There's a small front desk (if you could call it that) but very helpful staff. They provided complimentary water, more than once. It's a hip, clean place to work and stay. The design was very welcoming and chic

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Front desk was helpful and knowledgeable for us visiting from out of town

Beds are comfy, bar is nice, coffee shop is convenient albeit a little slow, and SUPER friendly housekeeping/doormen. We really loved it here and location is great for little Italy, Chinatown, and shopping in soho!

We were pleasantly surprised with an early check-in and an upgrade to a much larger room. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and inviting, and I loved that they always had water available at the front desk

However, I did have one small issue with a front desk employee whose attitude and communication could be improved. It didn’t reflect the otherwise warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel

I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but our experience was absolutely fantastic. Check in was seamless, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming

Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to New York

The hotel's location is excellent, with several subway lines nearby that go to Manhattan. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge. The hotel facilities are complete, and the staff are very nice

It was conveniently located, very clean and the staff was amazing! Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating to our every need. The newlyweds booked the suite on the 23rd floor which was amazing

The hotel also has a swimming pool, but it was closed during my winter visit. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The location was great and the hotel was clean. However, a resort fee was charged at checkout even though the pool—the main resort amenity—was closed due to weather during my entire stay

The front desk is located on the 7th floor, and they offer free luggage storage. The rooms here are a bit small, but the decor is modern, and the beds are comfortable. The front desk service is very nice

It was incredibly convenient to head back to the hotel after watching a Broadway show at night. Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center are also within walking distance

The hotel's selling point is its prime location in Manhattan's Times Square, within walking distance of Broadway, Fifth Avenue, and the Wireless Music Hall. After a night show, you can quickly walk back to the hotel

The room is quite small, only about 10 square meters by eye, but in New York, where every inch of land is at a premium, I highly recommend it. The room facilities are controlled by an iPad, which is very convenient

New York traffic is very congested, so being within walking distance of this route is a significant advantage. The surrounding subway system is also very convenient

Central Park is also very close, about a 30-minute walk from the hotel. If you prefer not to walk, there are buses nearby that take you directly to Central Park

Top hotel in the heart of Times Square, modern, clean. A stone's throw from several subway lines to reach every place in NY

In short, despite the price, it's a good option to stay in such a bustling New York location

My stay at Hyatt 50 Bowery was wonderful. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, and the check-in process was seamless. Our corner room on the 6th floor was spacious, clean, and comfortable with stunning views

The hotel is near the subway station and it’s safe to take the subway then walk back to the hotel. It’s near a lot of Chinese restaurants. Good service too.

This hotel is awesome, I recommend it without any reservations. They have partnered with some great restaurants for delivery. We really enjoyed the breakfast and Chinese food. It’s in the heart of China town

The hotel is new and fresh. The location is also pretty decent. The shower is made in a bit weird way - the water leaks out sometimes. Overall, totally recommend it.

This hotel was the perfect location, had friendly staff, and was very clean! I'd stay here again hands down! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a convenient location and a quiet place right in the heart of the city

We stayed in the deluxe king room, which had plenty of space for what we needed. Limited space for hanging clothes but no different from most hotels in big cities. Shower was great, hot and good pressure

Ended up going to a travel agent (Admiral Travel, LA) who got us a room at Mela for less than some of the hostels available. The room was small, but clean, quiet and very nice

Amazing location for Times Square and Broadway and close to subways for getting around - we easily got to Central Park, Queens, Brooklyn, Governor’s Island, financial district

Me and my husband were made to feel very welcome by all staff. Had to ask at check-in for the drinks vouchers for next door but they happily gave them

I called for towels and they were very accommodating and the service was great but just be careful should you stay in a room like mine

Hot water from tap and shower comes out milky and smells a little weird, bed had a piece of metal sticking out (in the photo) , really easy to kick it while in the dark

I got myself a pretty bad bruise from it so be careful if you get room 408. I wouldve called front desk about these issues but the phone in the room didnt work either. On the plus side, staff are pretty nice

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was quick and easy to check in. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had everything I needed for getting ready and showering. The hotel also has good restaurants in it

Highkey has a lovely brunch and good drinks. The staff here are kind and helpful. It's a short walk from the subway, and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, some of which are very affordable

Free waters, ice machine and minute walk away from Fulton st metro which is main metro stops for majority of the metro line including JFK lines. Walking distance to WTC, Brooklyn bridge and Chinatown

Beautiful furniture, plenty of space, a bed that was a bit lower to the ground (which I loved), and one of the best showers I've ever experienced in a New York hotel! I am not someone who stays at these types of hotels very often, so this special "treat myself" stay became even more special! I will surely be back and would recommend this to anybody looking to indulge in luxury while in New York

An old classic hotel, showing her luxury everywhere. It's just that the floor I was given was too low, and it was noisy with the SPA room and exercise room. But I was later changed to a big room on the 12th floor

Absolutely wonderful stay! I stayed for only one night duirng what appeared to be the coldest week of the year in New York, the staff at this hotel could not be warmer

This is a relatively comfortable hotel in New York. The bed at Rosewood is definitely excellent. I always choose this hotel for business trips. The location is good.

