7.5
New York, 93 Bowery, Manhattan (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Price is high , breakfast and gym were separately charged. It’s not worth it ! Disappointed!
This is not a four star hotel. The food was not good and no AC in the room. It was terrible.
Was overall very good. The Air Con was cold but room felt very humid. Clean, friendly.
Great location, close to subway and the views are amazing!!
The city fee is different every day.
The room was nice and clean. There is no door to the shower room. The location is good, which is more convenient for Chinese people who are not very good at English when they go to New York for the first time. There are many Chinese restaurants around and the prices are quite affordable. The overall evaluation is good.

The Bernic Hotel New York City, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, New York1 / 30

New York, 145 East 47th Street (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The Bernic boasts an excellent location with numerous dining options nearby. It is within walking distance to the Times Square area, Grand Central Station, and subway stations (both local and express). Our room was notably spacious compared to other New York hotels of similar style and era. The linens were exceptional, the shower was delightful, and the heated floor in the bathroom was a welcome feature...
"Wow", is the first word that comes to mind when I think of my stay at The Bernic Hotel. My greeting from the gentleman, Mr. Andres, was phenomenal. I stayed at this location for my birthday weekend, 02/2026. Once I informed him, he surprised me and went above & beyond. Although I did have one "hickup", Miss Karla (The Supervisor on duty) not only listened to my grievance, but empathized with me and...
Loved this super cute and cozy hotel. The location is excellent. It's about a 7-minute walk to Grand Central and roughly 15 minutes to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. You’re close to major attractions without being surrounded by the noise and crowds. There are plenty of food options nearby, including bagel shops, delis, markets, pizza spots, and coffee shops. CVS and Walgreens are also just...
Rooms are ok - not worth paying extra for a balcony. No view and the door is not great which means drafts and smell of smoke wafting through from outside. The generators are so noisy, as is the heating, which does disrupt your sleep. Staff are nice and the rooms themselves are modern and well decorated. Close to tourist spots.
Really liked this hotel. Our first trip to NYC. Rooms were NYCity sized (small), 2 people max, but clean and comfortable. There are only 5 rooms per floor and the balcony overlooking the street was just fantastic. Location was perfect. Abit off the beaten path so the constant noise level was significantly less. We included breakfast and the server everyday was Andrea. She was the best! I do not recommend...
We stayed at The Bernic Hotel for two nights this month, so the price was definitely on the higher side, but that’s to be expected in NYC during the holidays. The hotel itself is a cute, small boutique property under the Hilton umbrella, which we really liked. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city and close to so many attractions. The rooms are on the smaller side,...

Fitzpatrick Manhattan Hotel, New York1 / 30

New York, 687 Lexington Ave (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Convenient stay located close to our wedding venue in midtown. Clean and very friendly staff. The highlight was the ability to change our dates last minute due to our flight cancellation (which saved us money) and very early check-in. Would definitely recommend.
No non-sense room with comfortable bed. Pillows could be even softer, but that is a small detail
The room was clean, housekeeping did a wonderful job daily. The bathrooms and baseboards in the rooms could use renovation soon.
The cleaning staff are seasoned and polite. The front desk staff however are not as welcoming and pleasant as they should be except for the GM. The restaurant and bar are a plus to have in this hotel and Breakfast room service while pricey is also a plus. The room itself was clean but the shower floor was not. The bathrooms in general need updating.
The suite was generously sized for Manhattan and worked well for three people. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk staff and bellmen were courteous. Although it's classy and quiet hotel, bathroom fixtures, baseboards and some carpets are in need of refurbishment.
Beautiful room. Staff was super friendly. Restaurant was great. Convenient location.

Booked the Empire Suite for my proposal. The staff here made my proposal smooth sailing. Ronnie and Rachel were in contact with me weeks prior helping me find out details of the room and helping with any concerns/requests I had. The suite itself was beautiful and the location of this hotel was great. Would definitely stay here again, simply for the attention and service this hotel provides!
I’m happy with my stay here.
The staffs at check-in were extremely helpful and responsive. Fantastic breakfast and services at the restaurant too! Location is perfect. This is among the best hotel I have stayed in NYC!
Hotel highlights: Very good location, walk to Fifth Avenue, Empire State Building, etc., if not, you can go to New York Library! Facilities: Overall, it is quite complete Hygiene: It is quite clean, although the elevator is very old Environment: The environment is normal, the hotel is not big Service: Smiling service, quite good
Convenient location, clean facilities
The hotel is very clean, but small. The well room faces the office building, and the Empire State Building can be seen from the top floor. The view is excellent, but it was outsourced by the hotel. The service attitude at the front desk is also very average, but although the hotel is small and well-equipped, there is a printer at the front desk. The location is excellent and relatively safe. We loved our stay at Smyth Tribecca! It was our first time in New York and we loved the location. The staff was so helpful and gave us great recommendations!
Excellent, big corner room, accommodating and pleasant staff, would highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is well located with a very nice lounge separate from a great restaurant. We will definitely stay again on our next visit
The front desk wasn’t very helpful or accommodating — possibly because they seemed understaffed over the holiday period. There was no coffee or complimentary water in the room, and the hotel itself feels quite basic. Even at Christmas there weren’t any small touches for guests, not even a cookie or piece of chocolate. On the positive side, the rooms are large and the location is excellent. The restaurant...
the location is premium. and we like the size and cleanliness of the room. staff are super responsive when we asked for slippers and electric kettle. our main complaint is the decor is a bit old. the desk wobbles a bit and there is random buzzing sound coming from the fridge and receding lighting fixtures. the sofa bed mattress (we had a junior suite) is not quite comfortable but that was to be expected...
The room was quite large and had a great view and the bathroom had a large tub and shower and the location next to subway stop was great. The reason for the lower rating is that we specifically booked a room for 3 people and the hotel/expedia would not let me book any other rooms other than the corner room for 3 people even though the other rooms were less costly and had the same size bed. The pictures...

