Clean rooms, delicious restaurant
The hotel is in a very convenient location, with the subway nearby or within walking distance. There is no special hotel service, the room is very small, there is no special night view outside, the decoration is a bit too simple, and the wall at the head of the bed really surprised me
Friendly front desk, bottled water available in the lobby on the 6th floor, some guest room towels have odor, convenient for travel
The location was perfect for our trip, right next door to MSG! The rooms were nice enough, just poor insulation from outside noise or inside odors of late night extracurricular activities. The staff was helpful and nice. The restaurant was delicious. I wouldn't be opposed to staying here again.
This hotel was just a mini getaway for the evening. The only issue I didn't like is there isn't a microwave to heat anything up. The concierge were very pleasant.the view was beautiful I would recommend anyone to give the hotel a try.
The ambience was beautiful & the beds are very comfortable.
The location is good, the subway is well connected. You can walk to the Empire State Building and Times Square. You can go to the Statue of Liberty directly without changing subways, Line 1. Clean and sanitary, the bed is comfortable.

The Belvedere Hotel was surprisingly good hotel. A good 5 minute walk to the Red Steps of Times Square. Staff was friendly.
Extremely well located, friendly staff (especially in the morning at the coffee/tea service). Will visit again!
We were upgraded to a room on the 3rd floor but the shower knob was broken and unable to turn on shower. The digital clock was not working properly and unable to change to proper time. Luckily i told the front desk and they were able to change our room right away. Otherwise the hotel was good.
The hotel being at the heart of Midtown Manhattan is stone throw away from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Madison Square, the Theater District, Central Park, port authority bus terminal, among many others. There are also lots of grocery stores and restaurants around so you won't worry about food. Staffs are helpful and when you're out of room, they do daily housekeeping, just make sure you remove...
The location is very good! The elevators are a bit slow and small. Avoid using them during peak times, such as 10:00 and 18:00.
Bathroom floor dirty, shade didn't close all the way, elevators always not running for some reason

Great location for the places we wanted to visit. Staff was friendly. Amenities were just average. Would have thought to be better for the holidays and the high pricing for the stay. Parking rates were ridiculous! Bar was understaffed and far from exceptional with a small list of offerings. Waited over 35 minutes to get a second drink, but walked out as the server was no where in site, busy helping...
Could not reccomend this hotel anymore! Close to everything, stunning view of the empire state from our room. The staff couldn’t be any more helpful, always happy with anything we asked them, and told us to have a good day, every morning we went on our travels. Very clean, maid service daily! And even a little bonus when we told them it was out friends 40th birthday we were traveling for gave us 4...
Hopefully there is bottle water upon check in. Toothbrush provided that will be the best.
Good hotel, great living space and location. Perfect to visit so mamy attractions and those are short walk away. Greatly recommend. Breakfast was good and lots of options, staffs friendly and helpful. Gym and self service laundry room available and so convenient. Underground next to hotel straight to wall street and statue of liberty ferry.

The room was quite clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is very convenient. You will be able to reach all the major sights in Manhattan easily on foot or by subway (several stations within a 2 minute walk from the hotel). The room had a kitchen with a large refrigerator and necessary cookware. Accommodation for a longer stay. At our request they brought a hot plate (electric) for cooking in the...

