Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan / Chelsea, New York1 / 20

New York, 135 West 30th Street (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The room is up to interior design trend but with humility smell. The bath towers are old and thin. The pillows are hard, and the mattress is soft not firm enough, I end up with neck and back pain the next morning and didn't sleep well at all. The TV shout down during the middle of the show.
The hotel is in a good location, but the view from the room window is really shabby and can only be closed. I booked a standard room with twin beds, but I was given an accessible room, which I was not used to. The washbasin was very small and could hardly hold anything. I booked breakfast, but the hotel gave me a $10 voucher. If I ordered a la carte, I would have to pay the difference with tax, which...
The hotel staff is very friendly and the location is great, right in the heart of Manhattan, making it easy to get around. The room is small but cozy, the surrounding area is convenient, and the service is thoughtful! The bed is a little soft, but this seems to be a common problem in all American hotels.
Located in the heart of Manhattan, the room was a bit small. But it was convenient. My Ctrip booking included breakfast, but it only offered a 20 yuan discount. There's an Ichiran Ramen restaurant across the street, but I've already warned you about the pitfalls.
This hotel has poor soundproofing. The clatter of dozens of exhaust pipes and boilers filled the air outside the window, making it impossible to sleep. There's a bar on the first floor, and the noise was so loud until 2 a.m. that I had to take sleeping pills to fall asleep. Rooms 1113 and 1115 were right next to each other, and we were woken by the banging of doors. Furthermore, his room light was...
The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for travel! The hotel facilities are relatively old, but still clean and tidy; the service attitude is also very good!

Exceptional Stay - Thanks to a Remarkable Staff Member Especially Maria! The hotel is in an excellent location, and overall, it was a delightful stay. One regret is that the rooms were made smaller during the latest renovation - a real shame. Additionally, the bathrooms are lacking shelf space, which makes it difficult to store toiletries conveniently. (we upgraded from the Deluxe 1 Queen Bed (fit...
Lovely old hotel -- clean, comfortable. Some rooms are pretty small as you'd expect in a building this age. There is no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker in the room. The French café near the entrance, just off the lobby, is first-rate. The cocktail lounge is cozy for a nightcap. Service is superb.
I checked in again and specifically requested that the window not face a wall. This made the room feel much more spacious. The room was large, but the bathroom was really small. Overall, it was very good value for money.
Very satisfied Sanitation: Very good Facilities: Good Environment: Beautiful Service: Enthusiastic ❤️
The family suite is very practical, with a good environment and convenient surroundings. It is close to Central Park, very convenient for shopping and traveling, and the service is also quite meticulous. I will consider booking here next time.
The room is small, but the bed is big enough! Overall it's good, because the location is good, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Natural History are within walking distance! Special thanks to the long-haired Asian lady at the hotel front desk. Although she can't speak Chinese, she can understand what we say and is very enthusiastic to help us. Thank her very much! Five stars for her

Excellent location, making it easy to get around. Overall, from the facilities to the service, and the environment to the staff, everything left a deep and wonderful impression on us. We'll definitely recommend it to friends and family. The daily prices, however, fluctuate quite a bit.
Every staff member I encountered was wonderful. We even received champagne as a welcome drink.
Service: Typical New York style, quite serious and by-the-book. If you arrive early, they'll take your name and number and call you when a room is ready. Room: Although small, it's very clean. The location is excellent, very close to Times Square with lots of attractions and shopping nearby.
The breakfast is pretty good. And the service is good as well, the location is in the center so it convenient to take bus or subway.
location was great, the hotel itself was comfortable. The room were big enough both bedroom and bathroom. will stay here again when in NYC.
The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. It's quite spacious for a hotel near Times Square in New York. The location is convenient for transportation, and the receptionist on the first floor is very friendly, always smiling and greeting me when I come and go, even remembering that I've stayed here before. There's no water in the room, so remember to buy some outside...

The Four Seasons in NYC certainly lives up to its reputation in some ways, but the experience didn’t fully justify the price. The location is fantastic and the property itself is undeniably beautiful, with elegant design and well-maintained spaces that feel luxurious. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though slightly less impressive than expected for a hotel at this level. While everything was...
The four seasons never disappoints, no matter where we go, the rooms are spotless, the staff is delightful, and the place is unmatched.
Great location, the hotel inside was beautiful, the staff were the best. Food good also
4 Seasons, 7 Stars! flawless. excellent. best stay in nyc. I have stayed in many 5 star places in nyc, but this place deserves 7 stars compared to them!
Very nice hotel with helpful, courteous staff. Very nice accommodations after walking and exploring the city each day. Located just a couple blocks away from the 9/11 Museum which is emotional and very well done - Take the tour and you'll learn things you never knew. The hotel is also close to Wall Street and the Wall Street bull, St. Paul's Chapel, Freedom Tower, Brooklyn Bridge and the Obelisk. Stage...
We had a fantastic time at the Four Seasons NYC. From the moment we checked in until we left. Our flight was very late, 5+ hours late due to an American Airlines equipment problem. A nice hotel in downtown manhattan, really convenient to go to many tourist attractions
The room was very comfortable, clean, and felt high-quality. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Wall Street Charging Bull. It's also very close to Trinity Church and the New York Stock Exchange.
Great location, and the price was decent too. The room was a bit small though.
Front desk was helpful in assisting us with a HVAC issue. Breakfast was not spectacular, even pricey, but it was doable with the breakfast vouchers. Water temperature fluctuated during shower between hot and cold. Other than these small issues, it was a nice stay.
This Garden Inn in Manhattan, New York, is an absolute gem for short-term stays, offering unbeatable value for money! Its location alone is a huge win, right in the heart of downtown. You can walk to the Wall Street Bull in just a few steps, and public transportation nearby is incredibly convenient, making sightseeing and dining out a breeze. Great location, rooms a little small, free coffee and tea in the lobby and lounge, ideal for exploring south Manhattan and taking a ferry to Brooklyn or Staten island.

