As a Marriott Vacation Club member and regular user worldwide, this was by far the poorest my wife and I have stayed in and at iver $800 a night. You are paying for a very good location but no restaurant, no proper facilities etc. tiny bathroom, tiny wardrobe (about a foot wide) and very run down carpets etc. and not even a decent worktop to do any work. I stayed earlier in the week in Marriott Courtyard...
The concierge kept trying to sell us on Marriot vouchers. They did not offer to help us with our experience, they were trying to sell me more. I felt hounded by staff upon entering and exiting hotel every time. That was annoying. The room and facilities were great
The gentleman manager upon check in was not very professional nor well informed. Not friendly staff upon checkin.
Overall loved the property. Staff was incredibly nice. The concierge can be overwhelming when you first walk through the door, but all it takes is to tell them you're not interested in a sales pitch and it's not a hassle. We didn't stay in Midtown so we could spend our vacation inside, so size of room didn't bother us a bit. It's small, but it's Manhattan. We could see the ESB from our room! ...
I really enjoyed my stay here! Check in was a breeze. The employees were extremely nice and welcoming! Every time we walked in or out of the hotel/elevator we were always greeted with smiles. The security at the door was also very nice and welcoming! Our room was on the 11th floor, although we didn't have a city view, the room itself was very clean and accommodating. If we needed anything, we called...
Liked everything about the hotel and its location; however, room lacked a desk, making it very difficult to do any work on a laptop.

We loved it! Room was spotless. Very comfortable. Staff was wonderful! Very helpful. The restaurant was lovely. The food was delicious! The location is perfect and everything we wanted to do was walkable. We spent a lovely weekend and will definitely be back!
The staff was wonderful, the room was beautiful but the bed was uncomfortable. The bedding was the very poor quality and the embroidered logo in the middle of the sheets was a weird uncomfortable location. Unfortunately, I barely slept.
Hotel with a great atmosphere in the lobby bar and restaurant.
The staff is very attentive and friendly.
The rooms are very clean and, although not excessively large, well-organized and with a very comfortable bed.
I would recommend upgrading to a superior room if you're staying more than three days.
Very well located, with good restaurants and cafes nearby, and you can easily walk to Soho from the...
Couldn’t fault this hotel, ideal location for exploring and the room itself was chic with classy interiors. Super friendly staff too who were accommodating with late checkout.
Loved the hotel gym and views from the rooftop.
the room was i suppose clean. it was very dark in the room.
only 3 lights so could really only see when it was light outside in room. bathroom lighting fine
also there were no drawers for clothes and i eas there for 4 nights
The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were happy to give recommendations for sightseeing.

Same period, rates are fairly decent! Easy n convenient!
Hotel Hendricks is a delightful, convenient place, and it has become our reliable go-to destination when we visit the city. It is well-appointed, clean, and safe. The staff is warm and helpful. A great hotel!
Great hotel - very small room but expected for NYC. Room cleaned and bed made up every day, Stylish room with great shower. Lovely rooftop bar.
Room looks lots larger in pics , closet door didn’t open on one side and it has no drawers no space at all in room. Location was good. Most things within walking distance. Rooftop bar closed all the time for events , so was not able to enjoy this.
Great stay. Room is dark even though there’re a few lights. Bed and pillows really comfortables and shower is fantastic. Close to everything.
The location is good and conveniently located nearby Time Square, Broadway, Empire State and other shopping areas. There are a lot of food choices within 5 minutes radius from the hotel.
However the cleanliness of the room is not up to standard, quite dusty. The room has very dim lighting and no mirrors a part from the shower. They also forgot to equip our room with the coffee machine and water,...

