Rooms are ok - not worth paying extra for a balcony. No view and the door is not great which means drafts and smell of smoke wafting through from outside. The generators are so noisy, as is the heating, which does disrupt your sleep. Staff are nice and the rooms themselves are modern and well decorated. Close to tourist spots.

Convenient stay located close to our wedding venue in midtown. Clean and very friendly staff. The highlight was the ability to change our dates last minute due to our flight cancellation (which saved us money) and very early check-in. Would definitely recommend.

The cleaning staff are seasoned and polite. The front desk staff however are not as welcoming and pleasant as they should be except for the GM. The restaurant and bar are a plus to have in this hotel and Breakfast room service while pricey is also a plus. The room itself was clean but the shower floor was not. The bathrooms in general need updating.

The suite was generously sized for Manhattan and worked well for three people. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk staff and bellmen were courteous. Although it's classy and quiet hotel, bathroom fixtures, baseboards and some carpets are in need of refurbishment.

Booked the Empire Suite for my proposal. The staff here made my proposal smooth sailing. Ronnie and Rachel were in contact with me weeks prior helping me find out details of the room and helping with any concerns/requests I had. The suite itself was beautiful and the location of this hotel was great. Would definitely stay here again, simply for the attention and service this hotel provides!

the location is premium. and we like the size and cleanliness of the room. staff are super responsive when we asked for slippers and electric kettle. our main complaint is the decor is a bit old. the desk wobbles a bit and there is random buzzing sound coming from the fridge and receding lighting fixtures. the sofa bed mattress (we had a junior suite) is not quite comfortable but that was to be expected...

The hotel's location is AMAZING! Very close by to alot in Manhattan, a walk to most and very close to subway station as well. The reception were really nice, very accommodating to help. The room was okay, we didn't stay in for most of the day so it was fine.

Excellent, clean room with extremely helpful staff. Location is right next to the 6 Train and a Starbucks is next to that, and lots of local spots for dinner, late night snacks and drinks for the room. We’ve stayed here nearly a dozen times and have made it a home away from home.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Midtown. The room is also spacious enough to open two 28-inch suitcases and one 24-inch suitcase (though you do have to angle them a bit). The facilities are clean, and they cleaned the room thoroughly every day.

Great location in Koreatown but a few weird things about the room - the bathroom door would scrape against the floor which was unpleasant and the bathroom shower was pretty dirty.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night because I liked the location. I have a couple of complaints. First, the AC/heater was so loud that I would sometimes wake up just to try to turn it off, but it wouldn’t turn off. Stayed for three nights on a girls trip. The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds (including the sofa bed). Staff was always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the coffee and light breakfast every morning and appreciated the snacks available throughout the day. The rooftop terrace was a great getaway and still nice to visit during our late October stay. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was lovely and offered a small breakfast everyday included in the fee. The rooms were ample and had storage space for clothing. All of the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

We were never told there WAS a bar. I found out as we were checking out and I was looking for a restroom downstairs. But dealing with all the staff there was great.

Stayed here 8 years ago before Covid and it was great … friendly people and lovely extras like the Manager’s complimentary drinks each evening. Sadly, this has all changed. Add to this the fact that the place is looking old and tired; the reception staff were not particularly welcoming and the strange decision to remove the mini fridge from the room, and the hotel has lost its charm and appeal.

Excellent value for money for its location in NYC. Small building wedged between a few others however the room was outstanding. Comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast and wine and cheese hour included in the rate which was also nice. Breakfast selection is limited (considering the size of the property) but otherwise very good. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I would’ve given Sixty LES a 5-star rating, but unfortunately the sauna was not up and running during my stay. Everything else was solid, but amenities listed should be fully operational or clearly disclosed.

Room was spacious and as advertised. Good service. Had to ask for the ********** gold level benefits. Elevators were a bit annoying if you wanted to go the the spa/gym since only 1 out of 3 elevators went to that only floor. Nice there was hot coffee and teas available in the mornings. Was on 4th floor so not too much of a view but the large windows were nice.

The place is pretty nice, great location, good staff, but here's where my issues lie. I didn't appreciate the mandatory resort fee 45$ per day for water i didnt need, and a pool i didnt use. The gym was cool but i didnt use it. I feel cheated. Not to mention its unacceptable to pay for a deluxe room and not have a mini fridge to keep my drinks and food safe and cold. Overall i left feeling bitter....

Like many of the Boutique hotels this fits the bill. Maybe even Micro Boutique. BEWARE: many of the rooms have the mattress on the floor. No box springs. Being 80 year old this would have been near impossible but we were able to change to a box spring off the floor. One small closet. One drawer. Used one nightstand and two suitcase racks to place and access our two suitcase. For Bathroom toiletries...
