Everything was perfect! My first time staying at this hotel and won’t be my last! Very clean, staff was amazing and the area is everything from the food to the views!

Stayed here for my boyfriend‘s birthday. Truly enjoyed it beautiful hotel. The only one thing that I would change is the fact that the elevator doesn’t go straight to the ground floor, you have to stop on a second then go to the ground. Other than that the staff was amazing and it was a great location.

The hotel was great, no complaints. Vehicle parking was a problem, though: the cost to park in the underground garage was $62 per day. Parking my car there literally doubled my cost to stay at this hotel.

The room was spacious and liked that the floor had a microwave alongside the ice machine that provided filtered water.

Loved the location. It was a New Year's Day so the bar in the hotel was closed. They offered a wine tasting which really wasn't a wine tasting. They gave one wine without context. I'm a light sleeper so the sound of the HVAC system cycling on and off was annoying so I didn't get good sleep. Overall I will not choose this hotel again. It met the need for walking distance to my dinner reservation at Hell's Kitchen for my birthday.

Outstanding service.Everything was perfect.Lots of places to eat.The pier was peaceful and inviting .Loved everything about this hotel

This is the 4th time we stayed at this hotel. Major dining room and bar was closed for renovation. Air conditioning was not functioning properly and was very loud. Valet parking too expensive. Could not get any room service or service to room, needed creamer for coffee when calling the person frantically answered the phone and asked if I could come to the lobby and get it because she was the only person working.

This property is in a great area with lots to do. Able to walk to all monuments so great location with the sea side vibe!

Communication regarding phones being down was missed. 2 ladies working the Front Desk were a bit too arogant at check and forgot to mention the phones. The light fixtures were stained with bleach, and when trying to shower, the shower handles were leaking and sprayed all over the place. OMG a joke. If your home is better than this hotel, choose to pay an additional 50-100 + for a better experience. The gentlemen at the front office on Saturday am were dressed professionally, and very kind and professional. I would come again for them only, but honestly? I doubt it.

Great service, FANTASTIC authentic Chinese food. It was quite literally one of the best food I've had in a while. If you're in the area or considering this place, DO IT! It's absolutely worth the couple extra bucks. Four people and the bill rounded to about 100$. Totally worth every penny!

Terrible service. Made a reservation for 13. Get seated. Appetizers took 45 mins and after an hour we asked for our mains and they told us another 15 mins! We left. Found a great place nearby with great food and great service called Kilrans.

Very slow and will deny you a particular order if it's too difficult bc of the size of your party. We called ahead by a week and only had 5 ppl.
