The room was cleaner than I expected and very spacious for one person. It's in a good location downtown.

Breakfast was very basic; an egg/protein option would have been appreciated. The room lacked a minibar/fridge, hot water bottle, and tea/coffee making facilities, which is disappointing for a hotel of this standard. A few improvements are therefore needed, but overall the stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is very new and the front desk staff was very helpful. The bed I was given on our first night was too small, so I requested a king-size bed. The yogurt at breakfast was delicious, with blueberries. It was both tasty and healthy. The location is very convenient, just a two-minute walk from the National Museum of the American Indian and very close to the pier leading to the Statue of Liberty

The very professional, helpful, and friendly staff is truly the best thing about this hotel. The location is ideal, just steps from the metro.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and have always had a pleasant experience. The front desk check-in was polite, quick, and easy. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the breakfast was very good. We would happily stay here again

Loved the little extras like the walking tours, wine hour etc. We were there for New Years Eve and they handed out little hats and glasses etc. The room was clean and house keeping kept it nice during our stay. I booked two rooms for my Mom, both sisters-in-law and two of my nieces for an NYC weekend trip. It's not easy to find hotel rooms in NYC with two beds. The location is central with lots around and easy to access transportation; the 6 train is on the corner of the block. Madison Square Park is very close by for morning coffee walks. Room was ok. For a Hilton I thought it would be better. Could do with an update with better placed plug sockets and some USB plug sockets. Clean and spacious room. There was always complimentary water and coffee. Only two negative points regarding the hotel itself: excessive wait times for the elevators and the noise coming from the street at night even on the 36th floor.

Great stay. The rooms are large and clean with daily housekeeping. Our room was very quiet. Two issues we faced was a heating system that didn’t seem to work - only blowing cool air no matter the temperature, and elevators that were jam packed, so sometimes we had to wait for several minutes and another elevator to come up. Would stay here again overall.

The room was great, I had an amazing experience with the Maritime Hotel in Chelsea. The staff was really professional. I'm not use to going into Chelsea, but I had a good time.

This is such a lovely sanctuary with the absolute best staff. The folks that work here are so helpful and engaging, and I always love coming back to the Maritime. The lobby fireplace is such a sweet place to unwind at the end of a chilly day, and the location makes it easy to get to anywhere I need to be. Thank you, Maritime!

It's a good little hotel. Very quiet. Decent size rooms (for new york!) and the staff are friendly. It's a good location near the highline. Also unlike a lot of fancy-pants hotels, they have free coffee and decent continental breakfast in the lobby.

This is a great hotel. While the facilities aren't top-notch, they absolutely meet the standards of a four-star establishment. If you're looking for an affordable star-rated hotel with well-maintained facilities, this is definitely your best bet. I only paid a little over 900 RMB per night when I booked.

The room was incredibly tiny, and the heater was oddly placed on the ceiling. While it was cheap and genuinely close to Wall Street, the facilities were quite subpar. The heating barely worked at night, making it especially cold.

What sets this hotel apart from the multitude of other downtown hotels with only two narrow elevators is its slightly more refined decor; otherwise, it's pretty much the same. Upon check-in, guests receive a $10 voucher valid only at the restaurant and rooftop bar.

Very friendly hotel situated on the F line metro. So very convenient for Times Square etc. Free hot drinks provided at lobby and reception will arrange taxi to JFK (cost $77 comparable to uber). Room felt small with two double beds, especially compared to other hotels in Chicago and New Orleans. The cost of the room was also very expensive for what it was - but that may reflect New York prices.

Easy, friendly check in. Received immediate text asking if all ok with room and I was able to respond that I wanted more towels (traveling with daughters). Said towels were delivered minutes later. The location is a bit far from the station, which is a bit confusing, and the water pressure is so low that it's difficult to wash your face and shower. It's a reasonably priced hotel, so it was clean, and the check-out time was 12 p.m., which was helpful. The lack of a microwave was also inconvenient.

Facilities: The hotel is probably quite old, so the lights in the room and the facilities in the shower aren't very new, but thankfully they all work. The heating is quite loud at night and can wake people up.

The hotel lobby has a retro, old-money style, and the receptionists are very welcoming. The elevator can only hold three or four people at a time, and the rooms are similar to those in domestic business hotels; there is some noise at night.

This hotel is relatively new and exquisite in the eastern part of Midtown Manhattan, where every inch of land is valuable. It happened to be Valentine's Day, so there were some attentive greetings. The dining room always had snacks, bread, hot water and milk available.

A member of the housekeeping staff left our door open, which was disturbing and scary, especially as they didn’t do a very good job cleaning it anyway.
