The Hilton Garden was the perfect location for my business stay. The staff was very professional and friendly. This was my first time in New York and the location of the hotel was perfect to get around and many restaurants in the location. Thank you for your excellent service and I will tell others and I will be back. OMG the food in New York, you can die for - Yummy to my tummy!💞
The hotel is in an excellent location, cost-effective, the room is small but clean, there is no hot water, and there is a self-service laundry room
The location is great, about a 15-minute walk to the Rockefeller Center and a 29-minute walk to Central Park. The area is relatively safe and not noisy, and the breakfast was good. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
I thought it was a bit old, but upon entering, the facilities were surprisingly clean. And the location was excellent, so I was very satisfied. I plan to stay here again.
The location is good, which is probably the only advantage. There are road repairs every day in New York, and there is always construction at the entrance. The room was given to the one closest to the elevator, which was very noisy at night. The room was quite small, with water, coffee and snacks. I am very grateful that the front desk can provide emergency needlework. The quality of breakfast is average...
Good location near E, M & 6 Metro. A/C Window type is noisy and cold air flows thru. Rooms cleaned once every 3 days. Facade construction ongoing as of 10 Jan 2025.

The sofa bed was very convenient for traveling with kids, though the room was a bit small.
The hotel is located in an upscale area of New York, which adds to its charm. One of the best features is the convenience – as soon as you step out of the hotel door, you find Subway Line 1 right there. Highly recommended for those who value both comfort and accessibility
Clean and hygienic, quiet and comfortable.
We had a great time during our stay the staff are very friendly and accommodating. ☺️
Good location, subway in 1 mim. The room is clean. But some noise at night and I didn’t sleep well
Clean and new! Very comfortable stay. Location is close to the subway but the vibes around the place are a bit underground gangsta chill 🌆

The hotel's location is great, but the so-called 'view room' was really disappointing. The cleanliness was comparable to a 'Quanji Hotel' (a mid-range chain in China), but the price was 20 times higher! We booked an Executive Room for Christmas, and the ridiculous part is it was 12,500 a night on weekends – absolutely insane. Good thing the executive lounge was open all day, so breakfast, lunch, and...
We had a great stay at The Evelyn! Our first stop for NY and everything had a great vibe; the rooms were beautiful and the Tusk Bar was the perfect way to unwind. We were stuck indoors with the recent storm for a day but the Cafe and bar meant we didn't need to worry at all! Highly recommend, especially for the stunning decor, food and history.
Such an amazing experience but the staff is what makes it the best. Noah Lake who works at the front is the most accommodating customer service staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Dinner He’s extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly, which is something as someone from California was a little bit nervous to not have experienced. Him and the other hotel staff truly made this stay amazing. The cleaning...
Beautiful hotel, nice vibe. Quiet 2nd level mezzanine to work in above very nice cafe (Ninepin). Rooms are NYC small but heat control was great and bathroom had two of my faves: rain shower and heated tile floor! A very nice small breakfast included at the Ninepin (which is inside the hotel). The Tusk Bar is gorgeous but right sized to not be intrusive. Service was great. Great stay.
What an excellent stay! I'd highly recommend this hotel again for the amazing location, customer service, beautiful decor, spacious rooms and dreamy bathrooms! I enjoyed every minute of it from check-in to check-out! Shout out to Aman! He was so helpful and checked in on me multiple times before we arrived. There was an odd glitch that I may have double booked and he was great to make sure there was...
We spent seven days here as a family during the New Year period and truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. Our room was so nice, comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The hotel’s ambiance is lovely — classic old New York style, with a very chic bar and an excellent on-site restaurant. New Year’s Eve was organized perfectly, and we couldn’t have imagined a better celebration! Breakfast was perfectly...