Overall, this hotel is very clean and conveniently located, with good dining and other facilities nearby. The only downside is that the mattress is too soft, making it difficult to sleep. I hope they can improve this.
We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Union Square. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. The unique plant growing system in the lobby was a fun surprise! The only downside was that we weren’t informed about ongoing construction (which didn’t bother us much since we were out during the day) and we weren’t sure whether the on-site restaurant was open or able to visit...
We. Stayed while helping our daughter move into her first apartment. The front desk clerk was super friendly when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely updated. Bed was comfortable, but late in the evening a smell started coming into the room. I’m.not sure what it was but it smelled like acetone or some paint/stain. It felt like it was coming through the vents and it prevented...
Rooms are small (not unusual for NYC, even so). Sound insulation isn't great; I was often woken up when neighboring rooms operated their doors, talked in the hallway etc. - again, not unusual in most NYC hotels.
The staff are wonderful, service is great and I love the location near Union Square.
I stayed at the Hyatt Union Square during my vacation in NYC, and overall it was a great experience. The location is the strongest part — being right in Union Square made it incredibly easy to explore the city, catch the subway, and walk to tons of restaurants, cafés, and stores. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet for Manhattan. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed...
It is very close to New York University, and most of the guests staying at the hotel are families sending their children to study there.

Paid for very early check in at 10:30 am because of early morning arrival of our long haul flight to NYC. My husband & I arrived even earlier than 10:30 and were pleasantly surprised when we were allowed to check in to our room already. The room was large and clean and had a great view of the Empire State building. We were provided with free bottled water and the room was cleaned daily. We liked that...
Room is comfortable. Interior room is quiet; something hard to get in New York. Area perfect for my needs in Midtown. Unit at window is maintained and blows up (preferred) not on you while you sleep. Products are good. Two free water bottles. No coffee in room but free in morning at restaurant in lobby. The people at front desk act a little bit lax but were friendly enough. At the cost I would...
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Renwick. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I want to thank Jasmine for helping us out.
The hotel is less than a 5 min walk to Grand Central and the Newark Express Airport bus stop. Overall, the rooms were comfortable, location is great and we had no issues with our stay.
We stayed in this hotel for a week and we can say nothing but that it was very good. The room was spacious enough for two people. We had two double beds. The shower was perfectly fine. The beds were excellent and very comfortable — we slept wonderfully.
Even though we were on the fourth floor at the front of the hotel, we hardly experienced any noise, despite construction work going on nearby. The...
I stayed here in Dec before the holidays. This hotel was so clean and lovely. The doorman was such a sweetheart and cared to give us recommendations for places to eat and they were so kind to hold our bags whenever necessary. The rooms are spacious and not cramped at all. Excellent location in Williamsburg. Nice bar and restaurant options. Rooms are on the smaller side but are very nice and have everything you need (fridge, safe, hair dryer, clothes steamer, coffee making kit). I’ve stayed multiple times and would return.
We stayed here as a family and had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. Great value for the price and easy for family travel.”
Very clean room. They had a concierge service via text that reached out shortly after we arrived and answered all my questions, often in just 10-20 minutes after texting. The front desk staff was also attentive and helpful. Would recommend and stay again!
I love the sack breakfast but I didn't care for the apple every day. Room was clean and cozy. Lobby is always packed with people!! Hard to find a seat to have a quick breakfast in the lobby. I liked the self-fill water stations. All hotels should do this! Loved the water pressure in the shower but the Hoxton should consider low flow faucets to be more eco friendly.
Lovely place. Awkwardly located check in desk for hotel. Restaurant “entrance” mostly vacant. Menu with a broader selection of foods is preferred. Excellent coffee bar and pastries. Comfortable bar and lounge.
Gorgeous NYC views, but the room was just too small to move around or even stow personal belongings. The thermostat was not working properly. Despite adjusting it by several degrees, the temperature only moved up one degree in several hours. The shower was also not working properly. It had a loose knob that seemed like it might fall off and made it difficult to adjust the water temperature. Also, no...