I personally love how close it is to the shopping areas of Madison Ave and the upper east side. The views from our room were phenomenal. The rooms were spacious and frequently cleaned

The restaurant downstairs was great as was the bar. We celebrated NYE at the bar and had a fantastic time. I highly recommend anyone looking to travel to NYC to stay at the Pierre

Along with being an icon, you get hotel hallways that need to be recarpeted. But I love the atmosphere so much I over look it!  The best location of any hotel in the city. The staff is very accommodating

Away from the craziness (crowd and traffic) but walking distance to other neighborhoods with lot of choices of restaurants. It is also 5 minutes walking distance to Chelsea Market

The view of the bridge and river next to us and the skyline at night were spectacular. If you need to spend a night or two in the city this is a very nice hotel if you are looking to go and see a play or go to a museum

I went to this hotel due to it's close proximity to the Sloan Kettering hospital across the street. It's was clean and comfortable and the service desk employees were just wonderful

If you have big notes, they are happy to break the change for you. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. If I ever come back to NYC I will book here. The only down side is the nearest subway

Rooftop pool is fun, great view of Empire State Building. Unfortunately kids need to leave at 6pm which wasn’t clear to us before we booked, so take note

King superior room fits my family of 4 really well with the sofa bed. Spacious room, great bathroom, quiet AC. Location is fantastic because 6 train is one block away, other stations within walking district

First of all, the location is very good, located on Park Avenue and 28th Street, next to Fifth Avenue and only 1 minute away from the 28th Street subway station, which is very convenient for going to North or South Manhattan

And its LCD air conditioner control was the simplest and most convenient to adjust by myself that I have ever used, so I slept well for four nights. The staff is of good quality and helpful

We took the subway to Sumit, then walked along the way to Times Square and the shopping street, and finally passed the Empire State Building and walked back in less than half an hour! 2

Although the price is not as cheap as imagined, in New York, I think it is worth the money 😊 3. Although the equipment in the room is a bit old, it is modern so it doesn't look old

The location was great, close to Times Square, and the room was nice and warm. The staff on the first floor were friendly, and I liked that you needed a card key to use the elevator and enter the lobby.

For my stay, the only issue I had was that the maid didn't replace the dirty towels that we used with clean ones

During my stay, I only saw one homeless guy hanging across the street, but he left after a few minutes; therefore, they weren't ever a problem in relation to the hotel! For me, coming from a household with similar AC units as this hotel, the automatic (on and off) AC features didn't bother me at all, as they do produce a low fan like humming or blowing sound

The Brooklyn Bridge Room has a great view. The view from the rooftop is also great. You must go to the pool to take photos. The atmosphere of the entire hotel is great

We stayed in a room with a view of the Statue of Liberty — unfortunately, I didn’t take photos, but the view was unforgettable. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a strong sustainable approach

We were celebrating her birthday and New York did not disappoint! 1 Hotel was the perfect spot to explore the city without the chaos that is inevitable during the holiday season

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel has a very small parking garage. However, there are ample parking garages close by and in walkable distance

The hospitality was good, the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. I loved the amenities, very nice if you wanted to have a laid back day but not be stuck in your room

Their dry cleaning service deliveries for bath essentials are sometimes back up and you’ll be waiting for hours until you can shower (in the event that you want new bathing cloths)

Overall the stay was comfortable and had great views. Only callout is the design of shower. It doesn’t have a door or covering that prevents the shower water from wetting the floor or bathroom door.

Good hotel but still didn’t return my deposit money

This did make the lobby a little busy at times while people waited for the elevator for patrons who were not staying at the hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony and enjoyed the views every day

BEST hotel in Brooklyn by far!!! We (+ many of our guests!) stayed here for our wedding weekend and couldn't rave about the property enough! From the attentive service to the incredible rooms/views/ambiance and incredible dining options, The William Vale is everything and more

It’s in the heart of the action, and you can find food, bars, people within a few feet of the hotel. There is a gorgeous rooftop bar in the hotel with amazing drinks and views

There were two walk-in closets and a kitchen with gas, microwave, cookware, pots, a kettle, and a dishwasher. The cookware in the room was dishwasher-washed and very clean

Asked for extra towels, did not receive them. Asked for a corkscrew, they said i had to go to the bar and let them open my bottle of wine for me. The valet was difficult to communicate with

Everything was comfortable and clean, and the location is great. The pool hours are a little weird, but that's a nice amenity

It is a good hotel with easy access location to 3 subways stations. But when you check in , they will ask for an additional charge on top. My 2 weeks of stay I had to pay an extra usd 300+

Now i will not stay anywhere else! This is at least my 10th stay and as usual the experience was fantastic. The rooms ( i always get a suite) are reasonably priced for the city, very large and well appointed

Room was clean, updated and very spacious. Staff was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay. A lot of street noise from our room on the 5th floor made it difficult to sleep, but not the hotel’s fault.

The Kimberly hotel is charming. I stayed in a suite and it was very large and nicely decorated in a sort of antique style. The lobby is pleasant, and there is an amazing aquarium outside the restaurant