The hotel's location is AMAZING! Very close by to alot in Manhattan, a walk to most and very close to subway station as well. The reception were really nice, very accommodating to help. The room was okay, we didn't stay in for most of the day so it was fine.
Great location, shame about the rooms
It was perfect for what I needed as a solo business travel. Great location and great service.
It's centrally located in Manhattan, so it's easy to get anywhere, and it's right next to Koreatown, so it's easy to get to Korean restaurants. The staff were friendly, and they offered free coffee coupons and apples at the reception. The bed was very high, the bathroom smelled a bit like un-dried laundry, and the air conditioning was very old and dusty. Still, it was a great value for the money compared...

Location was perfect . Great staff
Mid town location is good for all of Manhattan Older hotel with a very nice renovation We did have a heat issue. Hotel provided quality space heater to help with the issue
Wonderful staff. It could have been warmer but at least they brought a small electric heating to supplement the very windy and cold climate. Overall, I would return to this hotel with a great coffee cafe.
Excellent, clean room with extremely helpful staff. Location is right next to the 6 Train and a Starbucks is next to that, and lots of local spots for dinner, late night snacks and drinks for the room. We’ve stayed here nearly a dozen times and have made it a home away from home.
Spotless and charming room. Big fluffy white towels. Wonderful friendly staff. Great location
Staff was excellent and welcoming. Room was compact - but thoughtful. Bathroom was large and very nice ! Perfect location near the 6 Subway- and easy for LGA flights.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is very well located. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip.
The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Midtown. The room is also spacious enough to open two 28-inch suitcases and one 24-inch suitcase (though you do have to angle them a bit). The facilities are clean, and they cleaned the room thoroughly every day.
It was my first time in New York and I wasn't sure which area to stay in, but it turned out to be great! The room was very spacious and the lights were bright, so it was easy to put on makeup. Koreatown and Empire are right nearby, so I was able to eat reasonably priced Korean food. The location was great, just 3 minutes from the station. The front desk staff were also very kind.
3232 hotel location is convenient but the cleanliness is not details enough.
Location is great, just 1 block away from the 32nd St station on the green no. 6 metro line and 3 blocks east of Koreatown in Manhattan. Room is relatively spacious for a 3-star hotel, but our single-queen bed was actually a full-size bed and there was no room left to correct the wrong bed type for the 3 night stay. It was up to mid-80 deg F daily, and the air conditioning did not work well during...
Great location in Koreatown but a few weird things about the room - the bathroom door would scrape against the floor which was unpleasant and the bathroom shower was pretty dirty.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night because I liked the location. I have a couple of complaints. First, the AC/heater was so loud that I would sometimes wake up just to try to turn it off, but it wouldn’t turn off. Also, the hotel charged me $32.66 for booking through a third party (trips.com) which I didn’t expect. Had they mention the charge, I would have called them directly to book the room
The room was your standard Manhattan hotel room. Relatively small, but well organized with no wasted space. It was clean and inviting. The walls seem to be a bit thin as every time the room next door shut their door it sounded like they were slamming our door. The area is nice. It’s about a block or so from Central Park. There is a metro station near by. Overall I’d give this hotel a 4.75 out of 5...
The room was very clean. The bathroom was nice. The staff was extremely helpful, especially during check in. The Uber driver let us off across the street by mistake, but the doorman came out to help us cross the street, get my elderly mother inside, and he took our luggage to our room. The room was very small, which was no surprise because the photos were accurate. The room had two double beds...
I was there for just one night, but the hotel was in a great location for attending a show at Lincoln Center. The front desk staff were lovely. My room was just right. Plenty big enough (but not BIG) for one person. Comfy bed. Bathroom was v. attractive with a great shower. Funky and equally good sushi bar and restaurant connected to the hotel. Price for my room was super reasonable...I'd be happy...
I really wanted to give this hotel a great review but a miserable night with the ventilation kept me awake and freezing most of the night. Beautifully appointed hotel and rooms. Friendly staff. Front desk staff will make you a cappuccino when you wake up too early in the morning. Ditch the “resort fee”!
This is the second time we have stayed at The Moore, and, honestly, it is the only hotel we are looking to stay for a while to come. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the accommodations and location are unmatched for our price range. It is also conveniently located for all of our needs.
This is the second time that we have stayed at The Moore, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is extremely friendly, and the accommodations are fantastic. I love the neighborhood, and its proximity to many popular places. We also discovered a few good restaurants near by which made our stay even better.
I stayed at The Moore with my boyfriend for our week long trip & we’d definitely stay at this hotel again! The service was literally the best part, the front desk staff greeted us nicely every morning and night. We got a $40 credit per day being there for the cafe so free pastries and coffee which was so nice. The hotel rooms were sort of small but we managed. Definitely recommend this spot.
What a way to start 2026. This boutique hotel absolutely nails the balance between style, service, and genuine hospitality. The staff are young, energetic, and exceptionally well trained—and it shows. Every interaction carried that rare “I truly love my job” energy that can’t be faked and makes a stay memorable. Stayed for three nights on a girls trip. The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds (including the sofa bed). Staff was always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the coffee and light breakfast every morning and appreciated the snacks available throughout the day. The rooftop terrace was a great getaway and still nice to visit during our late October stay. Would definitely stay again!
The hotel was lovely and offered a small breakfast everyday included in the fee. The rooms were ample and had storage space for clothing. All of the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful.
We were never told there WAS a bar. I found out as we were checking out and I was looking for a restroom downstairs. But dealing with all the staff there was great.
Stayed here 8 years ago before Covid and it was great … friendly people and lovely extras like the Manager’s complimentary drinks each evening. Sadly, this has all changed. Add to this the fact that the place is looking old and tired; the reception staff were not particularly welcoming and the strange decision to remove the mini fridge from the room, and the hotel has lost its charm and appeal.
The hotel has a great location. The beds are comfy and the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal, and for it being located in NYC it is relatively quiet, so that you can get a good nights rest. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, great staff (thank you Junior and Louis for helping me with the tech on my phone for parking), and wonderful shower. Great location.
Overall clean room and bathroom. Very spacious, great for our family trip with 4 adults and two young children! Great location, close to so many places and transportation. Lobby personnel was very kind and helpful.
Had THE BEST STAY HERE. The staff, the room, everything was great. I really can’t think of anything negative to say. It’s a smaller hotel, no restaurant on site, the elevators are a little slow, but it’s quaint and in the most perfect location. We could walk anywhere within 15 mins or so. Loved it so much I booked it again for summer!
This is a perfect nyc hotel in a great location. Our room was much bigger than the average room in the city. The hotel was not crowded at all and the staff is wonderful. The lobby is charming and we will definitely stay again.