Breakfast?
Clean, very comfortable, staff wonderful and the location was great for Central Park and the subway and upmarket shopping. The only drawback was this hotel doesn’t have any breakfast or hotel bar facilities. We had to walk a fair way to get breakfast that suited our tastes.
The place is a excellent option to a tradition hotel. Great location and amazing value. My feeling a 5 star experience
First off, the staff was first class. From the front desk people to the doormen, they were always willing to help and always with a smile. The hotel is also very clean and the room was perfect. Great place to stay in NYC
We loved our stay at the hotel! The room was roomy, nicely appointed and the bathroom was nicely arranged and sized. The staff was terrific and the services met our needs. In addition, the hotel is perfectly located and was only a block from both subway stations that gave us service to everywhere we wanted to go. This will be the only hotel we stay at in NYC.

So-so. The hygiene was decent, and the facilities were okay. Service was really slow, which wasn't great. The location was also pretty good. They were flexible with a slightly late check-out, and the deposit was refunded quite quickly.
The location is great, close to Koreatown and Macy's, and the 1 train at 28th Street is just about a 2-minute walk away. There are lots of food options nearby! The hotel isn't too tall, so the elevators aren't usually crowded, and all the staff are very nice! It's also super convenient for temporary parking right in front. Excellent value for money, I'd definitely stay here again!
Brought my family to New York City to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade in the checkout the sites and I absolutely couldn’t be happier with my accommodations. Amazing service I couldn’t believe how awesome the front desk in the people taking care of our luggage before and after check-in check out. 5 STARS ⭐️ ALL DAY. Thank you 🙏

The hotel's location is great, but the so-called 'view room' was really disappointing. The cleanliness was comparable to a 'Quanji Hotel' (a mid-range chain in China), but the price was 20 times higher! We booked an Executive Room for Christmas, and the ridiculous part is it was 12,500 a night on weekends – absolutely insane. Good thing the executive lounge was open all day, so breakfast, lunch, and...
We had a great stay at The Evelyn! Our first stop for NY and everything had a great vibe; the rooms were beautiful and the Tusk Bar was the perfect way to unwind. We were stuck indoors with the recent storm for a day but the Cafe and bar meant we didn't need to worry at all! Highly recommend, especially for the stunning decor, food and history.
Such an amazing experience but the staff is what makes it the best. Noah Lake who works at the front is the most accommodating customer service staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Dinner He’s extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly, which is something as someone from California was a little bit nervous to not have experienced. Him and the other hotel staff truly made this stay amazing. The cleaning...
Beautiful hotel, nice vibe. Quiet 2nd level mezzanine to work in above very nice cafe (Ninepin). Rooms are NYC small but heat control was great and bathroom had two of my faves: rain shower and heated tile floor! A very nice small breakfast included at the Ninepin (which is inside the hotel). The Tusk Bar is gorgeous but right sized to not be intrusive. Service was great. Great stay.
What an excellent stay! I'd highly recommend this hotel again for the amazing location, customer service, beautiful decor, spacious rooms and dreamy bathrooms! I enjoyed every minute of it from check-in to check-out!

This is considered a very good hotel in downtown New York City. Lots of Japanese people. It's also very safe to walk around at night. It's very close to Central Station, about a 5-minute walk. There's a super delicious breakfast shop next door. The hotel breakfast is okay, but the chocolate shop downstairs is amazing.
It's in a great location, but the surrounding area is quiet, so I think it's a great hotel for a relaxing stay. The room was clean and comfortable.
It was our first family trip to New York, so it was reassuring to have staff who could speak Japanese.
The hotel has a historic feel, but the rooms were clean and the service was excellent. I was impressed to see the Empire State Building from the window for the first time!
The room is very quiet and the space is well designed
The room has a Japanese toilet 👍 with a spray for washing your butt. It's located in the best area on Park Avenue, just a few minutes north of Grand Central Station. There are plenty of options for coffee and breakfast nearby. I recommend the Tattinery, halfway north to Grand Central Station. We had breakfast there twice.