Was so genuinely surprised by how amazing my experience here was! I came up for a girls trip and it was one of my friend's birthdays and the staff went above and beyond to provide us with things to make it even more special! From the balloons, champagne, and cake, to the wonderful assistant front desk manager Saloua who basically looked after us our entire stay, it made me feel so welcomed and prioritized...
Our stay at Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York was a very pleasant experience. We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed it. The interior is stylish and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful with everything, from sightseeing recommendations to arranging our airport transfer. The location is perfect, with many main sights within walking distance and great public transport connections...
I followed a legion of friends who are owners, engaged at the Internationally renown Westminster show, and of course the dogs, at the event in Manhattan. Within my contingent there was great acclaim for the hotel but, even within the people (and dogs), there was great support for the hotel. What continued to bubble to the top was the great mentions, both communicated and experienced along the way...
We stayed at Hotel Le Soleil in NYC last November with my wife and our two kids for five nights and had an amazing experience. Incredible hotel! This is the third time I stayed at this hotel and every single time I have had a great time. The hotel is nice, warm and clean. The people is always ready to help and guide you if needed. Thank you to all, from the doorman, housekeeping team, front desk and the restaurant people. As for the rooms they are clean, really confortable and my fav L'Occitane products at their bathrooms...
I have stayed in many hotels in Manhattan many times, and this is the best experience. The room is large in Manhattan and the lobby has 3 waiting areas which are very comfortable. The location is very good between 5th and 6th Avenue. It is highly recommended except for the price. 👍🏻

Despite being in a very good situation the rooms leave much to be desired and the heating is very old and made a lot of noise at night.
The room was extremely small for 2 people, there wasn't even room to open a suitcase, we put it on top of the bed, 40 cm to get through, luckily we were thin
This hotel has an amazing location, it was very convenient to walk around many places. The room is good and has all the necessary things in it. It is silent and has a great bed. Really worth it. Many places around it to have breakfast and dinner. Walking distance from the biggest Macy's and the train station.

The hotel room was a bit small, but its location in Koreatown made it super convenient for exploring the area! The staff were all very friendly, and they even offered free luggage storage on the day of checkout, which was incredibly helpful. My only minor gripe is that the cleanliness could have been better.
The room is quite spacious, and the cleanliness is acceptable. There's no breakfast provided. It's located near Koreatown, making dining very convenient.

Charming! Me and business partners appreciated the welcome.
Menu was good. Expensive even with $25 voucher
The staff was great and provided exceptional customer service. The rooms could use additional detail in cleaning the walls, which had visible dirt, and under the bed, it seemed that they didn't vacuum underneath. Aside from that the it was a pleasant stay.
This hotel is not a 4.5 star hotel by any means. The mattress was very old and springy. Shower pressure was weak. Coffee cups were dirty and stained. Didn’t have spoons or mixing sticks. Nice hotel close to everything in midtown. It just some noise constantly from the street. But I would come back, worth the price.
It’s a nice place, if you early you have to until 3pm even if you have travelled like 30 hours they don’t care
Good food, great location, enjoy the view of Empire state building. You can bring food and drinks at the roof balcony. Very nice. Despite the good things, the smell of the hotel lobby is quite unpleasant.
Ambience looked plain. Hotel helped with luggage after check out for those who had later flights.

Staff was friendly. Check-in was easy. I arrived very early and was allowed to store my bags at no charge. Area was safe and quiet. Lots of dining and cafe options. Duane Reade is close. About a minute walk to grand central. Room was much bigger than I expected, not crowded at all. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was updated/modern with lots of counter space. Very highly recommend, will stay...
The hotel is a little tired, but outstanding for the price. The bathroom was fully renovated and the bed comfortable. Need new carpets, window and wall treatments. Would 100% stay there again. Love the location, the pub downstairs and great service.
The front desk staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and efficient upon check in. The negatives were garbage and empty champagne bottles littering the hallway adjacent to my room. The headboard on the bed was scratched and could use updating. The room itself was clean.
The Fitzpatrick is a very old school NY hotel - the rooms are old fashioned but dead quiet. It was a pleasure to stay there. Location is ideal - right next to Grand Central. Staff was lovely.
No breakfast. Property is seeing a little wear. Had to get a room change due to the bed being extremely soft.
This hotel was very convenient to Grand Central Station. Easily walkable to the theater district. Both the room and bath were very spacious. The bed was super comfy.

The only minor issue was the fan, which was quite loud and had to be turned off before sleeping; otherwise, everything was perfect. The hotel is very new and in a great location, making it convenient to get everywhere!
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wall Street and the Charging Bull. We could see Trinity Church right from our window. The room was cleaned daily, and transportation was incredibly convenient with the subway station just a stone's throw away. There's also a supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab groceries and sort out meals. Shopping was a breeze too!
So glad I booked this hotel! The only downside is the price, but seriously, that's it! It's super close to everything – the New York Stock Exchange and the 9/11 Memorial are both within a 5-minute walk, and the subway is literally right downstairs, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby. They offer complimentary bottled water, but remember to ask for...

