It takes some time to walk to the subway. The hotel has 4–5 steps at the entrance, and we had to carry our heavy luggage by ourselves. There is a service lift, but it was locked and not available for use.

Facilities: Pretty good, relatively new. Cleanliness: Decent. Service: Average. We requested a double bed, but the hotel wouldn't let us change it in advance; we had to wait until we arrived to do so. Environment: The location is alright, but not as good as the Marquis.

Flight got delayed and when we arrived, the room we booked was not available. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade us to a suite on the highest floor and overlooking the hudson river. View was fantastic. Room was spacious but just a bit dusty in some corners. Overall, a nice experience.

It is in a good location in Downtown. Starbuck is plus and their tickets to attraction points are great. We choose Mercer Labs.

Marriott hotels are always our top choice when traveling. The location is excellent; we could see the Statue of Liberty from our room. It's super convenient to the subway station, and there are many restaurant options nearby. All in all, we were very satisfied.

The room was dirty. There was no bell service and no concierge. While the Times Square location is acceptable, it definitely didn't live up to the usual W Hotel standard.

The room was in a fantastic location with a great ambiance. However, the service definitely needs some improvement. I had pre-paid for breakfast, but wasn't given any vouchers during check-in. Great location, but the price is high during peak season. Breakfast isn't a buffet. Prices are much cheaper during the off-season, so there's a big fluctuation. They're quite accommodating; if a room is available, they'll let you check in early.

Overall the hotel was good. However, this hotel did not give the overseas customers the compensations on destination or city tax, unlike other hotels especially Hilton. The room was clean but for 4 adults it could be a bit narrow. There were 2 small courtesy water bottles and 3 pods of complementary coffee in the room which was nice.
