The hotel's location is excellent, just a 25-minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge photo op spot. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including some incredibly good value Chinese restaurants, which are a big plus for Chinese travelers. The front desk staff provided top-notch service and arranged a very satisfying breakfast for us, which was also perfectly suited to Chinese tastes.

There was water available in the lobby, which was great because I could get a cold drink anytime. Also, the bed and vanity were large and very convenient to use.

The facilities are complete, and the service is good. Although the lobby is small, it's cozy. Getting around by subway and bus is super convenient, and shopping is great too, plus the Barclays Center is nearby.

This booking was a nightmare 👎. I booked a room that included one breakfast, but when I went to eat before 9 AM, the hotel told me it wasn't included. I showed the front desk my English booking confirmation, which clearly stated breakfast was included. They said they needed to contact the manager. The manager came over, looked at the confirmation, completely dismissed it, and flat-out refused, claiming the hotel hadn't received payment for breakfast from the booking platform. Speechless 😓! They told me to contact the booking platform. The platform eventually said by 10:10 AM that it was resolved. I went back to the front desk, and again, just two words: 'Refused!' They claimed they hadn't received any notification. I was so angry, I couldn't take it anymore! I contacted the booking platform's customer service again, and they said they'd have a compensation plan for two breakfasts by 10:35 AM. It's 10:31 AM now, just waiting! All in all, the whole process was incredibly frustrating! Over a single breakfast, my mood to eat was completely ruined!

The shower in my room only had a showerhead, no faucet, which was a bit inconvenient. The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud. However, the service was good, and the room was clean.

Terrific place. Delivery is very strong too, they give you directions for heating their ramen correctly, spot on.

Excellent ramen, and everything in general is well done. Fast and considerate service, but you do not feel rushed. Kitchen is interesting--closed off, but surrounded by glass so you can see the staff working. Beer list is uncommon, they also have sake including unfiltered sakes. On weekends, gets very busy after 7, but still worth it because there's a lot of other good food options in the area so you can decide to bail if the wait ia too long and go someplace else.

Snarky waiter sat us near storage room and declined when we asked to one over despite place being half empty. It didn't get better when both water glasses had lip/food imprints. Soup spoon then had harden food. Waiter replaced but was clear he wasn't pleased, without saying a word. Food clearly had no real Japanese flavor. Won't return.

Busy, noisy place with an overpriced menu. A bowl of noodle soup that contains an ounce or two of meat and a couple of vegetable leaves will cost you $15 to $18. Don't waste your money.

This my favorite neighborhood restaurant. The cooks and servers are very respectful of the food. Great food and great for people watching as it attracts a lot of people from the nearby shopping mall and the always amazing Fulton Mall street.

Wish there was more seating, even when there's a band but this is a typical corner dive music bar with the beers you want for your friend visiting on tap. Can't remember if there's hooks for your purse underneath the bar but I'd definitely come by to this spot again.

If they have live music, don't bother. Julie won't let you back in if you want to go outside for any reason. Even if you brought a party of 40. I won't be back. This place is garbage.
Edit: I was not there a week ago and I did not bring in a six pack (who does that, and why are you blaming me for that?). The woman in the picture identified herself as Julia, so I had no reason to not believe her. Maybe the staff needs additional training on how to deal with customers. I have reached out to you in FB.

A well-preserved and authentic old dive with alt-country acts and other music on many days. Back in the day, when the place was the Doray Tavern, this bar was frequented by iron workers from the Mohawk tribe who were reputed to be fearless of skyscraper work.

This place has been here for DECADES! Great service and drinks. You can bring your own outside food too! The only bad thing I can say is that it's a cash bar only! They have an ATM for you to take cash out, but I dislike doing that becausr i get charged by the ATM and my bank charges me on top of that. So hell to he no! Bring cash!

Trendy place with locals and the young crowd with nice cosy atmosphere to have a drink or eat. Staff is friendly and make you welcome.
Food is ok but don't expect gourmet food. As long as you expect excellent food you will have a very nice time just being there.

Great service--they seated me before my entire party had arrived, which is such a welcome rarity in the city! I ordered a drink while I waited (I was early). The food was good, too.
