The Hilton Garden was the perfect location for my business stay. The staff was very professional and friendly. This was my first time in New York and the location of the hotel was perfect to get around and many restaurants in the location. The location is great, about a 15-minute walk to the Rockefeller Center and a 29-minute walk to Central Park. The area is relatively safe and not noisy, and the breakfast was good. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The sofa bed was very convenient for traveling with kids, though the room was a bit small.

The hotel is located in an upscale area of New York, which adds to its charm. One of the best features is the convenience – as soon as you step out of the hotel door, you find Subway Line 1 right there. Highly recommended for those who value both comfort and accessibility

We had a great stay at The Evelyn! Our first stop for NY and everything had a great vibe; the rooms were beautiful and the Tusk Bar was the perfect way to unwind. We were stuck indoors with the recent storm for a day but the Cafe and bar meant we didn't need to worry at all! Highly recommend, especially for the stunning decor, food and history.

Beautiful hotel, nice vibe. Quiet 2nd level mezzanine to work in above very nice cafe (Ninepin). Rooms are NYC small but heat control was great and bathroom had two of my faves: rain shower and heated tile floor! A very nice small breakfast included at the Ninepin (which is inside the hotel). I have stayed in many hotels in Manhattan many times, and this is the best experience. The room is large in Manhattan and the lobby has 3 waiting areas which are very comfortable. The location is very good between 5th and 6th Avenue. It is highly recommended except for the price. 👍🏻

The hotel room was a bit small, but its location in Koreatown made it super convenient for exploring the area! The staff were all very friendly, and they even offered free luggage storage on the day of checkout, which was incredibly helpful. My only minor gripe is that the cleanliness could have been better.

The staff was great and provided exceptional customer service. The rooms could use additional detail in cleaning the walls, which had visible dirt, and under the bed, it seemed that they didn't vacuum underneath. Aside from that the it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel is not a 4.5 star hotel by any means. The mattress was very old and springy. Shower pressure was weak. Coffee cups were dirty and stained. Didn’t have spoons or mixing sticks. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and efficient upon check in. The negatives were garbage and empty champagne bottles littering the hallway adjacent to my room. The headboard on the bed was scratched and could use updating. The room itself was clean.

The Fitzpatrick is a very old school NY hotel - the rooms are old fashioned but dead quiet. It was a pleasure to stay there. Location is ideal - right next to Grand Central. Staff was lovely.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wall Street and the Charging Bull. We could see Trinity Church right from our window. The room was cleaned daily, and transportation was incredibly convenient with the subway station just a stone's throw away. There's also a supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab groceries and sort out meals. Shopping was a breeze too!

Just returned from a 4 night stay and would definitely stay here again! Clean, towels refreshed and beds made daily, and close to everything midtown has to offer!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Elevators were quick and secure with key card access required to use!

Location, location, location. If you need to be in midtown and want a middle of the road property, this is a good choice. Our room was nice and clean, but the bathroom clearly needs updating. All staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant. Liked that there was a water bottle filler on the mezzanine floor.

The rooms are clean, but could use updating. If they are going to continue to charge the prices they are charging. The bathtub was very dated with discoloration, the door was hard to open from the inside and the flooring in the middle of the room was bowing up to the point that my husband tripped over it. One of the elevators was down so we either had to wait a while or traverse 22 flights of stairs...

If you read reviews you already know the main reason to stay at this hotel is the location. You can walk to Bryant Park, ESB, Times Square, Grand Central and much more. You will need to lower your expectations as far as the hotel itself. There is no restaurant just a Lavazza coffee and hot chocolate maker. But there are literally hundreds of bakeries, cafes and restaurants all around the hotel...

The room was clean but it is aged. One of the elevators is broken so we had to wait for a long time for the lift.  They provided coffee and water in the lounge area so that is good and free.

I recently stayed at the San Carlos for the third time in just over a year. I recommend it highly!

This is considered a very good hotel in downtown New York City. Lots of Japanese people. It's also very safe to walk around at night. It's very close to Central Station, about a 5-minute walk. There's a super delicious breakfast shop next door. The hotel breakfast is okay, but the chocolate shop downstairs is amazing.

It's in a great location, but the surrounding area is quiet, so I think it's a great hotel for a relaxing stay. The room was clean and comfortable.

Despite the size of the room, this place provide with full services. Clean, and nice decor. All staff are kind and helpful. Optionally If you come with a lot of suitcases, you could ask the staff to store the ones that you do not need to at that moment.

The HUGE soaking tub and shower were the perfect remedy for tired feet and frozen bodies after the January snow storm. The room view was idyllic. Our stay at the Wyndham Midtown 45 Club was excellent. We were surprised by the Blizzard at our arrival, but the couple of days of the storm were spent in a very peaceful and safe manner in our super cozy room.
