Great hotel. We stayed in the deluxe king room, which had plenty of space for what we needed. Limited space for hanging clothes but no different from most hotels in big cities. Shower was great, hot and good pressure. Great value for what we paid. Me and my husband were made to feel very welcome by all staff. Had to ask at check-in for the drinks vouchers for next door but they happily gave them. Amazing...
Adrian at check-in was incredibly kind and welcoming.
He made the whole process smooth and pleasant, and his warm, professional attitude really stood out.
Thanks to him, we were able to start our stay on a great note. Truly appreciated the excellent service!
Aura is lovely. We had a king room and it was very clean and spacious. We encountered difficulty with turning off our bathroom light and facilities immediately came and fixed the problem. The Long Room next door had fantastic food, drinks and service and the free drink coupons from Aura were great! Carlos in the baggage room is one of the nicest people we have ever met. The gym has Peloton equipment...
A tiny room right next to Times Square. Nothing to complain about. There were four of us staying there. There was no room to store our suitcases. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Superb hotel in a brilliant location. Staff were excellent, very kind and helpful. Although located at Times Square, there wasn't a sound in our bedroom from the busy outdoors. We stayed in Room 511 which was an executive king size specification. It was a very spacious room with all the required amenities. Room service was provided every day with bed linen changed and fresh towels. The bathroom was...
The hotel keeps randomly charging my credit card. The system is chaotic and charges are still being made even after I've checked out. The front desk lady was very impatient when I asked about this. Fortunately, customer service intervened and resolved the issue. I can only say that the location is very convenient.

Hot water from tap and shower comes out milky and smells a little weird, bed had a piece of metal sticking out (in the photo) , really easy to kick it while in the dark. I got myself a pretty bad bruise from it so be careful if you get room 408. I wouldve called front desk about these issues but the phone in the room didnt work either.
On the plus side, staff are pretty nice. Fridges are also available...
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was quick and easy to check in. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had everything I needed for getting ready and showering. The hotel also has good restaurants in it. Highkey has a lovely brunch and good drinks. The staff here are kind and helpful. The location is fantastic. It's a short walk from the subway, and there are lots...
Very reasonable hotel. Will definitely stay again.
Close to the subway station, and the rooms are quite spacious. There are also many restaurants nearby.
Great location and excellent service. I'll definitely be back!
Great location, Service was exceptional especially from all the staff at the receptions. Free waters, ice machine and minute walk away from Fulton st metro which is main metro stops for majority of the metro line including JFK lines. Walking distance to WTC, Brooklyn bridge and Chinatown

No cookie offered. WiFi is pretty bad. Good location and spacious rooms.
Small rooms, good beds, good cheerful staff, rooms, elevators and other areas need to be upgraded, but I saw renovations going on. I understand they are in a very busy district and they need to keep open to continue getting revenue. House keeping is good and done daily. Lower floors have street view. Lots of good shopping and eating options within walking distance. Penn station within walking distance...
I really loved staying here! The hotel was great, and I ate at Cre during my stay. Our waiter, Carlos, was so kind and gave amazing service. He made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely come back!
Location is amazing. Subway access is very close, alot of different coffee shops, halal carts, shopping, and restaurants are in walking distance. In my opinion this location is better than Times Square.
I purchased a water case from Walgreens and brought it back to the room because after your 1st two free bottles, they’re $3 for a 16oz bottle. Definitely get a water case!
Rooms are small if you’re...
A great place to stay while visiting NYC, especially if you plan to walk to most parts and avoid public transport.
On another note, I needed to change my room due to the first one being right opposite the elevators. The staff was extremely kind in understanding the situation, asked me to pack my luggage before heading out the next day and I came back to a a new room with my luggage already there....
We recently stayed at the DoubleTree for four days and three nights.
The location is perfect (for tourists)—right in a very lively part of the city, within walking distance of endless restaurants.
The hotel experience itself was only okay. There were only two small elevators, so waiting times could be significant. The rooms were small, which is understandable for a New York City stay, but the bedding...

