Great hotel. We stayed in the deluxe king room, which had plenty of space for what we needed. Limited space for hanging clothes but no different from most hotels in big cities. Shower was great, hot and good pressure. Great value for what we paid. Me and my husband were made to feel very welcome by all staff. Had to ask at check-in for the drinks vouchers for next door but they happily gave them. Amazing...

The hotel keeps randomly charging my credit card. The system is chaotic and charges are still being made even after I've checked out. The front desk lady was very impatient when I asked about this. Fortunately, customer service intervened and resolved the issue. I can only say that the location is very convenient.

Hot water from tap and shower comes out milky and smells a little weird, bed had a piece of metal sticking out (in the photo) , really easy to kick it while in the dark. It's a nice hotel. My wife and I stayed here for wedding night. The reception said he had upgraded our room and we were delighted. We went to the room and noticed that it was the exact same room that we had originally reserved. Nothing extraordinary from what we expected.

The Bentley is in a convenient location on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The rooms are comfortable and in the process of being renovated. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to assist guests. One of the standout staff is Robert Gabriela. He can be found at the front desk or lobby area and is always smiling and able to answer any question that a visitor may have.

It was -10 degrees Celsius and there was no heating. They provided a small space heater, but it barely warmed up the room. Good location and windows are thick enough to deter street noises. We had a good sleep every nihht. There are microwave and coffee macjine with coffeebean and tealeaves capsules. The only downside is I was not informed the 2 bottles of water is chargeable at usd3 per btl and I found out only at New York airport when they sent me the reciept via email.

AC wasn’t working properly, it was either too cold or too hot with dry air. The room had a small window facing the wall of another building which makes the room dark. Stayed at the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge twice. This is one of my favorite hotels in the city. Very beautiful and modern decor. As soon as you walk in, you are blown away by all of the greenery. Overall the stay was comfortable and had great views. Only callout is the design of shower. It doesn’t have a door or covering that prevents the shower water from wetting the floor or bathroom door.

The room wasn't big, and they charged a $250 deposit, which is more than most large hotels charge. The crucial point is that it's been over two weeks and I still haven't received a refund.

Very nice view. Price is competitive. A bit small but ok for 1 person. Would come again.

The room is not big, but the balcony is huge, and there are lounge chairs and tables where you can lie down and watch the night view or sunrise, which is very beautiful. Breakfast needs to be ordered, there is a restaurant downstairs, and a gourmet fast food bar. The bed is very comfortable and the hygiene is good.

The location is very convenient and the balcony view is just fabulous

My girlfriend and I stayed in a large king suite complete with balcony and stunning view of NYC over the East River. We had an excellent room service breakfast the following morning. Would def recommend and return again one day!

This was a wonderful spot to spend a short staycation. I definitely enjoyed the morning views with my coffee. The bed and pillows were super comfy and appreciated the complimentary credit towards in-room breakfast. I did have a snafu with my invoice and was able to work with the staff to get it sorted. So cheers to staying somewhere that's not Manhattan and being able to explore Williamsburg.