Just wrapped up a stay at The Carnegie Hotel and really enjoyed it! The location is absolutely perfect, right where you want to be. The rooms were pretty solid – clean and comfortable, exactly what I needed after a day out. Service was great too, super friendly and helpful staff all around. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area!
Excellent value for money for its location in NYC. Small building wedged between a few others however the room was outstanding. Comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast and wine and cheese hour included in the rate which was also nice. Breakfast selection is limited (considering the size of the property) but otherwise very good. 10/10 would recommend this place.
First impression was impressive with the staff that stood, smiled, and greeted me upon arrival. Followed by a complementary glass of wine and fruit/cheese/nuts. The room was modern, very quiet, and comfortable. Only 4-5 rooms per floor. Finishes inside were well-appointed, great attention to detail. Great location in midtown with several nearby subway stations. I’ll be staying here again!
It is really hard to rate New York hotels because they are universally awful and expensive. Even when staying in a 5 star hotel the best you can hope for is a room big enough to turn around in without touching both sides or a level of cleanliness comparable to a college dorm. On that starting point this hotel is fine. It is clean and the bathroom is to an ok standard. The coffee and breakfast leave...

I would’ve given Sixty LES a 5-star rating, but unfortunately the sauna was not up and running during my stay. Everything else was solid, but amenities listed should be fully operational or clearly disclosed.
Room was spacious and as advertised. Good service. Had to ask for the ********** gold level benefits. Elevators were a bit annoying if you wanted to go the the spa/gym since only 1 out of 3 elevators went to that only floor. Nice there was hot coffee and teas available in the mornings. Was on 4th floor so not too much of a view but the large windows were nice.
Yailyn was amazing and super helpful. She even added special touches for my fiancées birthday. The room was probably the biggest in the city that we’ve ever stayed in. Bed was sooo comfortable and the shower felt so nice after long nights. Close to so many things. Can’t wait to go back
Room was good, the bathroom walls are made out of smoked glasses. When the lights are turned on, it does not look good if you are starting with family members including kids.

This hotel is nice. Reasonable and decent area of NYC. My daughter enjoy her photo shoot in their Guest Lounge.
