Pod Times Square, New York1 / 7Good price
9.0
New York, 400 W 42nd Street (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent hotel and very close to all famous places. Staff are really amazing specially Katherine and Sahar at the front disk.
I love POD in Times Square. Convenient, clean, agreeable and welcoming staff! Usually I can get a room for about $200 (it doubles during the holiday season though). Still a bargain, and close to all the important places. Highly recommend!
It was clean, simple, and comfortable!! There was everything necessary and not too luxury, and that was the point I liked. Although, I thought there were some improvements in cleanliness. But I want to stay here again.
I often use Pod Times Square on business travel. This must be one of your best options if you want more activities beyond business. If you’re non-business traveler, this will provide value propositions you expect in term of easy access to Times Squre and must-have-facilities room with relatively affordable rate even in holiday seasons.
No fridge is understandable but no hair dryer is unacceptable. The room is very functional i love it. The view the rack the hooks the bed. I had good sleep during my stay. No loud noise. If you could add hair dryer that would be awesome and fridge that is even more awesome.
Clean, small room in a convenient location. Bit noisy: water pipes, street traffic, door slamming, hallway conversations. Free coffee!

New York, 125 E 50th St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Our family visited at Christmastime and stayed in a King Suite. The rooms are nicely furnished with a modern flair and I appreciated the hardwood floors vs carpet. The bathroom is nicely tiled in marble but could be bigger. There isn’t a countertop for toiletries or cosmetics. The location is great but the street noise on Lexington is very loud. We heard sirens and horns late into the night. I would...
We travel to NYC often with family for mini-vacations and usually choose this Benjamin midtown location which is very convenient. It very walkable to Rockefeller center and shopping areas during Christmas time. Subway stations very close by. The rooms and suites are decent size with comfortable beds. We particular like staying in their suites, which has a kitchenette with a microwave oven. We feel...
I stayed with my family in this wonderful hotel. It’s very well located. The service is very professional at all times. The rooms are luxurious. It has a mini kitchen, with microwave and refrigerator among other things. I recommend it if you want a fantastic experience.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel Friday into Saturday. Every staff member we interacted with was well trained, friendly, helpful and service oriented. This hotel has a great location in midtown and has easy access to restaurants, theaters, shopping and site seeing. Our room was very nice, freshly renovated and had everything you would expect in a luxury hotel. The bed was comfortable...
This has been a fantastic hotel to stay in. Mid-town is perfect for getting everywhere, but you can escape the busy uptown and hang out in some great bars and restaurants locally. We were spoilt for choice. Everyone at the hotel is very helpful, warm and welcoming. Special mentions to Jonathan on the door and Dimitri in the bar, who really looked after us. The beds are ridiculously comfortable and...
Rooms are decent if not a bit dated. The towels are great, and I'm a stickler for good towels. They have pillow options which is cool. However, the hallways and doors are super noisy. The housekeeping staff was going in and out of some staff room late into the night and it kept me awake with the door constantly slamming. Sleep isn't that restful. So I can't rate this highly, which is a shame.

New York, 1 Central Park W (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
My stay at the Trump International Hotel in New York City was outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is immaculate, elegant, and perfectly located, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional quality of its staff. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalized. In...
Great location - my husband and I ran around the park every morning. We booked a standard room, but there were apartments, they upgraded... nice lounge and pool. 🫶The breakfasts are classic and you need to book a table 1-2 days in advance, otherwise you risk not being seated, as the restaurant hall is very small.
There's very little information available about hotels in New York City in Chinese, so I'm writing a detailed account of my stay here in the hopes that it will help others choosing hotels. The hotel is located on a corner of the Columbus Circle roundabout. I went to the Trump Tower by mistake, so be careful with the address when calling a taxi or using navigation. Central Park is just across the street...
Great location and service. We stayed in a suite that was very suitable for our family. The front desk and doormen were great. I am glad this time I picked this hotel for my stay in NYC.
The hotel is right next to Central Park. Outside the window is the land of New York, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money. Most attractions can be reached on foot. Valet parking is convenient and fast. In addition, there is a subway station downstairs, so transportation is convenient. The hotel looks very old, but it is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with an...
We enjoyed every moment at Trumps International New York. Great view from our room. Big kitchen that we can even make a full cooking (but obviously not) The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was superb. All the staff welcomed us with great service mind attitude including the cleaning lady. We hope to stay with you again. Highly recommend this hotel near Central Park, NY. OK but exoensive. Location was paramount
A really great location with close proximity to the subway.
Initial water from the shower contained rust. Toilet flash did not work, and worked after manual water directly into the tank
It is a good hotel with easy access location to 3 subways stations. But when you check in , they will ask for an additional charge on top. My 2 weeks of stay I had to pay an extra usd 300+
It was good for the price, but the wifi was not the fastest and there was instability issues.
Clean room. Asked for extra towels, did not receive them. Asked for a corkscrew, they said i had to go to the bar and let them open my bottle of wine for me. The valet was difficult to communicate with. Other than those inconveniences, our stay was lovely

We love the location of the hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful with suggestions on local restaurants, shopping and transportation. Rooms are clean, extra towels -no problem! The penthouse restaurant is the perfect way to start or end your day in the Big Apple.
Once again The Kimberly did not disappoint. The staff, rooms and overall hotel were wonderful. We love spending time at The Kimberly during the holidays. Will be back again next year.
Room was clean, updated and very spacious. Staff was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay. A lot of street noise from our room on the 5th floor made it difficult to sleep, but not the hotel’s fault.
Our room felt like a well appointed suite - I loved the separation between, kitchenette, living space and bedroom. The boutique hotel was charming. Truly the staff made the stay earn the excellent rating. I felt like the most important guest. I only stayed one night but will return for all my visits to New York.
Excellent hotel and excellent service attitude from all hotel staff, special thanks to Katy at the reception and to Arian at the roof-top restaurant for their great attitude and professionalism.
The Kimberly hotel is charming. I stayed in a suite and it was very large and nicely decorated in a sort of antique style. The lobby is pleasant, and there is an amazing aquarium outside the restaurant. The staff was consistently pleasant. I have only two suggestions: first, one of the elevators is broken and apparently has been so for some time. Get it fixed. This is NY. Hustle. Second, I recommend...

