I love POD in Times Square. Convenient, clean, agreeable and welcoming staff! Usually I can get a room for about $200 (it doubles during the holiday season though). Still a bargain, and close to all the important places. Highly recommend!

I often use Pod Times Square on business travel. This must be one of your best options if you want more activities beyond business. If you’re non-business traveler, this will provide value propositions you expect in term of easy access to Times Squre and must-have-facilities room with relatively affordable rate even in holiday seasons.

No fridge is understandable but no hair dryer is unacceptable. The room is very functional i love it. The view the rack the hooks the bed. I had good sleep during my stay. No loud noise. If you could add hair dryer that would be awesome and fridge that is even more awesome.

Rooms are decent if not a bit dated. The towels are great, and I'm a stickler for good towels. They have pillow options which is cool. However, the hallways and doors are super noisy. The housekeeping staff was going in and out of some staff room late into the night and it kept me awake with the door constantly slamming. Sleep isn't that restful. So I can't rate this highly, which is a shame.

Great location - my husband and I ran around the park every morning. We booked a standard room, but there were apartments, they upgraded... nice lounge and pool. 🫶The breakfasts are classic and you need to book a table 1-2 days in advance, otherwise you risk not being seated, as the restaurant hall is very small.

It is a good hotel with easy access location to 3 subways stations. But when you check in , they will ask for an additional charge on top. My 2 weeks of stay I had to pay an extra usd 300+

It was good for the price, but the wifi was not the fastest and there was instability issues.

Clean room. Asked for extra towels, did not receive them. Asked for a corkscrew, they said i had to go to the bar and let them open my bottle of wine for me. The valet was difficult to communicate with. Other than those inconveniences, our stay was lovely

We love the location of the hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful with suggestions on local restaurants, shopping and transportation. Rooms are clean, extra towels -no problem! The penthouse restaurant is the perfect way to start or end your day in the Big Apple.

Room was clean, updated and very spacious. Staff was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay. A lot of street noise from our room on the 5th floor made it difficult to sleep, but not the hotel’s fault.

Our room felt like a well appointed suite - I loved the separation between, kitchenette, living space and bedroom. The boutique hotel was charming. Everyone says New York hotels are generally mediocre, but I especially loved this one! The room size was just right, the hotel was new, and the service was excellent! It felt like home! The lobby lighting was particularly warm and inviting, and the hotel restaurant was also very good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in New York!

Very convenient boutique hotel

Times Square and Broadway were both within walking distance! We stayed for several nights, and they, of course, changed our towels daily. It was a fun stay, even with five of us in the room.

The room was not clean. We told the hotel desk and they act like they didn’t care.

The location was great ! However room was below my expectation, you could hear the gym noise all the time, running on treadmill and the weights being dropped all night ! The aircon was so noisy all night, it was like you were on a plane the whole night.

Though not spacious, the room was immaculately clean and tidy, with city views. It came equipped with a coffee machine (generously stocked with coffee pods, milk, and sugar) and a microwave. This made enjoying unlimited coffee and hot beverages incredibly convenient – a detail we truly appreciated!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 25-minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge photo op spot. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including some incredibly good value Chinese restaurants, which are a big plus for Chinese travelers. The front desk staff provided top-notch service and arranged a very satisfying breakfast for us, which was also perfectly suited to Chinese tastes.

There was water available in the lobby, which was great because I could get a cold drink anytime. Also, the bed and vanity were large and very convenient to use.

The facilities are complete, and the service is good. Although the lobby is small, it's cozy. Getting around by subway and bus is super convenient, and shopping is great too, plus the Barclays Center is nearby.

I like this area, so AKA is a better choice in this area. Convenient transportation, quiet in a busy area, and many delicious restaurants around. The complaint is that the design of the room is really problematic. The lighting in the restroom is so dim, it focuses on form but forgets about function.

Everything and i mean everything was amazing about this hotel every single staff member is super sweet and friendly, rooms are spotless and big and prefect, prices are great if you bundle. There is plenty to walk to around if not train right down the road the only thing that was bad was the parking ill never ever take a car again no where to park at all.

The staff at 3 PM was a highlight. Everyone was professional. My issue mainly was the room and the fact that this hotel did not show adequate photos of the room prior to my day the room itself was clean. There were a few damages that could easily been fixed some spackling work.

The hotel facilities are very new and the bedding is very comfortable. Although breakfast is included when booking the hotel, you still have to pay for it. The portion is large and the ingredients are very fresh. During the day, there were always a group of people across the road from the hotel where I stayed, noisy and smoking strong-smelling cigarettes. The smell was very unpleasant.

The staff service was average. The view from the room was fantastic — though I think that might only apply to the higher floors. The location is great and very convenient; you can walk to the pier, so the access is perfect. However, the walls are quite thin. You can clearly hear noises from the hallway, as well as from the rooms above and next to you.

Clean room and wonderful staff. One thing missing were snack and beverage choices in the first floor executive lounge. I will return to this Hilton whenever I visit Brooklyn.

The room was fine. However, we were misinformed as to the Valet parking as it related to in and out. We were told that Valet parking didn’t have in and out parking, when the website clearly said it did. Additionally, the towels were cheap and shedding i got piece of cotton all over my body drying off. I recommend they reorder new ones.
