The staff, the room, everything was great. I really can’t think of anything negative to say. It’s a smaller hotel, no restaurant on site, the elevators are a little slow, but it’s quaint and in the most perfect location

Overall clean room and bathroom. Very spacious, great for our family trip with 4 adults and two young children! Great location, close to so many places and transportation. Lobby personnel was very kind and helpful.

Clean room, great staff (thank you Junior and Louis for helping me with the tech on my phone for parking), and wonderful shower. Great location.

This is a perfect nyc hotel in a great location. Our room was much bigger than the average room in the city. The hotel was not crowded at all and the staff is wonderful

Never have I seen a NYC hotel room that large for under 1,000k. Robe, slippers, walk in shower, and Nespresso. Lovely and comfortable.

Overall it's OK, with convenient transportation. I noticed that the air conditioner is Midea, with good cooling effect, but a little noisy

This hotel is a great value for temporary working and living in Manhattan. It's super-clean and well managed with friendly staff and excellent amenities. For this city, the generous size of the room is surprising

The room is quite big. I have booked this hotel for the third year. It is a very good experience.

TV service is good, not to mention the large desk work area. Maybe best of all is the combination of a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker (plus unlimited free coffee)

The location is convenient, but overnight parking costs $50, which is a no-brainer in Manhattan.

Get any food you like ! Me and my daughter (8) love the curry chicken with rice at Ernest Klein market. It’s hot and just take how many you want. For sure insure many food for you to pick, including fruits

My mother visited me in the city and stayed here. Perfect location with the subway and a lot of great restaurants nearby, plus Central Park two blocks away

Breakfast and wine and cheese hour included in the rate which was also nice. Breakfast selection is limited (considering the size of the property) but otherwise very good. 10/10 would recommend this place

First impression was impressive with the staff that stood, smiled, and greeted me upon arrival. Followed by a complementary glass of wine and fruit/cheese/nuts. The room was modern, very quiet, and comfortable

Don’t ask me about price here ! Absolutely very expensive for Malaysian ! But very normal in US. Almost every single meal about USD 20 +. And tax here very high , a waiters told me to pay extra 20% by the bill

I would’ve given Sixty LES a 5-star rating, but unfortunately the sauna was not up and running during my stay. Everything else was solid, but amenities listed should be fully operational or clearly disclosed.

Room was spacious and as advertised. Had to ask for the ********** gold level benefits. Elevators were a bit annoying if you wanted to go the the spa/gym since only 1 out of 3 elevators went to that only floor

Staff was helpful. The hotel elevator could use some maintenance but overall the stay was pretty goof

It looked like it was one of their regular rooms. Then I asked the front desk for the linens for the sofa bed, which they forgot the blanket. And then went I returned to the front desk there was no one there

The location is absolutely fantastic! From the hotel, you can reach almost all major Midtown attractions within just a few minutes’ walk, which made getting around incredibly convenient

The room was great. The view was stunning at day and night. The only problem was that the room got really cold because of the windows but we had a heater in the room.

ALL the staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The room was enough for one person but might be a bit tight for more. The bed was soo comfortable. I'm not sure of branding PREMIER. But amenities were all good.

The location is amazing and the service is very good. I requested for a late check-out and it was allowed, also they didn’t charge extra for keeping the luggage as my flight was later that day.

I first went to this hotel May 2025 for my daughters college graduation. I loved it so much that I booked it again for my stay April 2026. I had arrived 20 minutes before formal check in

In the meantime they set me up in a small living room area off lobby and had a waitress come over from the restaurant within minutes to take my order

The location was great! My first room the bed was too low for me but as requested it was quiet

The place is pretty nice, great location, good staff, but here's where my issues lie. I didn't appreciate the mandatory resort fee 45$ per day for water i didnt need, and a pool i didnt use

The gym was cool but i didnt use it. Not to mention its unacceptable to pay for a deluxe room and not have a mini fridge to keep my drinks and food safe and cold. Overall i left feeling bitter

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The only downfall would be there is no toiletry counter space. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The bathroom would give you the royal feel and added to that you have a mini bar in your room! The staff was very nice & friendly and they keep your luggage in cloak room before your check-in and after check-out which was very advantageous for us as we were able to explore other attractions of the city without bothering to carry our luggage after we checked-out! And the advantage of it being in heart...

My wife and I stayed at the Casablanca Hotel somewhere around 20+ years ago.  Very much the dame with excellent employees.  We will be back next time we see a play in NYC

Cafe area was nice, continental breakfast included, and although we had to check out by noon, they held our luggage until the evening so we could go explore NY for the day until we had to fly out

Everything is wonderful at the Casablanca! The location is perfect. Snacks, coffee and tea are offered in the second floor lobby. Staff were helpful and pleasant. We were surprisingly upgraded to a suite

Surprisingly even before we checked in I got a message from the hotel that for the two day stay they don’t service our room!!Excuse me? Hotel prices are in the stratosphere costing many hundreds of dollars a night and you will not service the room? The rooms were nice, with nice views but we noticed dust on the desk, the shower door was not closing in one room, the shower handle came off in the other...

We tried to call the housekeeping but nobody picked up. Obviously they have a very serious problem in the housekeeping department and I suggest the hotel management looks into it. They did not service the room coffee bar

The location is superb in midtown, walking distance to everything, great views, nice hotel but the service?!?? Usually we are not fussy about the service, but there are some basics that one expects from a Marriott hotel

We had to ask them multiple times to bring us supplies for the second day

The staff are amazing and the hotel is subway central. The walls are a bit thin but that was a concern for our neighbours with our snoring lol. Always felt safe and highly recommend.

Heating too noisy, bathroom freezing, cleaning on request and only changed my towels and not my sheets

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the Empire State Building, Times Square and other attractions. There are supermarkets and fast food restaurants nearby

Moderne Hotel is convenient to Times Square, Central Park, theaters.. The rooms are sizable and clean. The guest lounge with hot beverage bar and games is very inviting. Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional.

Our check in was great…and they were ready for us at 12:30 am. Room was bigger than expected with a king size bed. Bed very comfortable and bathroom was very nice! We stayed on the 1st floor, so very convenient

The bathroom is huge! They have nice robes to use if you need one! The beds and pillows were very comfortable- we slept so well- this is usually not the case for me at other hotels! Very good location. But hotel just privides take away breakfast which are bread, muffins, Yogurt, juicy, coffee, Tea & etc. No oven/microwave for reheat food.

I had good experience here. The service is great and they provided the breakfast for us too. The room is not big but enough for 1-2 people to stay. They provided microwave, fridge, TV, hair dryer and also the iron.

We stayed at AKA Sutton Place for 3 months while in New York for medical treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering. We couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during that time