I had a great stay at Arlo Soho!
As a solo traveler, just for a few days in NY for a work event, Arlo was the perfect spot! All staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant onsite is really good!
Location is great! Easy to walk around with lots of restaurants close by.
The only thing I would say is that the bathroom door is no really a door, it doesn't completely close. Since I was alone...
The experience here was fantastic. If I could give extra stars for service, I would. Our trip encountered a curve ball (nothing to do with the hotel) so Andrew & Al went above and beyond to help us out (so great). The rooms were clean and the umbrella came in handy! Bonus: if you require a spot to do some work, there is plenty of space for that (which we did). Bottom line: we'll be back.
Al at the front desk treated me like I was checking into a $1k/night room - just absolutely stellar service. They granted me early check-in. There’s an excellent co-working space just beyond the lobby. Minuscule room - barely bigger than the bed. But well-designed, considering. Immaculately clean. Very comfy bed and pillows. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, this is a solid spot. I will...
I stayed in January & absolutely loved it. The staff was nice, personable, & accommodating. We ate at Lindens & the food & drinks were so perfect that we didn't bother getting food anywhere else. We even had a coursed out meal in a heated cottage on our last day. The location is great for shopping & site seeing as well. I've thought about the trip every week since & can't wait to go back.
Perfect location. If you prefer staying a bit away from the busiest tourist areas, this hotel is an excellent choice. SoHo and Tribeca are charming neighborhoods with beautiful streets and architecture — simply walking around already feels like an experience.
The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and bars, and it’s close to Bleecker Street, where you can find live music venues featuring...
Room and sheets were very clean and I was given a quiet spot which I was really happy about. Water was well heated and pressure was perfect as well. The staff were amazing! I’ve finally found a hotel I would confidently recommend. It’s far better than other Fine Hotel Collection properties in the same price range. The Bar Room restaurant was excellent as well.
Maybe our expectations were too high, but our stay was somewhat disappointing, mainly due to guest service. The building is beautiful, the bar room is popular, and the hotel is dog-friendly — which is why we’re giving three stars.
However, the bar was so busy that it was hard to enjoy as a hotel guest. Over a December weekend, breakfast required a reservation and the only available time was 8:15 a...
I had an incredible experience at the Beekman Hotel. We stayed there for a city hall wedding, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always willing to help and make suggestions. The rooms were spotless, and the daily cleaning services made it feel like we had just arrived to the room each day. The vibrant atmosphere...
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location close to the subway and MTA buses. Our room on the fifth floor was tidy and comfortable for our two night stay.
Little things that could've been improved:
- There are three elevators, but one of the elevators' indicator lights doesn't work or make a sound, so there were a few times we almost missed it.
- There was some kind of event one night, so sound traveled...
I visited the bar at the Beekman Thompson in New York City, and the experience was polished, elegant, and genuinely enjoyable. The atmosphere had that classic, upscale New York charm—warm lighting, beautiful architecture, and a comfortable vibe that made it easy to settle in for a relaxed evening. The service was attentive and smooth, with staff who made sure we had everything we needed without hovering...
For a hotel that's over a hundred years old, it's remarkably well-maintained. Its location in Lower Manhattan means the narrow streets are understandable, and while the entrance and lobby aren't huge, that's expected given the prime real estate. It's conveniently located not far from One World Trade Center and the Charging Bull, with a subway station less than 200 meters away. New York City's subway...

The room was tidy, bed very comfy and a great location.
Easy check in and check out, front desk team were very helpful. I’ll definitely be booking again.
Nice hotel, beautiful rooftop bar where you can relax. There is also a nice lobby downstairs where you can work or have a drink at the bar. The hotel room is on the small side, but despite that, we had a fine experience for two people. Lighting, TV, and air conditioning can be adjusted via iPad, which works well. The hotel is quite centrally located and easy to reach, including from JFK airport.
Cozy hotel. Good breakfast and coffee. Room is quite small though
Room was very clean, staff was super helpful. Missing one star because the in room bathroom wasn’t great. The door didn’t fully close, no shelving/hooks, very few amenities. Additionally, the ‘light cleans’ provided by the hotel were just making the bed. I would have appreciated trash being picked up, etc.
Great neighborhood though!
The hotel was excellent in several ways: great location, beautiful and funky decor, everything was very clean in the hotel and my room, which had a comfortable bed and was very cozy. The lounge /bar areas on the downstairs and top floors were amazing and the view was spectacular! Hotel is in a convenient location. Rooms are clean and simple but functional. Kind of like a nicely appointed jail cell. Ess a bagel was good and just around the corner. Shared bathrooms were no problem and mostly clean except for some hair in shower drain one time. Elevators are TINY and have music 🎵 🎵. Also, there is music in the bathrooms. Staff was very courteous and responsive to our needs...
Stayed here just 2 nights but it was really nice! Had a solo room with a queen size bed, just big enough for one. The shared bathrooms were plentiful, clean, and warm. Only a few minutes walk to the subway. Staff were efficient and friendly. Didn’t have a chance to check out the rooftop or cafe.
I tried booking through AirBnb but made a mistake concerning the date (totally my own fault!). However, the guy at the desk was super nice and accommodating and got us a room right away anyhow. This was mid December, so finding a room on such short notice during a very touristy season was awesome. Room was small (ofc) but very nice. Very clean room. There was chilled water and soda in the fridge, very useful after the hot weather. Downstairs there is a restaurant with very tasty food, no need to go far. Comfortable mattress. Dark curtains. The main advantage is check-out at 12. We were able to get a good night's sleep after a long walk the day before.

