inch of land is valuable! Recommended to everyone! Will stay here again when visiting New York!

While this hotel isn’t fancy like the plaza or brand new, it’s fantastic! Every employee was so friendly and helpful. We always felt safe and well taken care of. The room was nice with a kitchenette and almost gave us a NYC apartment living feel. The couch bed was also very comfortable and easily fit two people. We were also especially grateful to Joel’s help through our stay and upon our exit he stored our bags for us while we spent our last afternoon exploring. When it was time to go he quickly grabbed our bags and had already scheduled our taxi to the airport.
The location of this hotel was also so perfect! We almost split up our stay in an attempt to be more efficient but really with the subway stop so close by it made it a perfect location to come and go from.

Room was nice.
Definitely DO NOT go for the breakfast or even coffee. It's pretty much a scam. You'll pay almost $40 for a cold pastry or some cereal

I’m still sitting in and I had to write my review. We walked into the restaurant without having made any reservation and were seated immediately. Our waiter was this classical Italian type of guy who was very attentive and provided and excellent service. The food was spectacular and the prices are good. Will recommend with my eyes closed!!!

AMAZING PLACE!!!! That is what I can say..nothing more! I go to restaurants almost every week but rarely I get such an amazing and highly professional Dining Room service like here I got!!! At many restaurants Waiters do not even know how to serve a bottle of wine, difference between Steak-medium rare vs. medium vs.medium well but this restaurant knows what the Hospitality is!!! The food presentation is very impressive very delicious the fish was! I got an excellent white wine recommendation from my Waiter. He was very polite, patient and professional. Ladies and Gentleman: DO NOT MISS this place if You are in New York!!!

Had dinner here last night wait service was the HORRENDOUS. We saw head waiter twice to take our order and bring check that’s it. It was an early dinner so we were one of two or three tables being served. Had to ask for napkins and utensils. Then we had to ask for bread no butter or oil given. We had to track down the server he brought 2 pats of butter for a table of six REALLY? Waiter was MIA to our table but more attentive to a larger table next to us I guess he expected a better tip because it’s already added to bill for a large group. One star for being seated right away with reservations. Never again!

I had a lovely dinner here tonight with my mother. The service was perfect. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We ate the seafood risotto and the scallops and the chocolate covered ice cream. Johnnie was the perfect waiter. Thank you for the wonderful evening! Highly recommend. We will visit again!

Absolutely fantastic place. Food is delectable, staff is incredibly friendly, and the location is perfect. If Brandon is around, he's always ready to greet you with a big smile and a handshake. Can't wait to visit again!

Although you can have a NY dinner experience it is the most overpriced place in the most over priced City. $22 for a hot dog? C'mon man! I'm willing to indulge some places just because. This isn't one of. If on the other hand you like being crammed into a tight, noisy space to get mediocre, expensive food, this is your place. The only thing it had going for it is location. Enjoy.

Service was amazing and the food was great, also one of the few restaurants open at 7:30 AM near Park Central Hotel. But when they say "The Finer Diner" they certainly do mean it. Expect to pay about $20.00 per person (~$55.00 for 2 people).

Busy place but well worth the 10 minute wait. I see a lot of customers ordered the chicken pot pie whick looked really good.I ordered the Old Fashion Brooklyn Burger and it was the best burger I ever tasted. My wife ordered the chicken noodle soup which was delicious.

Love the fries here! The spaghetti rocks, too. But, please ask for your burger to be well done if you prefer it that way. Even though the menu states it's cooked well done, mine wasn't. Another was cooked for me to take out...which I didn't bother eating, so what a waste.

Expensive and the food is just "okay", but the decor is incredibly well done. It truly places you in a fifties style diner with bustling waiters racing around this overcrowded spot. Each booth is lined with small plaques of famous patrons and it's fun seeing who sat where you are and trying to remember who's who. I head in once every six months or so for a diner breakfast (blueberry pancakes!) or pie, and brush up on my knowledge of old celebrities.

Can I just say holy f. The burgers here are worth the wait. Though my husband and I visited late at night so we didn’t wait at all. Simple menu, no bs froufrou. Delicious food, nice people making it, and a fun charming atmosphere. Definitely a must check out.