I really love the location. Quick access to the Times Square. However, the reception was terrible and rude. I hope everyone stay here will be able to avoid her.
Good location but service can be better
I have booked a partial view, 2 queen beds room for three nights. I was travelling from Boston and hence was checking in late. I have informed the hotel about the same that morning and they agreed to keep two queen beds for us. When we arrived the room was not available, they put us in two bed separate rooms with no view. The hotel was overall a good experience. We liked our stay. The lobby is on a different floor which was a bit obnoxious. The hotel room looks a bit run down but it was fine. Everyone says New York hotels are generally mediocre, but I especially loved this one! The room size was just right, the hotel was new, and the service was excellent! It felt like home! The lobby lighting was particularly warm and inviting, and the hotel restaurant was also very good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in New York!
Very convenient boutique hotel
The room was quiet and clean, a small but perfectly formed Japanese-style room. I requested a higher floor room, and the view from the window at night was quite nice.
High quality, high aesthetic appeal, and high standard
This was my second stay, for a total of two weeks. First of all, this new hotel has excellent facilities! The air conditioning is precise in temperature and very quiet. Times Square and Broadway were both within walking distance! We stayed for several nights, and they, of course, changed our towels daily. It was a fun stay, even with five of us in the room.
The room was not clean. We told the hotel desk and they act like they didn’t care.
The location was great ! However room was below my expectation, you could hear the gym noise all the time, running on treadmill and the weights being dropped all night ! The aircon was so noisy all night, it was like you were on a plane the whole night.

Everything fine, just hotel and rooms a little bit old, will need a refresh.
Good location, next to subway station. Good service, room is on the small side, will stay here again
Though not spacious, the room was immaculately clean and tidy, with city views. It came equipped with a coffee machine (generously stocked with coffee pods, milk, and sugar) and a microwave. This made enjoying unlimited coffee and hot beverages incredibly convenient – a detail we truly appreciated!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 25-minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge photo op spot. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including some incredibly good value Chinese restaurants, which are a big plus for Chinese travelers. The front desk staff provided top-notch service and arranged a very satisfying breakfast for us, which was also perfectly suited to Chinese tastes.
There was water available in the lobby, which was great because I could get a cold drink anytime. Also, the bed and vanity were large and very convenient to use.
The facilities are complete, and the service is good. Although the lobby is small, it's cozy. Getting around by subway and bus is super convenient, and shopping is great too, plus the Barclays Center is nearby.

The hotel is older and smaller than I expected. The shower drain was blocked with hairs. Very disgusting! We couldn’t continue to use the shower because the water gathered a pool in the shower area. The maintenance guy came to fix it quite quickly however it left a mess in the bathroom, with hairs on the floor and dirts on the shower mat. I had to call again for cleaning. Considering it was our first...
The room is too small and the equipment is a bit damaged
6.9.25 fabulous customer service, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming or helpful. My bed was very comfortable and, finally, this hotel had comfy pillows. The fan was loud enough to block out any city traffic noise. I gave the room a 4 only because of how dark the room felt, and some of the accessories were 6. The hallway was very dark coming off the elevator. The room was modern and comfy, and...
At reception we were rudely informed the rooms were not available for check-in before even greeting us, checking our name, or booking, in which we had previously informed them of our arrival at 11am. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and had a lovely experience! I was a bit nervous after reading some recent reviews, but everything was wonderful. I like this area, so AKA is a better choice in this area. Convenient transportation, quiet in a busy area, and many delicious restaurants around. The complaint is that the design of the room is really problematic. The lighting in the restroom is so dim, it focuses on form but forgets about function.

Everything and i mean everything was amazing about this hotel every single staff member is super sweet and friendly, rooms are spotless and big and prefect, prices are great if you bundle. There is plenty to walk to around if not train right down the road the only thing that was bad was the parking ill never ever take a car again no where to park at all.
We are torn about this review. Partly because we cannot do printed justice to how well you run the place and partly because we don’t want anyone else to know how well run it is so that we keep availability all to ourselves whenever we need you. Hmmm. What to do what to do….
The staff at 3 PM was a highlight. Everyone was professional. My issue mainly was the room and the fact that this hotel did not show adequate photos of the room prior to my day the room itself was clean. There were a few damages that could easily been fixed some spackling work.
Close to the 7 train. Nice neighborhood
The room was like a stylish apartment, had two bottles of water in the fridge, sofa bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. Housekeeping was friendly too. Someone was always there to open the entry door for you. Would have loved to have a few snacks and drinks in the room (would have been happy to pay!)
Polite, front desk, clean room Downside room was not ready at three for check-in heating and air conditioning. System was so loud. It woke up multiple times at night as well as the overhead fan.

Clean room and wonderful staff. One thing missing were snack and beverage choices in the first floor executive lounge. I will return to this Hilton whenever I visit Brooklyn.
The room was fine. However, we were misinformed as to the Valet parking as it related to in and out. We were told that Valet parking didn’t have in and out parking, when the website clearly said it did. Additionally, the towels were cheap and shedding i got piece of cotton all over my body drying off. I recommend they reorder new ones.