The hotel's location is ideal. Two elevators provide access to the room. However, the room lacks basic, inexpensive amenities like slippers, toothbrushes, and a hairdryer. These are available upon request, but are extremely inconvenient if you're staying for just one night and don't have time to wait.
Very bad service ,no amenities and not even a single compliment water for our stay.
We book 3 rooms for 6 notes.
Super good location right at Times square where all the buzz is. Everything is right down the hotel from shows to places to eat and Big Bus tour
Overall, it's good. The location is excellent, right in Times Square, New York.
The front desk lady that checked us in was super nice and understanding. She allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated since we flew in from CA and with the time different and able to rest for a bit in the room before we start our day was the best ever.

No breakest with room booking. Air blowing of heat air was a bit noise. Door closing is loud, people not holding the door when closing.
Excellent service, great facilities, and a prime location that makes getting to downtown New York a breeze.
It was okay. It's very close to the subway station, and there are many breakfast places nearby. The lobby isn't very big, and the coffee and breakfast area in the lobby was cold. The room was also small.
We were a family of four staying in a quad room, but amenities like towels and coffee were only provided for three people. The entrance was narrow, and the space between the two double beds and the remaining area was tiny. We couldn't even fully open our luggage; every time we needed something, we had to take it out and immediately close the suitcase and stand it upright, otherwise, we couldn't walk...
This hotel is located in the city center, but there aren't many dining options nearby. The square was also quite empty at night, probably because of the cold weather. The room decor was decent, and it was a nice touch that the front desk had staff who spoke Chinese.
I waited for an hour after check-in time because no room was available. The telephone in the room is broken so can't contact frontdesk and have to come down, the air conditioner is broken, doesn't produce heat at all. All confirmed by technician. The facility is in a fantastic location, so it has so much potential. In reality, it is more like an old dorm turned into a hostel with the slightly added benefit of private rooms. The rooms themselves are extremely small, featuring a small bunk bed, desk, and TV that does not turn on. The beds are old and springy. The sheets and pillows were nicely made and clean.
The worst part was the communal...
The service and staff was friendly. You could easily check in after midnight. The checkout was also easy. It’s just 4$ per luggage to leave them in the luggage room until 7pm.
The bathrooms weren’t that clean, it was ok. But they could get cleaned more often.
All in all our stay was okay.
The location was conveniently located to nature (central park) and train stations to get downtown. A personal washroom would have improved the quality of the visit.
Well, i understand that this is one is one of the most affordable accommodation in a prime location so the price is not cheap; however, i believe the room condition could be better
1. I found trace of glass shard in the room floor
2. The bathroom and toilet facility are quite small compared to room quantity
3. The bed condition is really bad and totally loosen
The place is plain dirty and disgusting!
Both The bedrooms and the bathrooms
It should pass for a homeless shelter not hotel!
Not worth even $, let alone charging over $100 for a single room!
Take my advice!
Don’t pay money to rent the place!

We stayed one night. Upgraded to a better room for free. Staff are very accommodating and nice. Room was simple but has what you need. Bed was comfy!
The hotel front desk staff were very welcoming. Downstairs, the restaurant offers free coffee, tea, and drinking water in the morning, which is a great value! Even with a daily tip of 1-2 dollars, the room was cleaned thoroughly. It's truly rare to find such a good hotel in a prime Manhattan location where every inch of land is so expensive.
Good location, has a gym which is a huge one since the collaborate with a professional gym room
I stayed there for two nights. If you have business occasions near Grand Central, location is not too bad but if you expect various activities beyond business, you might have more options. 42nd-Grand Central station is 7-8 min by walk.

This place was absolutely amazing! I stayed for a week and didn't encounter a single issue. Thanks to them, I made some wonderful memories.
Overall, our stay was mostly good, although there were a few issues, especially at the beginning and with service.

Right at the Heart of the City!
This is a centrally-located hotel right in the middle of the busy city of New York!
The costs are justifiable based on the quality of the hotel. Also, the subway is right around the corner, which can take you to various parts of New York at low fares (is it $2.70?).

Despite being in the heart of New York City, it's incredibly quiet and clean. The 7 train is also super close, so I highly recommend it.
The location is pretty good, about a 20-minute walk to Times Square. It's away from the busiest areas, so it's relatively quiet. The hotel is quite small and a bit old, but for this price in New York, the value for money is really good!
Fairly good. Well maintained, but hat to turn the air con at night to be able to sleep, as it was noisy. A bit far from the main areas of Manhattan, but still ok.
Everything is good as expected before the arrival. Keep it that way.

New York, 26 Ann Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
During my winter stay in New York, the room heating was practically nonexistent; there was no warm air, and the bedding was incredibly thin, essentially just a sheet and a light blanket.
It was a awesome hotel. Perfect location and safe too!
I’ll go here again.
