We had a chance to stay at The Lyle on a recent visit to Washington, DC. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff were all courteous and helpful. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. Don't hesitate to book a room!

Lyle hotel is such a gem located in a quaint neighbourhood at DuPont circle. It is quiet yet close enough to all the major museums in DC. It is also located within close proximity to numerous restaurants. The only flaw was a lack of tabletop in the bathroom, which made it difficult to place toiletries in the bathroom.

This was our fifth visit to The Lyle. It is situated in a perfect location to access most sites by foot, and is only a short walk from a Metro station. Rooms are well decorated, with plenty of space, individual AC units and Nespresso machines alongside an incredibly comfortable bed. There is a gym situated on the lower level which is sufficient for a hotel stay, and a lovely bar and restaurant off the lobby. Staff are always friendly and helpful throughout our stays.

My husband booked this restaurant for my 26th birthday!!! Amazing food!!! I enjoyed the attention from the waiters. The chef came out to sing me a happy birthday song. Food was great! Not too pricey. A lot of people !

Relatively highly priced Mexican restaurant, offering a more sophisticated dining setup than the normal fake Adobe walls and pictures of donkeys set up. You'll pay for the upmarket decor. Food is not bad, but there are better Mexican options in the city to be found. I would recommend coming in the summer when you can sit outside and watch the world pass by, and this is definitely a good spot for groups too.

I Love Lauriol Plaza for the fajitas and swirl margaritas! Gave them a 4 star because when my party arrived they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to wait around 15-20min and the tacos only came with 2 tacos which left my 10 year old hungry and eating off my plate by the end of the night. Definitely a great restaurant that I encourage everyone in the DC area to try at least once.

Great food at a great price. Entrees are filling. Chips and salsa are complimentary. They have daily specials and a good happy hour (only available at the bar, though). Seating at the bar is limited, so go early if you want to take advantage of the happy hour deals.

One of my favorite places in DC! The swrvice is fast and excellent. Drinks are delicious along with the food. The chips and salsa are fresh and amazing every time. Great location for large parties.
