It's truly rare to find such a good hotel in a prime Manhattan location where every inch of land is so expensive

If you have business occasions near Grand Central, location is not too bad but if you expect various activities beyond business, you might have more options. 42nd-Grand Central station is 7-8 min by walk

Overall, our stay was mostly good, although there were a few issues, especially at the beginning and with service. On the first day, we were assigned a room with no natural daylight at all, only frosted glass windows

On one occasion, housekeeping was completely forgotten. Only after a strong complaint at the front desk was the room eventually cleaned

From the hotel, you can walk to many major attractions in NYC, including Times Square, Broadway, and Central Park. The room was quite a bit smaller than I expected

On the 27th floor, there's a free coffee machine available all day, along with an ice dispenser and washing machine. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily

Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy Manhattan comfortably and happily with our young baby. I will definitely stay here again when I visit next time

The room is well designed, clean and comfortable. I loved the sound machine. We did wake up stuffy though because of dry heat. An eco-friendly humidifier would be a nice touch.

The Chelsea Market was literally a 2 minute walk, right around the corner which was really great! Loved it there! It seems like the hotel would be really cute in the summer, it has a lot of flowers/floral decor and a nice outdoor pool

We didn’t get to try any drinks at the hotel lobby bar but they sounded good. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was cleaned each day, and quickly delivered us more towels when we asked

The moment we stepped inside we felt transported to Europe. Other reviews state loud music from the club around however we do not have any complaints about noise

Check in was difficult because room wasn't ready even though desk tried expediting. Finally when room wasn't ready, Latrell (front desk) was able to get room upgraded to suite from our larger room

I had a great experience on my NYC Christmas trip 2025. My family of four stayed in one of the junior suites and it was pretty spacious by NYC standards

There is a writing desk and a pull out sofa that my daughter slept on. side of the hotel and the noise was at acceptable levels. The blackout curtains work well. The big upside to this property is the location

We were able to walk to all attractions in midtown. Rockefeller center, Radio City Music Hall, Bryant Park, etc. It also has a ton of good places to eat within a few blocks

Pickup for ride services is really convenient as there is extra space right in front of the entrance for them to stop. Staff was friendly and the room was clean

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived early and the hotel staff reorganised the rooms and allowed us to check in. Very helpful and accomodating staff. Even allowed us late check out.

We asked for a room with a parade route view. But that wasnt to hotels fault. You can watch the parade at the club level but you have to pay an extra $600 dollars for 2 people

During my trip to New York, I stayed at the Peninsula Hotel for three days. I chose it because it's located on the Hong Kong Peninsula and has a great location

This is best hotel i ever lived in Manhattan. this is good place to live, 5 mint walk to time square. Lady at reception area, behaviour is not good. i arrived at hotel little early 11 AM and check in time 3

i told her i took 12 hour flight, give me room early she said at 3 and then after one hour i told her. she again said check in time is 3. after few mints i go to other counter to male, he immediately give me room key

Super close to the unmissable attractions (up to 30mins away) and subway stations. So consider it if you have few days in the city. My room had a nice view to Empire State, which was a plus

Parking is quite difficult because the area is very congested, but then again, Manhattan traffic is always like this, it would be strange if it wasn't! 😂 Overall, it's pretty good

Standard service that you would expect from most hotels in America. The air conditioning does not work well in the rooms, it was hot and stuffy. The hotel does provide a fan (upon request) but it did not help much

The dark carpet is unnerving to walk on barefoot and the bathrooms are laid out such that you're basically falling into the toilet from the shower and there is no way for the dirty shower curtain to not touch your body while you are showering

There's a bar on the first floor, and the noise was so loud until 2 a. that I had to take sleeping pills to fall asleep. Rooms 1113 and 1115 were right next to each other, and we were woken by the banging of doors

I commend the foreigner for his attentiveness to tourists and for promptly providing a cup of sweet coffee and a hot bun. Very kind! I was deeply touched and deeply grateful to this foreigner again

We had a king-size deluxe room which was perfect, lovely and clean every day. if Time Square is your thing this is located on 57th Street Times Square starts around 52nd so a real good location

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this 5-star hotel. On the third night, I found a very cockroach in my room, which is absolutely unacceptable for a property of this standard
