Whenever we needed anything, maintenance took care of it immediately. A special mention goes out to the hotel manager, Marie. She truly stands out with her positive attitude, great organization, and attention to detail
Loved my stay at The Chelsean NYC! Amazing location, clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would 100% stay here again!
She made sure that everything ran smoothly and that our stay was absolutely wonderful and unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team at The Chelsean Hotel, New York, for everything
We truly appreciated our stay and would highly recommend this hotel
Room is spacious, a bit dump smell when we arrived however it's fine after. free water and housekeeping are helpful
A bit pricy however it's in nice location near to Empire state building and walking distance to the subway

The location was ideal; close to both Times Square and Rockefeller Center
The room that was booked with one long size bed was not available because of construction on the top floor where the rooms with long size beds are located, according to the person who checks in guests
The building is not new, so there are signs of wear in the bathroom, etc. The flooring on our floor had been recently updated. Our beds and bathroom were spotless. There was space to move around, and decent storage
3 minute walk to the b-d-f-m subway line. Easy walk to Times Square, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center. Starbucks next door, other delicious coffee and food options nearby. Mattresses were a little worn and lumpy
We could occasionally hear our neighbors, and tried to be quiet in our room ourselves as a result. Some of these things are just the way it is in Manhattan. THIS LOCATION is very convenient
There was a micro/mini fridge in room. Coffee was offered in lobby, but machine broke 2 days in. Exercise room looked fine (I didn't use it)

Welcomed me with tea when I checked in, greeted us whenever we returned, gave us extra blankets ridiculously quick when we requested them, nice complementary breakfast with superb service, and going out of the way to let us keep our bags at the hotel till after the noon checkout time so we could go to one more show
Everything was lovely, clean, and COMFORTABLE! I love this hotel and it was exactly the location needed. It is close to public transportation and though it is close to Times Square my room was very quiet
They had a yoghurt and either fruit loops or Cheerios and no granola. For fruit there were some apples and (old) bananas. They did offer hash browns, bacon and scrambled eggs as hot choice
The location in the rooftop restaurant was very nice and made up for the food. We decided to forgot the $25 voucher and had a fantastic breakfast at the Carnegie Diner on the corner
Of course love that it's a stones throw to Times Square. Rockefeller Center and Bryant Park. Close to the Empire State Building and the train station. With that said the hotel is awesome
Check in was easy. Staff very friendly. Room was clean. Location of hotel perfect for our plans.