Charming! Me and business partners appreciated the welcome.
Menu was good. Expensive even with $25 voucher
The staff was great and provided exceptional customer service. The rooms could use additional detail in cleaning the walls, which had visible dirt, and under the bed, it seemed that they didn't vacuum underneath. Aside from that the it was a pleasant stay.
This hotel is not a 4.5 star hotel by any means. The mattress was very old and springy. Shower pressure was weak. Coffee cups were dirty and stained. Didn’t have spoons or mixing sticks. Chair had a lot of debris and crumbs on it. Closet door handles were sticky and dirty. The room door had a pretty large gap between it and the floor. The hotel is a little tired, but outstanding for the price. The bathroom was fully renovated and the bed comfortable. Need new carpets, window and wall treatments. Would 100% stay there again. Love the location, the pub downstairs and great service.
The front desk staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and efficient upon check in. The negatives were garbage and empty champagne bottles littering the hallway adjacent to my room. The headboard on the bed was scratched and could use updating. The room itself was clean.
The Fitzpatrick is a very old school NY hotel - the rooms are old fashioned but dead quiet. It was a pleasure to stay there. Location is ideal - right next to Grand Central. Staff was lovely.
No breakfast. Property is seeing a little wear. Had to get a room change due to the bed being extremely soft.

Absolutely the Most Professional Staff and Hotel Personnel! Impossible to list all of the EXCEPTIONAL QUALITIES - LOCATION, AMENITIES, SERVICE, QUALITY ETC….
IT MADE ME SAD TO LEAVE!!
You will not find a better NYC LUXURY HOTEL!
Hectic Holiday schedules HOWEVER the stresses just melted away while staying in this exquisite property!
Returning as soon as possible!
Rooms are larger than any other hotel I've stayed at in NYC. The entire hotel has also been recently updated. It's a very nice hotel.
Great staff - professionals, welcoming, and accommodating of special requests. The room is good - spacious and clean. However, the hotel lobby and hallways probably needs upgrading as it is becoming dated and sad looking. Maybe new carpets, lighting fixture, and art work would brighten up the place to keep its high standard.
Room was ready early and spotless. Staff service was excellent. Property location was centrally located in midtown facing Bryant Park, which is a short 10 block walk up 5th Ave to St Pat’s and Rockefeller Center. Highly recommend this hotel.
Staff attention and friendliness from the get go. Hotel is beautiful. Bar room downstairs beautiful. Nothing is too much trouble, we were made to feel extremely valued as a guest. Room and amenities exquisite, possibly the best room I've ever stayed in. This hotel sets the bar. Fabulous

Couldn't have asked for a better location from which to explore New York. The hotel is one street away from Central Park and there's a Subway station and bus stops nearby. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and very spacious for New York, as well as quiet despite the noise outside. The staff also couldn't have been more helpful and when we did have an issue in one of the rooms, it was dealt with...
Super nice! Fits needs for business travel. Has a gym, theater, and a breakfast spot attached to lobby that was convenient. Steps from Centralpark.

Our trip to New York wouldn’t have felt complete without our stay at AKA Central Park. The location of the residence made so many spontaneous, last-minute plans wonderfully easy—whether it was stepping out for a walk, a meal, or an unexpected discovery in the city. We stayed at the residence for a couple of weeks, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The room sizes were unbelievably spacious...
From arrival to departure AKA was ideal for us. So near Central Park, 5th Avenue shopping, art galleries, Carnegie Hall, the Lincoln Centre, theatres. The accommodation couldn’t have been better - roomy, with excellent service from front desk as well, plus a cafe and gym. I highly recommend AKA Central Park.
We loved our stay at AKA Central Park! My husband and I visited NYC for two weeks to celebrate our birthdays and see the city at Christmas time. We wanted a kitchen and living room but also a hotel experience, with people at the front desk to greet and guide us when we had questions. AKA met those needs at a reasonable price and was well-situated in the city, close to Central Park and the subway. Food...
