I stayed here again because of its convenience – my child works right across the street from Carnegie Hall. The hotel insisted I change rooms, and to my surprise, I got a newer suite. I must say the location is ideal as within walking minutes to subway and airport bus. Generally ok with hotel service standards, recommended for short stays in NYC.

The location is really convenient! There are plenty of restaurants nearby, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The subway is right around the corner, with multiple lines accessible. Times Square is also just a few hundred meters away. However, I'm not sure why they charged a $20 deposit that was never refunded.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, super close to Times Square, with a Muji store nearby, and the subway station just a few minutes' walk away. What really stands out is that the hotel facilities are quite new, the soundproofing is good, and the shower in the bathroom is really comfortable.

This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in New York. - The soundproofing is excellent. - There's enough space to open two 30-inch suitcases (I had a twin bed room). - It's very close to Times Square. - A microwave is available for use. - They offer a welcome drink. - I was told the deposit would take up to 30 days to be refunded, but it came back very quickly.

Very convenient and satisfying for business trips.

The room was quite small and felt a bit cramped. The USB ports were also not working properly. I tried charging my device overnight, but it didn’t charge at all. Coz we need to take train, so chose this hotel for one night.

Standard service that you would expect from most hotels in America. The air conditioning does not work well in the rooms, it was hot and stuffy. The hotel does provide a fan (upon request) but it did not help much. Rooms look quite tired. Nobody picks up the phone at the front desk. Location was good.

My partner and I stayed in the bunk room for a night and it was great! The bed was so comfortable and the blankets were clean and soft. Our room stayed at the perfect temp even though it was 10° outside!

Lovely old hotel -- clean, comfortable. Some rooms are pretty small as you'd expect in a building this age. There is no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker in the room. The French café near the entrance, just off the lobby, is first-rate. The cocktail lounge is cozy for a nightcap. Service is superb.
