It is so convenient just taking the airtrain to terminal 5 it is great for staying right before an early flight or after a late one. The only downside is that it is expensive
After a brutal day of long flights, immigration lines, and the general chaos of international travel, we arrived at the TWA Hotel running on fumes. Sonam was the first person who made us feel like human beings again
This nice, iconic hotel is just across Terminal 5. Very easy to get with all your luggage after a long trip so you can rest before your final destination. Very clean with wide spaces. Nice cafeteria.
It is a throwback to the glamorous era of flight in the 1960's complete with an old aircraft as a bar and lots of fun retro things to see within the hotel
The rooms are retro but still have the modern ammenities and are clean and bright. The restaurant also has a retro vibe but has good food selections
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sonam at the front desk is the reason the TWA Hotel lives up to its legendary reputation

Amazing! Breath taking views. Incredible service. They make you feel like royalty!!! Can't wait to go there again.
Really nice and elegant hotel and the room in dining service is really cool!
The hotel style leans towards Residences, but there is still a gap compared to others luxury hotels.
But the overall experience was still very good!
I looked a lot online and saw that various hotels had bad reviews, so I just picked one at random. I didn't expect it to be a pleasant surprise. The front is not big, but the staff are very enthusiastic when I go in
The room is cleaned every day, and chocolates that can help you sleep are placed at the head of the bed. Soho is around, and the nearby restaurants are also blindly selected, but they are delicious

I do love this hotel so much! It’s extremely comfortable and it’s a great location
Very near the 9/11 Memorial and several subway stations. Room size was okay - for New York. Free purified water (with bottles) on all floors, and complimentary coffee and tea near the lobby
The soundproofing between rooms is non-existent; I could clearly hear normal everyday sounds from the next room, like people chatting or using the restroom
Excellent location, great view, nice terrace.
it was great to visit new york city. location was great but far from downtown manhattan, but you can easily get to there by metro next to the hotel. room was clean, easy check in easy check out
But this led to significant check-in delays; I had to wait an extra hour and a half to get my room. After a super long-haul flight, I was exhausted and just had to bear the wait

The hotel is in a prime location, clean for the most part, close to a lot of stores and food options. Decent price for rooms a night. No coffee or tea machines in the rooms or options for either at the hotel
Only basic channels to watch on the television and service are not compatible with mirroring your devices or streaming app features. There is no streaming app feature at all. Staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous
They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time
I loved everything around, including Target, Starbucks, and Duane Reed for affordable everyday items, Lincoln Center for world-class entertainment across the street, and excellent restaurants less than a 5-minute walk away
We were really pleased with this hotel. The location is perfect if you intend to use the subway. We didn't go to Lincoln Center but it's right across the street. The front desk is very helpful
Check-in is at 3pm, our rooms were not available until 4:30pm. I would book again due to the prime location the hotel sits in; I now know what to expect and how to plan my stay in the future

The lobby bar was excellent for lunch and a great place for an evening beverage. Carlos runs a well appointed bar and mixes excellent drinks
Staff were very accomodating and looked after my family well during our stay. Nothing was too difficult for them.
First rate experience. Impeccable service. Friendly, accommodating staff. Perfect location. World class restaurant. Will stay again!
Staff is extremely attentive and excellent workers. They found all kind of perks and things to offer us. The property is older; needs renovations to bring it to 22 st century with period details
Our compliments to all employees who made us feel welcome and gave us the VIP treatment
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Best attitudes exceptional food.

The hotel boasts a superb location; Fifth Avenue is just a right turn away, and Madison Avenue is a left turn. It's two blocks from Rockefeller Center and about a 10-minute walk from Central Park
Despite its long history, the hotel is well-maintained, clean, and relatively quiet. The rooms are small, but for Manhattan, they're quite spacious. I've stayed here several times and highly recommend it
We loved the Omni Berkshire!! Everything from check in to check out was outstanding! Every staff member was kind and helpful and the room was beautiful!! Can’t wait to come back!!!
Excellent staff service all through (especially in the Berks Bar), very clean room. We felt very well taken care off. Happy to have been here with my wife and kids.
Room was clean, Nice size bathroom, and quiet. The hotel is in the perfect location for enjoying 5th Ave activities! Thank you!