My favorite place when coming into the city. Located right across from Bryant park. Stunning rooms, comfy beds, beautiful views, the bar downstairs is a vibe. All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming. 10/10.
The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to Broadway, Madison Square Garden, Korea Town and yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest.
What really stood out was the level of service — every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a place where genuine hospitality shines through at every level.
We’ll definitely be returning and recommending...
The air conditioner is too loud
So many great things to say about this hotel. The location on Bryant Park is fantastic. It was so easy to get to many of the locations we were visiting. We also enjoyed a very nice view of Bryant Park from our rooms. We were traveling with our three kids and we were able to get adjoining rooms. They were your typical connecting rooms, but the two rooms had shared entry way which could be separated...
Google recently reminded me that it's one year since a very special 50th birthday trip I spent in New York and DC. For the New York leg, I stayed at the Bryant Park Hotel, which was a fantastic choice because of it's excellent location, close to many of the main sights I wanted to visit. The room was comfortable and the service was second to none. I want to send a shout out to the whole team, but especially...
This was only my second stay at the Bryant Park Hotel, and I was blown away once again. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me by name, making the experience even warmer and more hospitable than my first visit. They truly make you feel like family — a real home away from home.
The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with great amenities. Beyond the stay itself, the staff...

Absolutely wonderful stay! I stayed for only one night duirng what appeared to be the coldest week of the year in New York, the staff at this hotel could not be warmer. They very generously gave me a complimentary upgrade to a suite that was absolutely marvelous. Beautiful furniture, plenty of space, a bed that was a bit lower to the ground (which I loved), and one of the best showers I've ever experienced...
My family of four stayed at the Carlyle for one night. Our experience was overall great! When we first checked in, our room was not ready at the time it was promised, but the concierge was extremely understanding and quickly made it up to us by giving my family a later check-out time. The service at breakfast was okay, as they messed up my drink order multiple times and then got confused whether I...
What an amazing experience! We wanted to experience a nice cocktail at the Bemelmans bar and we happened to arrive on an evening where they had artists in residence, and the bar was closed to patrons not staying in the hotel.
However, Dante was amazing! Not only did he take the time to explain the circumstances, but gave us a brief history of the hotel, the hand painting by author , Ludwig Bemelman...
Our experience here was beyond explainable. The hotel it's self was beautiful! I have to eat gluten free and they had excellent gluten free options. Her illustrations made are day and are precious. Our server and server captain...
The rooms at New York Grandview are small, the facilities are old, the bathroom is also very cramped, the beds in the twin room are about the same width and length as the beds in the school dormitory, and the wardrobe door is crooked. The main advantage is the good location in the Upper East Side, just a few steps away from Central Park.
The room rate is more than 1W per night, which is similar to...
I booked it for my kids before, and they were very satisfied. This time I stayed here myself, and I felt as follows: The hotel is located on Central Park and Madison Avenue, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money. Great location in Midtown Manhattan. I loved the size of the room and bathroom, comfort of the mattress and the central location for my business meeting. I will definitely try to book again if given the opportunity whether it's for business or personal travel. Did I mention the bathroom!!! "R"'s everywhere was a nice touch.
4/5 on the room. If you’re going for unique… don’t go full unique… especially when it comes to things like the shower handle/knob. On the shower knob- one should not have to fight with the knob to find where hot water starts and cold water begins… because the knob should go from cold to hot in one direction, not hot/cold… cold/hot into either the left or right turning of the knob.
4/5 on the service...
Had stayed there before a couple of years ago and enjoyed it so much we went back. Rooms are well furnished, spacious and cleaned well. Very little if any noise from traffic outside. It is well placed for all the attractions which in the main are well within walking distance unless you have mobility issues. If this is the case there is usually a yellow cab outside, or the Door staff will get you one...
It's a rooftop venue, with pretty decent views. It's very modern, yet sort of laid back at the same time. Although they do have a dress code, so one would have to look their best. The food is pretty good, they offer a tapas menu with a decent selection and the list of flatbreads that are very good. It does get packed so the only recommendation I would have is to reserve a table in advance, you may...
Have been to the hotel a few times and have never been disappointed. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, great service. Staff know your name and welcome you back personally. Good location, small room, slow elevator.
Pretty average experience. Had an issue with payment that the hotel failed to resolve and had to be done so by trip.com. Room wasn’t very clean and we weren’t provided with towels - which we didn’t realise until we returned late at night. Partial landmark view is a farce. Effortless Hospitality During the Holiday Rush
Hospitality can be demanding at the best of times, but during the holidays, it is especially challenging. While the hotel is located a bit away from the main Midtown bustle, we found the location ideal as there is so much to explore in the immediate area. The view from our room was also incredibly pleasant, offering a great perspective of the city.
We were able to visit the World Trade Center and its incredibly moving and informative museum, as well as Mercer Labs.
We also took a trip to the Statue of...
We had an excellent experience at the four seasons. We traveled for a special occasion and everyone on staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be returning.
Just returned home. Our stay at the Four Seasons overall was 5 stars. Very accommodating in checking us in earlier than 3pm. And granting our request for late checkout as our transportation plans were delayed. We love the new tech way of communicating. Advance text message a few days prior to check in. And the ongoing communication on text platform assures effective communication without stress...
I’ve been to many four seasons including Boston, Seattle, Dallas & Houston locations and absolutely love this one. Have stayed here a few times and can’t wait to come back. Can always count on the rooms being clean, water available and staff willing to help. Great place to stay when I’m there for work and it’s close to my favorite deli, Katz.

