The hotel is in a very convenient location, with the subway nearby or within walking distance. There is no special hotel service, the room is very small, there is no special night view outside, the decoration is a bit too simple, and the wall at the head of the bed really surprised me

I'd like to give the Renaissance a better review but we ran into a number of issues on our recent stay. First, the expansive lobby they show in the pictures online, is under construction, so there is just a small space for checking in. Second, the fancy bar, also shown in pictures online, is also under construction, so its not open. Finally, if you order room service, the food comes in unappetizing to-go boxes. We wanted to have a romantic dinner on our room's terrace, but to-go boxed food is not very romantic (or very tasty to boot). On the plus side, our room was nice - very clean, modern and well appointed. Especially liked the fancy shower. Terrace was also a nice space. And the remaining bar, with an outdoor space, and restaurant seemed pleasant enough. But given the current shortcomings, I don't think I would go back until construction is complete and they can find plates for the room service meals.

The location was perfect for our trip, right next door to MSG! The rooms were nice enough, just poor insulation from outside noise or inside odors of late night extracurricular activities. The staff was helpful and nice. The restaurant was delicious. I wouldn't be opposed to staying here again.

This hotel was just a mini getaway for the evening. The only issue I didn't like is there isn't a microwave to heat anything up. The concierge were very pleasant.the view was beautiful I would recommend anyone to give the hotel a try.
The ambience was beautiful & the beds are very comfortable.

The location is good, the subway is well connected. You can walk to the Empire State Building and Times Square. You can go to the Statue of Liberty directly without changing subways, Line 1. Clean and sanitary, the bed is comfortable.

Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of Times Square! You can easily walk to Central Park in just 10 minutes. The rooms with views directly facing the bright screens of Times Square are absolutely stunning, making your stay even more special. I can't wait to return and enjoy sitting in the restaurant with an amazing view of the bustling crowd. It's a perfect spot to soak in the city's energy while enjoying a delicious meal. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting NYC♥️

It’s not often that I give 5 stars to a hotel but this is well deserved. From the time we checked in, everyone was extremely pleasant and welcoming. And everyone we asked questions of was knowledgeable.

We are Platinum so we asked for an upgrade on arrival. These days that’s usually a no-go but we got a great room with an outdoor seating area.

FYI, we couldn’t find our hair dryer. After a trip to the checkin, they told us about the secret drawer under the sink. Aha!

The location is great and near many sightseeing spots too. All in all, top notch!

Depends on your waitress your food maybe prepared well. Otherwise if they feel they not going to get anything they will not go above and beyond for you. The place is clean and atmosphere is nice but the food can be hit or miss and the drinks are usually water down or flavorless. I just stick to soda. Overall nice place to just have fun. Service is in between.

Hooters was good. The drinks was nice. I had a Caribbean mixed drink which was called Tropical LIT. We sat at the bar, service was quick and fast. Our waitress was very nice to us.

I had a buffalo chicken salad and my friend had curly fries and hot wings. Her wings were kind of burnt though, that's why I gave it 4 stars.

Good sports bar. This place has a LOT of TVs which is very good for watching many games of football at once. It doesn't get too crowded but showing up early can get bigger table with better view of the games you care about. Staff is usually helpful with changing channels. It is a Hooters but seems like any other sports bar in N.Y. mostly. Lots of rangers fans pregame here before games.

I am a feminist but even I can't think but to sue for false advertising... there were no hooters in there. Barely a hoot. lmfao rotfd On a serious note It was a great time. Their upsell is amazing, so if you have a budget you need to keep, just throw it out the window. They are charismatic and give you the time to feel like you're in a den with good friends watching the game. I of course love donating to good causes and bought the calendar in support of defeating breast cancer. Great place to go after work or for just a bite.

The food was good besides I had hair in my food and in my water glass. I expected to pay nothing for my meal because that was absolutely their fault. They did make me pay and gave me a 10% discount so I will never go back. I should have just walked out.

Very cool Diner not far away from Penn Station and Times Square. Great place to get the Diner experience in the middle of everything. I had Eggs Benedict for breakfast and it was so good! Service was very friendly and came with ice cold water several times.

Typical diner food but I enjoyed it a lot. My 50% beef 50% bacon burger went down a treat really. It was quite busy but then you expect that near Madison Square Gardens and it didn't affect the service.

Ask for extra tip after we paid, this is unacceptable and desire a 0 star.

Some food are OK, others are bad, really depends on what you ordered. I came from Sichuan and their food is not very Sichuan style. I can only give it 2/5 based on their food quality.

But I won’t visit again. Not a restaurant ask for extra tip after we paid and already decided the tip we are willing to put on the bill.

Authentic Sichuan food. The Chong quin chicken fails to disappoint. Pork soup dumplings could have been more flavourful. But they one of the top ones in the area.

Top notch Szechuan cuisine in the heart of midtown Manhattan. The food is satisfyingly spicy and flavorful. If you crave or are curious about the numbing and tingling sensation of the Sichuan peppercorn, then absolutely give this place a try. I recommend the Szechuan Pork Dumplings, Stir-Fried Chicken w/ Spicy Capsicum, the spicy lamb chops, and just about everything else on the menu!
