The room was cleaner than I expected and very spacious for one person. It's in a good location downtown.
Breakfast was very basic; an egg/protein option would have been appreciated. The room lacked a minibar/fridge, hot water bottle, and tea/coffee making facilities, which is disappointing for a hotel of this standard. A few improvements are therefore needed, but overall the stay was very pleasant.
Perfect and affordable stay. The WiFi was off and poor mobile connection. Simple breakfast
Good location, easy to hail a taxi
The hotel is very new and the front desk staff was very helpful. The bed I was given on our first night was too small, so I requested a king-size bed. The yogurt at breakfast was delicious, with blueberries. It was both tasty and healthy. The location is very convenient, just a two-minute walk from the National Museum of the American Indian and very close to the pier leading to the Statue of Liberty
The very professional, helpful, and friendly staff is truly the best thing about this hotel. The location is ideal, just steps from the metro.

Good location, beside subway entrance
Lovely boutique hotel in a great location with excellent access to the subway. Would book again!
We liked the fact that staff were pleasant, left us alone (which we like) but were there when you needed them for questions etc. when we made requests they were followed through efficiently and effectively by the staff. Shout out to the friendly doorman.
The one thing we didn’t like was the breakfast that comes as part of the resort/facilities fee of our stay. It was prison food. Doughnuts were...
We have stayed at this hotel a few times and have always had a pleasant experience. The front desk check-in was polite, quick, and easy. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the breakfast was very good. We would happily stay here again
I am writing to share my disappointment following my recent stay. Unfortunately, several aspects of the experience fell well below the standard I expect—particularly as a Platinum member.
We booked two rooms, and one of them was extremely small. My sister‑in‑law could barely move around the bed due to the lack of space, and the bathroom was also far too small to be considered adequate. This made the...
Loved the little extras like the walking tours, wine hour etc. We were there for New Years Eve and they handed out little hats and glasses etc. The room was clean and house keeping kept it nice during our stay. Breakfast was nice. Great location - easy to get up to mid-town, but also nice to be able to retreat back away from the crowds each evening.

The staff was welcoming and friendly; very helpful. Room was spotless and lovely. We loved everything about this hotel!
This was our second time staying at the hotel, and the staff remembered us upon arrival
The friendliness of the staff , great breakfast at Felice , proximity to PACE universityand ease to Fulton station make this hotel a perfect spot
Great location and great place to stay. Everyone was professional and the rooms were clean
Staff was attentive, room was clean and comfortable. Did not notice any amenities aside from a rather bogus Nespresso machine. Felice restaurant was a delight. Not sure what the extra $35 destination fee was about unless it was imposed by the city or state or feds.
Great location and nicely appointed rooms. The elevators were often slow or not functioning well, but overall, I would definitely stay there again.
Great downtown location, friendly staff in hotel and bar/restaurant. Quiet room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom.

Very comfortable beds. Super helpful and friendly staff. Close enough to walk to many major attractions including the Empire State, Bryant Park and Time Square but in a more quiet area with plenty of local amenities nearby. We would stay again in a heartbeat.
The room was very comfortable, safe and secure..
Staff was so helpful and always willing to assist..from the time we arrived to the time we left.. John, my barbados sister, and also my friend who lived in Staten Island, who was so happy when I got the chance to experience snow for the first time (ps can't remember their names) also had an issue with the heater in the room, called the front desk and...
I hadn't stayed there in over a year. All the staff remembered me. Chuck greeted me at the door upon my arrival and arranged for my transportation when I left. Barbara was efficient at the front desk. My room was spacious and immaculate. It always feels like coming home!
My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Park South Hotel. The hotel was in excellent condition, everything was clean, spotless, and well-maintained. The location is perfect for exploring New York, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The service was exceptional, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a follow-up message from the hotel after our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory.

Clean, spacious room with friendly staff…great location in Manhattan with an extremely close subway to explore the city
I booked two rooms for my Mom, both sisters-in-law and two of my nieces for an NYC weekend trip. It's not easy to find hotel rooms in NYC with two beds. The location is central with lots around and easy to access transportation; the 6 train is on the corner of the block. Madison Square Park is very close by for morning coffee walks. They enjoyed the hotel very much.