The entire staff was very attentive and pleasant. They were genuinely polite and made us feel at home. The hotel is beautiful and well located for museums and shopping. We loved the attention to detail, the wonderful staff and warm welcome.
The Pierre is an icon. Along with being an icon, you get hotel hallways that need to be recarpeted. But I love the atmosphere so much I over look it! The best location of any hotel in the city. The staff is very accommodating. And the bar is fun Wed-Sat. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and beyond helpful. My only negative was the price of the food at restaurant at 11:00 am was excessive, for a salad with chicken, truffle fries fries and an ice tea was $90 before tip! Super noisy with people in and out of room until 4am… also would be great if breakfast during the week started a little earlier. Staff are great as usual.
Great service. They got us the wrong room on day one but then corrected their error and compensated for it as well when it was brought up.
Every staff member was incredibly and accommodating, making sure we had the best possible experience.
The room had a lovely view on the 7th floor and the various amenities in the room - the great snacks, the soft lighting - were very nice. I had thought I reserved a dual queen room but the food out sofa bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very responsive as were all the staff. We would definitely stay again!
Great staff, entire property clean, modern, comfortable, and everyone was helpful and friendly. Loved the location!
Stayed 12/20/25-12/22/25. I loved the location. Away from the craziness (crowd and traffic) but walking distance to other neighborhoods with lot of choices of restaurants. It is also 5 minutes walking distance to Chelsea Market. Staff was very attentive.

I went to this hotel due to it's close proximity to the Sloan Kettering hospital across the street. It's was clean and comfortable and the service desk employees were just wonderful. Nice hotel close to NY hospital and several schools, restaurants, parks and public transportation. The hotel room I stayed in was cozy and clean. Wonderful presentation and a great view of the East River. I would recommend this hotel to anyone touring the city.
Amazing hotel service. Great room. Clean. Easily Accessible. Friendly concierge. Modern building. If you have big notes, they are happy to break the change for you. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. If I ever come back to NYC I will book here. The only down side is the nearest subway. But everybody knows on a city holiday, walking is best.
It's a nice hotel. My wife and I stayed here for wedding night. The reception said he had upgraded our room and we were delighted. We went to the room and noticed that it was the exact same room that we had originally reserved. Nothing extraordinary from what we expected.
The Bentley is in a convenient location on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The rooms are comfortable and in the process of being renovated. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to assist guests. One of the standout staff is Robert Gabriela. He can be found at the front desk or lobby area and is always smiling and able to answer any question that a visitor may have.

Great location. But heavily overpriced. Saw snow here, so a happy day!
The room is smaller than I thought, the location did close to Penn station however the neighbourhood don’t feel really safe. And need to be ready to wait for the elevator.

