Staff was very friendly, was a little bit of a hike to the metro but not too bad, very comfortable room with good storage and a nice clean bathroom. Comfortable bed as well.

Room was nice, first one was cold, second was good, no hot water in faucet. Still a cute place but do ask for a room not facing the street.

This hotel pleasantly surprised me in the most wonderful way—I’m absolutely delighted. I chose it for our family vacation mainly because of its location, but it exceeded my expectations in every way. What I loved most is that it’s a small hotel, which I truly appreciated. The rooms are very spacious; I stayed in a double room and was genuinely impressed by how large it was and by the beautiful view. The cleanliness is impeccable. The service was outstanding, especially from the ladies at the front desk. Everything is within walking distance along a lovely promenade. I would definitely stay here again every time.

Clean, very nice hotel in central DC. Modern, good sized rooms. Nice extra touches such as morning coffee in the lobby. Friendly staff.

Our room and the hotel were very clean. The room had nice decor and we were pleased with the amenities. Complimentary breakfast was included in our one-night stay. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for ride share. Shout out to Antonio and Tiffany at the front desk. They were very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area and getting around. An overall great vibe. We will definitely be coming back!

Pricing is not transparent. $200 incidental deposit, as standard on check-in. As with all hotels told I would get the deposit back on check-out. This is no problem.
However, on check-out told there is a $25 'amenity charge per day," as standard and not optional. So a secret charge after prepaying for my room.
Room was not serviced despite me asking for it to be on my way out at 1pm. The guy the front desk even called housekeeping in front of me. He said it would be taken care of. When I got back the room was exactly as I left it. No service.
Room was specious and comfortable.

The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was nice as well but there was no pressure to the water for shower. not enough (or not at all) supplies to the room ( napkins, towels, ear buds, cotton pads etc). Location was very convenient.