Nice place, nice location! Always check into this hotel when I travel there.
Get ready for absolutely 5 star service from all the staff and an amazingly convenient location to get anywhere in Manhattan. We loved this hotel, it just needs a little bit of sprucing up (carpets, paint) to get to a 5-star overall. We got lucky and got a room in the back on a high floor so it was super quiet (ask for any room that is XX09 or XX10). The Parisian Bar and the Rooftop bar are unique...
It is very small, the service is so-so, the things used are of poor quality, and the basic room cleaning is not in place every day;
Rooftop and Paris bar were great. Was a little bummed how hard it was to have breakfast at the hotel without a reservation, but with all the gems of NYC so close in walking distance, who cares? Rooms were clean. Great service. Kind workers. Loved the rooftop and just the location - can’t beat it! For the price and location you can’t go wrong. Solid marriot if you want to use points for a weekend away...
Overall , a disappointing stay. The lobby and elevators had a smell of perfume that were really unpleasant, not to mention toxic. When we went to rooftop terrace we were told (rudely)by the host that we had to leave due to a private function being held there; when we spoke to guest services we were told only half of the rooftop terrace was reserved. Just returned from a 4 night stay and would definitely stay here again! Clean, towels refreshed and beds made daily, and close to everything midtown has to offer!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Elevators were quick and secure with key card access required to use!
Location, location, location. If you need to be in midtown and want a middle of the road property, this is a good choice. Our room was nice and clean, but the bathroom clearly needs updating. All staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant. Liked that there was a water bottle filler on the mezzanine floor.
Best service and good location
The rooms are clean, but could use updating. If they are going to continue to charge the prices they are charging. The bathtub was very dated with discoloration, the door was hard to open from the inside and the flooring in the middle of the room was bowing up to the point that my husband tripped over it. One of the elevators was down so we either had to wait a while or traverse 22 flights of stairs...
If you read reviews you already know the main reason to stay at this hotel is the location. You can walk to Bryant Park, ESB, Times Square, Grand Central and much more. You will need to lower your expectations as far as the hotel itself. There is no restaurant just a Lavazza coffee and hot chocolate maker. But there are literally hundreds of bakeries, cafes and restaurants all around the hotel...
The room was clean but it is aged. One of the elevators is broken so we had to wait for a long time for the lift.  They provided coffee and water in the lounge area so that is good and free.

This is considered a very good hotel in downtown New York City. Lots of Japanese people. It's also very safe to walk around at night. It's very close to Central Station, about a 5-minute walk. There's a super delicious breakfast shop next door. The hotel breakfast is okay, but the chocolate shop downstairs is amazing.
It's in a great location, but the surrounding area is quiet, so I think it's a great hotel for a relaxing stay. The room was clean and comfortable.
It was our first family trip to New York, so it was reassuring to have staff who could speak Japanese. The hotel has a historic feel, but the rooms were clean and the service was excellent. I was impressed to see the Empire State Building from the window for the first time!
The room is very quiet and the space is well designed
The room has a Japanese toilet 👍 with a spray for washing your butt. It's located in the best area on Park Avenue, just a few minutes north of Grand Central Station. There are plenty of options for coffee and breakfast nearby. I recommend the Tattinery, halfway north to Grand Central Station. We had breakfast there twice. Don't go to Seventh Avenue (the street near Times Square). It's too crowded...

The room wasn’t the cleanest and was clearly in need of a refurb. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location was perfect — certainly a highlight. I personally won’t be staying here again unless there are some changes made but for the price I cannot complain too much.
Overall very nice location if you need to be near wall street plaza and surrounding area. Nice spread of continental breakfast. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely book again through booking.com because it's cheaper if you book a bit earlier. The room was comfy, a little small but didn't expect more than that for the price and location.

The front office staff is really nice they always greet you when you come in. Except for one old gent who is a bit grumpy? But other than that. The hotel is great. Specially the location.