It was -10 degrees Celsius and there was no heating. They provided a small space heater, but it barely warmed up the room. When I asked for an extra blanket from room service, they gave me the one shown in the picture [presumably a thin, inadequate blanket]. A terrible experience. I won't be returning.
Great location, near Times Square and the train station.
Good location and windows are thick enough to deter street noises. We had a good sleep every nihht. There are microwave and coffee macjine with coffeebean and tealeaves capsules. AC wasn’t working properly, it was either too cold or too hot with dry air. The room had a small window facing the wall of another building which makes the room dark. The gym was closed for renovation but we were informed when we arrived there. I mean you could find plenty of other hotels with the money you pay for this hotel. Value for money is the lowest I have ever experienced so far.
The room is classic and traditional, in line with our oriental aesthetic, and I personally prefer the European style.
I chose to stay at the world's first St. Regis on Fifth Avenue. I asked in advance about the lobby and it was well decorated. The room service was OK. It is next to the Trump headquarters building and the security is still very high. It is also close to Central Park. St. Regis butler service, coffee and tea are provided at 5 pm. Great location. The windows were a bit confusing, it was as if they weren't there.
Not very friendly administrators at breakfast. It seemed that they weren't happy at all that they came for breakfast.
The Ctrip order stated that we didn't want a corner room, but we were given a corner room, and it was right next to the power distribution room. First time staying in NY overnight! This hotel is clean, stocked with good quality essentials, and in the heart of NY close to subway for cheap travel. I’d like to thank Dragana in maintenance for being so kind and helping me stock my room, the hotel is lucky to have such a hardworking employee!
Our experience was great, they let us check in early when we arrived around 11 am. Their staff was very friendly. Location wise, everything is just around the corner. A lot of restaurants in the area. Train subway is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
This place does feel like a Dream, from the convenience of being in Midtown, to the small elevator and long hallways, stunning rooftop views, I'd stay again and recommend others. My stay was comfortable, slept well, some noise, the blinds helped defuse the lights outside the room window.

It was ok. Rooms are super small. Room wasn’t made up the first day and our phone didn’t work. Twin beds if you get a room for two. Will come knocking if u don’t check out exactly at 11.
The room wasn't big, and they charged a $250 deposit, which is more than most large hotels charge. The crucial point is that it's been over two weeks and I still haven't received a refund.
Great location and close to the metro but the hotel felt a bit outdated and could have been more clean.

The location is great. Nice staff.
Good location. Paid $100 for late checkout.
Old hotel, perfect service, but poor of service like a bottle of water
It was a decent stay at Hotel 57. Natural advantage given location of the hotel, with tons of food options nearby, and walking distance to most of my meetings in midtown Manhattan.
I find the design of the room sub par. For instance, the TV is above the study area, and the latter is kinda boxed up. The tap lever in the toilet needs to be pushed in to on the water supply, which is unintuitive. There...
The hotel is quite good, and considering its highly advantageous location, other flaws seem acceptable, such as the small room, tiny windows, an old plastic coffee machine, lack of drinking cups, and no toiletries set, etc.
The service is excellent, very efficient and convenient.

Particularly impressed by the gratuitous friendliness of the staff. Even when not helping us they asked after our welfare and potential needs.
Very nice view. Price is competitive. A bit small but ok for 1 person. Would come again.
The room is not big, but the balcony is huge, and there are lounge chairs and tables where you can lie down and watch the night view or sunrise, which is very beautiful. Breakfast needs to be ordered, there is a restaurant downstairs, and a gourmet fast food bar. The bed is very comfortable and the hygiene is good.
The location is very convenient and the balcony view is just fabulous
My girlfriend and I stayed in a large king suite complete with balcony and stunning view of NYC over the East River. We had an excellent room service breakfast the following morning. Would def recommend and return again one day!
This was a wonderful spot to spend a short staycation. I definitely enjoyed the morning views with my coffee. The bed and pillows were super comfy and appreciated the complimentary credit towards in-room breakfast. I did have a snafu with my invoice and was able to work with the staff to get it sorted. So cheers to staying somewhere that's not Manhattan and being able to explore Williamsburg.