The hotel learned that my friend and I were celebrating our birthday together, and they thoughtfully surprised us with a bottle of champagne, a generous charcuterie platter with ham and cheese, and fresh fruit
The decor, attentiveness of the staff, and all the fine details were impeccable! Alfonzo, the concierge, was super knowledgeable and Michael, the doorman, was courteous and always helpful
We had a fantastic stay at The Chatwal Hotel. The service was truly outstanding — every staff member we encountered was incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming
Breakfast had a limited selection, but the portions were generous, and the quality and taste were very good. Overall, a truly special experience. We felt genuinely cared for and would absolutely return
Although the hotel is located right in the heart of Times Square, it feels surprisingly peaceful — quiet and calm, with none of the usual noise you’d expect from the city center
A special thank-you to Michael at the front door, who was always so friendly and helpful, and to the gentleman who assisted us with check-in (we regret not asking for his name)
The hotel is very nice, with lovely and welcoming staff who made the stay enjoyable. However, there are a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning
Staff was great , room was clean location was also great will stay again
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay
Lovely hotel in a very nice location. I will remember it on return trips to NYC. Room was comfy and staff was friendly.
I usually never leave reviews but I honestly liked this hotel so much that I actually wanted to write one. I stayed here for two weeks when I came to NY for a work trip, and felt completely comfortable the entire time
Great location
There was a little issue at check-in when it came to paying for the room. I'd recommend paying ahead of time instead of using the pay at the property option to make things a little smoother
I chose this hotel for the location as it's within walking distance of Grand Central Station which makes getting around the city a breeze
When I checked in, it was snowing, and I had two suitcases, one large and one small
The hotel is amazing! It’s newly renovated, room is great and very comfortable! Love the complimentary basket, it’s a very nice touch. Amenities are also great! Very friendly and accommodating staffing
From the moment we walked in, we were taken care of. The deluxe king room was spacious and beautifully renovated. The bathroom was all white marble and we felt comfortable as soon as we walked in
The room is new, the bedding and furniture are very good, and there is a kettle for boiling water. It is very cost-effective to book such a large room at this price in New York
The bed is super comfortable, and it also comes with a kettle, coffee machine, slippers, bathrobe, care bag, and even a toothbrush and shower cap!
Super awesome!
Very friendly and professional staff. They are super helpful to change my room to customise my needs. No breakfast, but nice gym space. Great location as well!
We were greeted with warmth and helpfulness from everyone we came into contact with and this translates into a wonderful atmosphere. There is nowhere else I would consider staying when in NYC!
Best hotel in NYC . Great location , personalized service and very comfortable beds . Excellent
Wonderful understated hotel with top amenities and service.
The staff is just amazing and so welcoming, the rooms are incredible (stocked snacks and soft drinks at no charge? UNHEARD OF), the bathroom is luxurious with great water pressure, and the lounge and lobby are so relaxing and beautiful
Requests are fulfilled quickly and with care, and there are many perks that come with your stay - house car, in room coffee and tea kettle/service, great marble soaking tub by request in your room, and all of the soft spaces, including the pool relaxation area
The courtyard was closed for the Winter, but it looked gorgeous. The pool and spa services are unmatched, and it is such a serene environment

**Room:**
Our room was spotless, modern, and elegantly designed, with a breathtaking view of the city skyline/ocean/mountains (customize as needed). The bed was heavenly — I honestly had the best sleep I’ve had in months
The location of the hotel is very near the Penny station. There have a lot of restaurants in that area. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.
Every staff member we encountered — from the concierge to housekeeping — went above and beyond to ensure our
**Location:**
Perfectly located near top attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, yet still quiet enough for a restful sleep
The check-in process was seamless and welcoming — we were greeted with a smile, a refreshing welcome drink, and helpful staff who made us feel at home instantly
**Amenities:**
The infinity pool was a highlight — clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. The gym was well-equipped, and the spa treatments were heavenly
We dined twice at the in-house restaurant, and both meals were five-star quality — beautifully presented and incredibly flavorful. **Service:**
What really sets Manhattan inn apart is the **exceptional service**

The hotel is located in Midtown East, very close to the UN headquarters. This means there are police cars around, which makes the area feel quite safe and peaceful, with no loitering
Public transportation is also very convenient, with many bus routes nearby. The room isn't huge, but it's just about enough. Breakfast options aren't extensive, but they're sufficient to fill you up
Breakfast buffet hours were 6am to 10am, which is good for us. The breakfast area is very spacious. The sunroom was very bright and air conditioned. My husband made a waffle to share with me
Convenient location, close to the central train station and the UN headquarters. The front desk staff were very welcoming. You have to ask the front desk for toiletries, though
The only thing is that the air conditioning in the back room of the restaurant is really cold. You'd need a jacket if you're going for breakfast in the summer! 😃
Considering how expensive hotels are in New York, I was really happy to find a place in such a great location at this price, especially with breakfast included