Well, what can we say, just returned home from a week at the Knic, simply superb. Checked in within minutes which was lovely after a long wait at security at JFK
Our stay was a week long, and they said it was impossible to move us anywhere else, and offered extra towels to put on the floor, of which we had to remind them every day, after we needed them
Very nice hotel when it comes to history and location the building is very attractive, although scaffolding is sometimes hindering the view.
Overall good experience for business stay.
Instantly offered free cookies/sweets/drinks and our luggage met us at our suite. Suite was beautiful, spacious, modern and oozed luxury
Beds were lovely and clean and comfy! Received a text from front desk letting us know if we needed anything at all, at anytime - to just text them! Used this a couple of times and response was instant! Even being on the 15th floor you could hear the NYC soundtrack below, urging us to get out and adventure! Great location right on Times Square, with subway access, Bryant Park, Macys etc all within...

The Hotel is in a great location, just minutes from great shopping, restaurants, and of course Central Park. What really made me give 5 stars is the Shane at the front
Top location, great restaurant and bar, nice clean rooms, friendly guest services. Strongly recommended!

In summary, this hotel works very well if you prioritize a convenient Midtown location and a comfortable room over daily housekeeping and a varied breakfast, and I would be happy to stay again on a future trip if they offer a good rate
Excellent location 5 minutes walked to time square. Subway station and restaurants everywhere. Booked a room, including 2 people breakfast. If you drive, make sure to park your car across the hotel that parking lot
Breakfast was included and okay, but the selection was basically the same every day, so it became repetitive after the first few mornings and I ended up going out for breakfast from about day three onward
The bathroom size was ample and the shower was good. Clean sheets and towels were left everyday which was great
The room was comfortable, especially the bed, and overall cleanliness was good, though housekeeping only comes every other day, which seems to be their standard practice to reduce housekeeping frequency
The location is excellent – an easy walk to Times Square, Madison Square Garden, and major subway lines, which made getting to meetings and sightseeing very convenient

The staff is exceptionally hospitable. The property is uniquely beautiful. The SoHo Diner is remarkable. The surrounding neighborhood is delightful.
I’m into architecture this was the quirkiest coolest hotel in New York but yet upscale I’ve ever been to.
Our stay at SoHo Grand was exceptional! The hotel was decorated so beautifully for Halloween!! Everyone was so accommodating, helpful and genuinely kind! We will be back!
Entrance of hotel at night is hectic because of the nightclub in the hotel, should have a different door than guest door (ask you for room card everytime before coming in making you feel like you're trying to sneak in the hotel) Very loud at night
Everything from the Doorman greeting upon arrival to the check out process is excellent. It is a perfectly located, excellent hotel!
No gym available for guests to use. No dental care available or any extras for personal use. They totally refused late check out claiming the hotel was fully booked

Friendly front desk, bottled water available in the lobby on the 6th floor, some guest room towels have odor, convenient for travel
There is no special hotel service, the room is very small, there is no special night view outside, the decoration is a bit too simple, and the wall at the head of the bed really surprised me
It’s not often that I give 5 stars to a hotel but this is well deserved. From the time we checked in, everyone was extremely pleasant and welcoming. And everyone we asked questions of was knowledgeable
The hotel is in a very convenient location, with the subway nearby or within walking distance
The Renaissance in Midtown is located in one if the best parts of New York when it comes to traffic and noise pollution. The staff is great from your arrival to departure they are all welcoming
The location is good, the subway is well connected. You can walk to the Empire State Building and Times Square. You can go to the Statue of Liberty directly without changing subways, Line 1

Good hotel, great living space and location. Perfect to visit so mamy attractions and those are short walk away. Breakfast was good and lots of options, staffs friendly and helpful
The staff couldn’t be any more helpful, always happy with anything we asked them, and told us to have a good day, every morning we went on our travels
Could not reccomend this hotel anymore! Close to everything, stunning view of the empire state from our room
When i visit again, this will be the hotel i stop in! Thanks to everyone for making it such a pleasant stay
Hopefully there is bottle water upon check in. Toothbrush provided that will be the best.

This hotel is a great find in the heart of Soho and just north of Tribeca. While small, the rooms are clean, modern and well appointed. The staff is excellent and attentive to all your needs.
I had a great stay at Arlo Soho! As a solo traveler, just for a few days in NY for a work event, Arlo was the perfect spot! All staff was incredibly helpful and friendly
The restaurant onsite is really good! Location is great! Easy to walk around with lots of restaurants close by. The only thing I would say is that the bathroom door is no really a door, it doesn't completely close
The experience here was fantastic. If I could give extra stars for service, I would. Our trip encountered a curve ball (nothing to do with the hotel) so Andrew & Al went above and beyond to help us out (so great)
The rooms were clean and cozy, the vibe throughout the hotel was warm and inviting, and the coffee in the lobby? By far the best coffee we had in New York. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be coming back!
Al at the front desk treated me like I was checking into a $1k/night room - just absolutely stellar service. They granted me early check-in. There’s an excellent co-working space just beyond the lobby