A lot of dust in the room. But apart from that it is all good.
Place is directly in front of Chicago and beside Mormon Show
Very convenient and near subway and Timesquare
Lots of food and restaurants
Walking distance to iconic places - Central Park, AMNH, Rockefeller centre, multiple Broadway shows
***highly recommend getting tickets at TKTS Time Square for heavily discounted tickets for musicals***
Facilities: A decent hotel with an excellent location. Times Square is just a few minutes' walk to the right from the exit, and there are many convenient supermarkets downstairs.
Cleanliness: It's quite clean. Although the room isn't very large, it's perfectly acceptable.
Ambiance: There's also a bar and various atmospheric restaurants.

Nice location and nice service here~
Just few street away from Times Square
This is a very solid hotel, especially for a first-time visit to New York. The location was superb, being within walking distance of Central Park and offering very easy access to everywhere via the subway. The hotel itself is on the smaller side, but the room was larger in terms of square footage than other options in the same price range. Room was spotless. Staff was courteous. Excellent place to stay and I will stay again.
The room was nice but the bathroom was a bit rough and the towels were about 10 years old not enjoyable after a long day in NY - but the hot water was great so it’s a toss up:)
Service was a bit strange -room service would not give me coffee you have to call a special number and read the WiFi instructions.
Lobby staff and check in was great I wish they would have more thorough on the amenities of the...
Room was ok. For a Hilton I thought it would be better. Could do with an update with better placed plug sockets and some USB plug sockets. It is 2025 and people need multiple sockets to charge phones, tablets, watches etc.
Only 1 lift out 3 working due to upgrading. I call that poor planning. They should have had all 3 or at least 2 out of 3 ready for the busiest time of year.
Staff were underwhelming...
Hotel room is lovely size . The staff are all so pleasant. Location is ideal . Would stay again
Would say the lifts are a nightmare and avoid the bridge bar downstairs unless youve got deep pockets . 3 drinks was 70 dollars
Clean and spacious room. There was always complimentary water and coffee.
Only two negative points regarding the hotel itself: excessive wait times for the elevators and the noise coming from the street at night even on the 36th floor.
Great stay. The rooms are large and clean with daily housekeeping. Our room was very quiet. Two issues we faced was a heating system that didn’t seem to work - only blowing cool air no matter the temperature, and elevators that were jam packed, so sometimes we had to wait for several minutes and another elevator to come up. Would stay here again overall.

Friendly, efficient staff provided a welcoming atmosphere. Location is very central for Chelsea, High Line etc and the breakfast was plentiful. A unique find!
Fantastic hotel, The staff made out stay super special
Not noisy at night and super nice size room
Being close to Chelsea market was a huge plus
The room was great, I had an amazing experience with the Maritime Hotel in Chelsea. The staff was really professional. I'm not use to going into Chelsea, but I had a good time.
This is such a lovely sanctuary with the absolute best staff. The folks that work here are so helpful and engaging, and I always love coming back to the Maritime. The lobby fireplace is such a sweet place to unwind at the end of a chilly day, and the location makes it easy to get to anywhere I need to be. Thank you, Maritime!
It's a good little hotel. Very quiet. Decent size rooms (for new york!) and the staff are friendly. It's a good location near the highline. Also unlike a lot of fancy-pants hotels, they have free coffee and decent continental breakfast in the lobby.
Over all from friendly staff to cleanness of our room and the location of the hotel. Everything was just perfect.

This is a great hotel. While the facilities aren't top-notch, they absolutely meet the standards of a four-star establishment. If you're looking for an affordable star-rated hotel with well-maintained facilities, this is definitely your best bet. I only paid a little over 900 RMB per night when I booked.
The room was incredibly tiny, and the heater was oddly placed on the ceiling. While it was cheap and genuinely close to Wall Street, the facilities were quite subpar. The heating barely worked at night, making it especially cold.
The room was incredibly tiny, and the facilities were far from satisfactory. The front desk staff was even worse. When I had a nosebleed in the morning, they showed no concern whatsoever. In fact, when I asked about the deposit, their attitude became even more hostile. All things considered, this has to be the most outrageous hotel I've ever stayed in.
What sets this hotel apart from the multitude of other downtown hotels with only two narrow elevators is its slightly more refined decor; otherwise, it's pretty much the same. Upon check-in, guests receive a $10 voucher valid only at the restaurant and rooftop bar.
Stay here for a week, nice location near the Wall Street and around 6 minutes walk to metro
I like that water bottles are available all the time, can get enough hydrated day and night
Good location, staff were excellent. Nothing was too much. On checking in there was an error, only showed we had one room, but when showing confirmation was rectified straight away. Close to subway to get around the city. Rooms are small but what you need because you are out and about. However, rooms are modern and quiet. Wardrobe door was broken but didn’t spoil our stay.