The bathroom was small but the heated floors were such a nice touch!
We also loved the room’s balcony and got some really great photos out there with the buildings in the background!
The staff were wonderful
Our room was notably spacious compared to other New York hotels of similar style and era. The linens were exceptional, the shower was delightful, and the heated floor in the bathroom was a welcome feature
Although I did have one "hickup", Miss Karla (The Supervisor on duty) not only listened to my grievance, but empathized with me and sought a remedy that was fair and reasonable; doing so with a smile and cheerful disposition
The Bernic boasts an excellent location with numerous dining options nearby. It is within walking distance to the Times Square area, Grand Central Station, and subway stations (both local and express)
You’re close to major attractions without being surrounded by the noise and crowds. There are plenty of food options nearby, including bagel shops, delis, markets, pizza spots, and coffee shops
I’ve stayed in much smaller rooms in the city, so this was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend booking the corner king room. The bed and pillows were clean, and extremely comfortable

Customer service at its finest!
Food also great - I had a curry that was the closest to an Irish curry that I have tried out of Ireland, and my husband had a huge delicious steak
We can’t rate this highly enough! Stayed as a family of 4, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, it was great
Even this afternoon when we were popping out to sightsee before leaving, the (lovely Donegal) manager insisted on popping our bags in his office as the bellhop was busy
Yes the room was spotlessly clean, inviting, quiet and the bed was exceptionally comfortable
Every person from the manager, the registration staff, housekeeping and the pub staff were all welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely recommend and return again
The restaurant and bar are a plus to have in this hotel and Breakfast room service while pricey is also a plus. The room itself was clean but the shower floor was not. The bathrooms in general need updating
From the moment we walk in the front door at the Smyth Hotel, the gentleman at the door makes us feel at home and then, Abdul and Jamie, who are on the front desk, welcome us
We loved our stay at Smyth Tribecca! It was our first time in New York and we loved the location. The staff was so helpful and gave us great recommendations!
Abdul says, "Welcome Back!" and we feel like royalty and family. The in-room dining team is wonderful as well. when we come in late, they always have something for us in our room
The hotel is well located with a very nice lounge separate from a great restaurant. We will definitely stay again on our next visit
Great location with subway conveniently located within steps of front door. That said, it could be loud at night given the location (not an issue for me). I also recommend the carpet be replaced in hallways and in rooms
the desk wobbles a bit and there is random buzzing sound coming from the fridge and receding lighting fixtures. the sofa bed mattress (we had a junior suite) is not quite comfortable but that was to be expected

Spotless and charming room. Big fluffy white towels. Wonderful friendly staff. Great location
Excellent, clean room with extremely helpful staff. Location is right next to the 6 Train and a Starbucks is next to that, and lots of local spots for dinner, late night snacks and drinks for the room
Staff was excellent and welcoming.
Room was compact - but thoughtful.
Bathroom was large and very nice !
Perfect location near the 6 Subway- and easy for LGA flights.
We’ve stayed here nearly a dozen times and have made it a home away from home
It is a converted building, the first room we were given the ac didn’t work so we were moved. The second room wasn’t as good with no window seat. The room was very small with not enough room to store large cases
Wonderful staff. It could have been warmer but at least they brought a small electric heating to supplement the very windy and cold climate. Overall, I would return to this hotel with a great coffee cafe.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on things to do around the city. It was close to everything I wanted to see, but also had a relaxing atmosphere
The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is very well located. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip.
The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Midtown. The room is also spacious enough to open two 28-inch suitcases and one 24-inch suitcase (though you do have to angle them a bit)
Koreatown and Empire are right nearby, so I was able to eat reasonably priced Korean food. The location was great, just 3 minutes from the station. The front desk staff were also very kind
The facilities are clean, and they cleaned the room thoroughly every day
Loved the cozy atmosphere and the spacious rooms with full kitchens. The indoor pool area was a highlight, especially for families