Still, the overall quality of the bar, the presentation, and the ambiance more than made up for it. The space worked perfectly for conversation, and despite being a stylish spot, it never felt overcrowded or chaotic
The staff were amazing! I’ve finally found a hotel I would confidently recommend. It’s far better than other Fine Hotel Collection properties in the same price range. The Bar Room restaurant was excellent as well.
Over a December weekend, breakfast required a reservation and the only available time was 8:15 a. The staff was kind and the food was good, though
They were always willing to help and make suggestions. The rooms were spotless, and the daily cleaning services made it feel like we had just arrived to the room each day
Overall, it’s a great place for a classy night out—solid drinks, thoughtful service, a luxurious atmosphere, and the kind of setting that makes an evening feel special even with a small hiccup
The vibrant atmosphere of the hotel maintained a high standard of service throughout our stay. The hotel administration and staff were very helpful in planning our wedding photoshoot

I was a little disappointed to see some dust when I first opened the door, but the next day, housekeeping cleaned everything up and it was very clean! I was also very grateful for the free luggage storage after checkout
There was chilled water and soda in the fridge, very useful after the hot weather. Downstairs there is a restaurant with very tasty food, no need to go far. The main advantage is check-out at 12
The brunch-style breakfast offered a choice of salmon bagels, waffles, and croissant sandwiches. Coffee and orange juice were complimentary, and the meal was delicious
We booked during peak season, so our family of four stayed for 900,000 won per night, which was quite expensive, but the location and service were excellent
I highly recommend the croissant sandwich! It was a great way to start our New York trip with a child on foot with a hearty breakfast
We were able to get a good night's sleep after a long walk the day before

Great value for money and greatblocationt

She allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated since we flew in from CA and with the time different and able to rest for a bit in the room before we start our day was the best ever

No breakest with room booking. Air blowing of heat air was a bit noise. Door closing is loud, people not holding the door when closing.
Excellent service, great facilities, and a prime location that makes getting to downtown New York a breeze.
We couldn't even fully open our luggage; every time we needed something, we had to take it out and immediately close the suitcase and stand it upright, otherwise, we couldn't walk around
However, the location was quite good, only about a 5-minute walk to the subway, which made transportation very convenient. This was the main reason we chose this hotel
This hotel is located in the city center, but there aren't many dining options nearby. The square was also quite empty at night, probably because of the cold weather
The entrance was narrow, and the space between the two double beds and the remaining area was tiny

On the bright side, you do also get to use their YMCA gym and pool as a guest, so the facilities available were good. For the price I paid for this, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. This is at best a $50-80 hostel
They were dirty and unfunctional. 3 of the 4 bathroom stalls were either missing toilet paper holders, locks, or were covered with urine. The place is just run down and poorly maintained
Recommend if you want to save money on hotel stay instead of the overpriced and overrated other hotels in city
The facility is in a fantastic location, so it has so much potential. In reality, it is more like an old dorm turned into a hostel with the slightly added benefit of private rooms
An ideal haven for the solo traveler mindful of their budget. While some reviews might describe the rooms as simplistic and lacking in flair, let's consider the essence of a New York City visit
Location is awesome, central park is literally steps away, subway station a few blocks, a Starbucks at end of block

Iconic place of New York, you can just visit it like a museum, there are two shops one for "Home alone" with Heroes clothes that you can buy, and another for all who adores books "Éloïse at Plaza Hotel" a great children's book, about a naugty girl who livde in this hotel, you can buy souvenirs, and there's her post box with all people around the world who are writing to Éloïse!!! I adored it!!!!
We had a lovely afternoon enjoying tea at The Palm Court located in The Plaza Hotel. One person in our party had some food allergies and the chef came out to talk with her. He made delicious alternative for her
It included a 4 hour limo ride to all the hot spots, and our driver Mike was so kind he let us pick where we wanted to go. It came with a hot cheese pizza and a cooler full of Coke a cola and water
They told me they change them out every Thursday. The shower has wonderful water pressure. I really enjoyed being out there listening to the water fountain. There are 2 chaise loungers to sit on
Then you get 19 scoops of ice cream with all of the toppings. Also got a teddy bear with a balloon and two turtle dove ornaments like in the movie. They always have real flowers
The staff and the hotel are superb! The staff are so helpful. Jose and Erica were the two that stood out to me. We did the Home Alone 2 experience