The facilities are newer and more spacious than most hotels in Manhattan. The air conditioning temperature is comfortable. The location is excellent, and the service is great. Highly recommended.
The room condition was good, and the service was very thoughtful. Seeing that we were a family of three with an older child, they directly upgraded us to a suite. The location is unbeatable!
Great location. Room was small but very clean. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Very nice, clean, pretty boutique hotel. Loved the Molton Brown products. Highly recommend!
The room, the staff, the business center and the gym. As far as I'm concerned, this hotel it a 5-star deal.

The hotel is in great location - easy in and out. Also it is not far away from the airport.

Great hotel with all basic amenities.
Excellent front desk service. The room was clean and tidy.
Very friendly hotel situated on the F line metro. So very convenient for Times Square etc. Free hot drinks provided at lobby and reception will arrange taxi to JFK (cost $77 comparable to uber). Room felt small with two double beds, especially compared to other hotels in Chicago and New Orleans. The cost of the room was also very expensive for what it was - but that may reflect New York prices.
The location is a little out of the way, but the staff are very welcoming.

It was convenient place to go around
And amenities were so great to use. Staffs are also kind. So nice memory for our family trip.
One of the most valued hotel stay you could find in NYC. For the price to be on the lower end, the hotel has a rooftop bar that overlooks NYC with Empire State building in sight!
The location was very good and convenient. There was a Japanese supermarket nearby, which is great for Japanese people. I would like to use it again.
The hotel is very close to Macy's and an easy walk to Times Square. The room was clean and tidy, but I'm not sure why I was given an accessible room when I booked a king-size room. It was a bit strange, but I only stayed for one night. The room was a bit cramped and lacked space. I knew I had to pay over $30 USD when I checked in, but they charged me $250. A week later, they still haven't refunded...

The location I liked very much. It was quiet and around had a few nice restaurants. Also not far to walk to shopping areas in SoHo. They were so kind and met me so late check out I would stay again on my next trip to nyc
Easy, friendly check in. Received immediate text asking if all ok with room and I was able to respond that I wanted more towels (traveling with daughters). Said towels were delivered minutes later. Great views from the rooftop bar, great coffee shop and visible security at door make for a comfortable stay during the busy holiday season.
Was a nice hotel with a good cafe on the lobby level. Room was a little small but fine. Location is a little odd; it's in an industrial area near the West side highway. On the other hand, it's easy walking distance from Soho shops and restaurants. Overall a good hotel, nice facilities and a good price.
Room was clean, but tired. Nick the Bellman was great. Front desk personnel were meh and the elevators need an upgrade. Bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was non existent.
Disappointed in this expensive hotel. No easy way to request room service! We requested room service at 9 am by contacting the front dek. By 2 pm, the room was not done. Everything was lovely, clean, and COMFORTABLE! I love this hotel and it was exactly the location needed. It is close to public transportation and though it is close to Times Square my room was very quiet. I dined at Haven and the prices were reasonable for NYC. The food was good. Do make a reservation.
Check in was easy. Staff very friendly. Room was clean. Location of hotel perfect for our plans.
The breakfast was as basic as you would expect at a bad Holiday Inn (FREE) continental buffet. Fresh coffee (cappuccino or latte, etc) was available at an extra charge. Facilities: The hotel is probably quite old, so the lights in the room and the facilities in the shower aren't very new, but thankfully they all work. The heating is quite loud at night and can wake people up.
It was very convenient for business trips, the room was clean, and I would definitely come again next time.
Great service from doormen, check in and housekeeping. Everyone was kind, thoughtful and friendly. A special shout out to Neal who works at the Royalton and recommended this space for a work trip. Easily accessible to Penn Station, NJT and Port Authority. Extremely walkable to all key tourist spots in Midtown. Definitely recommend!
The hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance of many attractions. Dining and shopping are very convenient. The hotel lobby has a retro, old-money style, and the receptionists are very welcoming. The elevator can only hold three or four people at a time, and the rooms are similar to those in domestic business hotels; there is some noise at night.