My son and me we had perfect shopping days in NYC. The Marmara was therefore the best hotel! Excellent service, big beautiful apartment…
And a wonderful pool and spa! 💯 it was the best trip we have had to nyc! Thanks to all the employees there!
Michael, who was at the front desk could not have been more helpful! Courteous all the way.
The room was clean and quite large. The decor was lovely. The beds are very comfortable.
The staff were so helpful and interactive. Such a pleasure. And I love the atmosphere.
Convenient location but this is an aged property with remiss service staff. Elevator is slow and shaking crazily. Room service did not replenish towels, floor mat or shower gels
This was probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in New York. The area was beautiful, the room was abnormally large considering we were in New York and the best thing of all is how clean it was!
I will stay here again! Room was a good size and clean. Air conditioner worked well. Bathroom was spacious for New York.
Staff was extremely welcoming & cool. Place smelled immaculate, easy check in. Told all my friends about it, I’m in SoHo all the time, I will from now on stay there every single time
Front desk employee was very kind and helpful and end room was immaculate. I’d definitely return to this hotel!
Every time they seen each other they would do this little dance. I was so completely impressed with the service. The room was very clean and the location was perfect
The room was spotless and the staff was terriffic. Moises was very helpful! Definitely recommend.

The walls seem to be a bit thin as every time the room next door shut their door it sounded like they were slamming our door. It’s about a block or so from Central Park. There is a metro station near by
The room was your standard Manhattan hotel room. Relatively small, but well organized with no wasted space
Overall I’d give this hotel a 4
I was there for just one night, but the hotel was in a great location for attending a show at Lincoln Center. The front desk staff were lovely. Plenty big enough (but not BIG) for one person
The main annoyance was the drinks and snacks left on he night stands and refrig. They were not free so were just in the way. There were three of us, so we're glad we stayed only one night
The Uber driver let us off across the street by mistake, but the doorman came out to help us cross the street, get my elderly mother inside, and he took our luggage to our room
I stayed at The Moore with my boyfriend for our week long trip & we’d definitely stay at this hotel again! The service was literally the best part, the front desk staff greeted us nicely every morning and night
Lobby was awesome, staff were friendly and professional. Room was perfect for a NYC stay- clean, cozy, comfy bedding in a great location. Yes the rooms are on the smaller sider but its NYC
We got a $40 credit per day being there for the cafe so free pastries and coffee which was so nice. The hotel rooms were sort of small but we managed. Definitely recommend this spot
The location was everything! One of the cleanest hotel room I've ever been in and the staff was incredible. The lobby cafe is also the perfect touch! Cannot wait to be back.
This boutique hotel absolutely nails the balance between style, service, and genuine hospitality. The staff are young, energetic, and exceptionally well trained—and it shows
I also appreciated the sense of security: the building locks overnight, yet there’s always an attentive staff member on duty, which adds both comfort and peace of mind
The room size is relatively large in New York;
There is a restaurant downstairs;
The location in Soho is very good and the transportation is convenient!
We would stay here 100% again! Excellent location and the staff was amazing! Very helpful and just seemed happy to be working there
Kristy! Omg she made our anniversary stay so memorable. Thank you to the staff for making sure our day was special. Love modernhaus! From the view, to the shower to the Le Labo amenities amazing. Will be back!
Beautiful hotel, great location. Only slightly awkward issue is if you have mobility issues, you need to take 2 elevators to get to the lobby from the rooms. Staff is friendly and word to the wise: download their app!
The nicest and best hotel staff I’ve ever experienced in NYC. Clean, comfortable rooms, good food, and amazing rooftop views! Perfect location… will definitely be back!
Unfortunately we did not know breakfast was included! We had breakfast at Nala’s Bagel & Brunch every morning. Phenomenal!
Thank you for a wonderful stay!

If you are traveling as a couple and you are looking for a great hotel with great location then this is your hotel!!
great location! close to everything. not much amenities on site.
Perfect location, good sized rooms and a nice coffee station on 2nd floor.
Excellent service amenities and rooms for a great price. Our room looked out at radio City and we had a coffee maker unlike our room at a previous hotel
Good location. Clean room. High quality amenities. Recommend this hotel
Across from Radio Center and Rockefeller. A few blocks from Broadway and Times Square. A nice stroll to central park south. The mattresses could have been better. Ikea like quality with internal springs and no topper