We got upgraded which was very nice. The place was beautiful. Only thing is that our room we couldn’t adjust the temperature and in November having the AC on and not being able to turn it off made the room very cold. Otherwise everything else was great. Location was perfect for us because we had a wedding close by. Night time gets a little weird. Wall st use to be a quiet area but it became a party...
The room was dirty, the tissues were blue and dusty, but the staff were very welcoming.
It's been two weeks since check-out, and the deposit hasn't been returned! I booked for someone else and paid with my card.
The room was great! However, the parking lot management was chaotic. One staff member insisted on a tip before parking, making up various excuses like it was late or the car was oversized. Also, they would make me pay the parking fee twice with my credit card, otherwise they wouldn't let me park.
The location is excellent. The subway is nearby, and most of Wall Street is within walking distance, which is a huge plus. The ferry terminal is also nearby.
I cannot believe this is a “Hyatt Centric”. No way is it a 4-star hotel, the best I would give is 2-star! The same hotel in Hong Kong is almost like a 5-star with so much more to offer hotel guests. This one in NYC is absolutely unacceptable. The only positive thing is a spacious room. The room has two paper cups and nothing else! No coffee machine, not even a hot water kettle, no tea or coffee… when...

Just back from a Christmas trip to NYC. I’d firstly like to comment on the service at this hotel, which was AMAZING! The workers in reception are more than helpful. The hotel is located next to fifth Avenue, shopping malls, cafes and Korean town. Walking around and finding for food is easy. The room is small, but functional and clean. I have stayed here for 3 days. Customer services are very responsive when I request to change bed sheet, bring water kettle and water. I would recommend solo travelers to stay.
Absolutely phenomenal staff at this hotel, we were immediately welcomed by the whole staff who made us feel right at home! Rooms are good, small but very comfortable and with wonderful views. Food was great and we will absolutely be back the next time we come. I can’t say enough thank you’s to the staff at the hotel for everything they did and making our stay so amazing!
The hotel cannot be better placed!! For my first time in New York, I wanted to be well-placed and not lose time taking the subway. I walk mostly because it is a 20-minute walk to Broadway theatres/Times Square, about 10-15 minutes' walk to iron flat building and Grand Central Station, and less than 5 minutes' walk to the Empire State Building. Even via 5th Avenue it took me 30 minutes to reach Central...
The service and location is great. The rooms you see on tiktok that are great views are mainly on the top 3 or 4 floors and on a certain side of the building. My view was ok from the NW corner 23rd floor but it definitely could've been better by not half of it being a building being redone. Other than that its great, I would stay here again! My wife and I have stayed at the Equinox Hotel several times and continue to love its design, comfort, and wellness-focused atmosphere. The rooms are immaculate, spacious by NYC standards, and beautifully minimalist — one of the most relaxing places to stay in Manhattan. That said, this visit showed a few slips in consistency. Service remains friendly (big shout-out to the front desk at check-in,...
Only stayed here for one night on a quick trip, but can't wait to return. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. (Don't miss a lovely walk on the high line just steps away) The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room (28th floor) was very comfortable, and the views are insane. We had an exceptional visit for my wife’s 30th birthday. I messaged ahead with special requests that were exceeded. I only asked for a bottle of wine and they brought balloons, a beautiful script handwritten card, and a cake. We received a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful view of the city. The location was unbeatable for all that we were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

Great location. Big room. Friendly staff. Terribly designed bathroom faucet. SLOW elevators. Ventilation system periodically squealed loudly
Only issue we had was the shower leaked onto the floor since there didn’t seem to be anything there to catch it but overall BEST hotel stay I’ve ever had in NYC! It was right where we wanted to be our entire trip and everyone was so helpful and nice. The room was perfect for our two night stay. Will definitely be staying here for the rest of our trips out here!
Lights were poor. Shower stall had water squirting on the floor. Bathroom sink had an oxo faucet that was difficult to set between low and high water flow.
We stay for seven nights and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the hotel itself. The location is fantastic my wife and I walk every day so it was perfect travelling into Central Park and a nice long walk down to the Statue of Liberty.. I would definitely return to stay in the hotel. We had a king-size deluxe room which was perfect, lovely and clean every day.. if Time Square is your thing...
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this 5-star hotel. On the third night, I found a very cockroach in my room, which is absolutely unacceptable for a property of this standard. I reported the issue to the front desk, but since the hotel was fully booked, the room change was only arranged the next day. While I understand the situation, I still expected a faster and more professional response...

The "Standard" room was larger than I expected and very comfortable. A sitting area with multiple seats as well as a queen-sized bed with a great mattress. Hydration stations on each floor. Spotless room, very attentive staff. Highly recommend!
Scarface-era vibe The hotel has been recently renovated with a design that channels a Scarface-era vibe—think updated 1970s with plenty of chrome and glass blocks. This hotel is really close to the Javits Center in New York, about a 10-minute walk, which was super convenient for my business trip. The hotel is new and fresh. The location is also pretty decent. The shower is made in a bit weird way - the water leaks out sometimes. Overall, totally recommend it.
Wonderful hotel. Came back again. Main issue is the breakfast. You need to order 'room service' from a budget and enter your credit card details (not charged up to 25$). Other than that - everything is 10. Staff is amazing and they are very flexible. Location is awesome.
Very satisfied with the service and amenities provided at this hotel, provided some fantastic memories, will definitely return
The hotel is near the subway station and it’s safe to take the subway then walk back to the hotel. It’s near a lot of Chinese restaurants. Good service too.
