Samarkand, Yusuf Khos Khojib Str. 16/18 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Lovely small hotel with friendly staff. Large rooms look like they've been newly refurbished. Local breakfast is available and is a good start to your day
Good size room and lovely pool. Needs some repair works but overall a good stay.
Lovely guesthouse with very helpful and friendly staff
The pool is a lovely way of relaxing after a day exploring Samarkand. Plenty of restaurants close by. 20 minute walk to the Registan. Limited English spoken by the staff but but Google translate got round that
The kitchen is limited, if you want something to eat or drink at night, you can buy from nearby markets at day time and eat or drink at the garden or your room. There are refrigerators at the rooms
Maybe not the most comfortable rooms on the market, but great hospitality! Thanx to Zamira & the staff. The staff can speak Uzbek and Russian, also a little bit English and Turkish
Samarkand, Ulitsa Bahodir Yalangtush, 47 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The staff speak good English and were extremely helpful in getting me cabs to wherever I wanted to go. Taxi from the railway station cost 17,000 som and to the Registon was 15,000 som. To Urgut I paid 32,000 per hour
Had a two nights stay here, and it was very pleasant. Old school house and the rooms was very spacious. Nice living room and dining area. Conveniently located in the international quarter of Samarkand.
The location is also excellent—it’s a lovely area with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance
Good hotel overall, very large rooms, swimming pool, great service.
The only issue for me: they used the hammer until late and really early the morning once. Not ideal for an hotel.
It offers a very individualized treat because rooms are very limited in number! Kind personnel, nice and big rooms, nice breakfast and silent! Only thing to improve is the wifi conexion (a bit slow)
He’s incredibly attentive and treats his guests with genuine warmth, which really stands out. The rooms are spacious and full of character, with vintage furniture that seems to have its own story

Best Hotel i stayed in in 2 Months Central Asia! Beds ard comfy, ac is working well, quite a lot of space even in the Bathroom, Shower pressure is good for Central Asia
I didint know how to go shakhrisabz, he introduced me a tour company more affordable price than other company. People can speak good English. Free fresh water also you can drink
Price: I got the best deal from Agoda i must say, very Good value for money
We stayed in room 102 for the first night. I highly recommend not staying in this room. The noise level was terrible, and the room was very small. We spent the second and third nights in room 302, which we booked
But there was nothing to go with them – no sour cream or jam. It would have been nice to have some local oriental sweets. But that's just a personal preference. I recommend this hotel; I give it a full rating
A nice new, modern hotel in a very convenient location. We could walk to almost all the sights. The beds were very comfortable, with orthopedic mattresses. The price definitely matches the quality
Samarkand, Ibnsino Street 1 Samarkand 140103,Ibnsino Street (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
I had a great time. Wi-Fi is available for free, close to the highway. There is a kitchen, the attitude of the workers is good, the service is exemplary👍👍👍😀😀😀.
Big size rooms . For this price this in best option. I got for 1 person per day 14 usd only. Big room with large bed
Tomorrow was excellent, we were kindly invited to the table and served rice porridge, tea of our choice, a plate of cherries, bread with butter and jam
We stayed there yesterday as a group. Everything is clean without any "surprises". The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and wardrobe. The Internet is stable and fast
The hotel itself is quiet, except for one of the disadvantages of its location - a busy highway. If your room faces the road, be prepared to hear the noise of cars passing by. The staff was polite and kind, no negativity
On the nuances - upon arrival, the bathroom smelled very strongly of bleach, the air conditioning did not work. Also, grocery stores are not close here; you need to walk to them for about 15-20 minutes
Samarkand, Toshkent trakt 5B (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The best place to relax, all the amenities are there, the breakfast is delicious. The service is excellent 👍
Location is the best!!!! The main thing is hotel staff uis professional!!! And can speak in russian and so many foreign languages breakst is best
The location and room renovations are excellent! However, the breakfast is disappointing; the selection isn't extensive, and besides tea, hot water, and coffee, there's no warm food. Everything they have is cold.
We really liked the beautiful new hotel, everything was great, special thanks to the guys for their hospitality, and special thanks to Muhammadzhon, the admin.
Everything is fine, but keep this in mind when sleeping with your feet facing the Qiblah.
The host is very nice, the service is very polite, I am very happy.

Excellent location just behind kukladosh medressa
Really comfortable bed, the most comfortable of our holiday. The room was really big and even had a fridge, a a kettle with coffee and tea
Other points:
Good WiFi
Decent breakfast buffet
Good views of the mountains from the rooms at the rear of the building (or certainly from the top floor where my room was located)
Overall, if you're searching for a hotel in Samarkand, this would be a strong choice
Clean, great location, 2 water bottles a day! The room is pretty much brand new at this point. The desk staff has been friendly and there is a good mix of coffee and restaurants a few minutes walk away.
Amazing big breakfast with really tasty somsas and good coffee
More importantly, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were made very welcome and were looked after by everyone
What a lovely hotel. Every single person there made me feel like a member of their family. The rooms were wonderful, the location was perfect. And I felt like a treasured guest. Thank you. You are a hotel with a heart.
A fantastic stay at Meros Boutique Hotel!
The rooms were spotless and well-sized, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is perfect — close to everything you might need

Khasanova Mavlyuda with her granddaughter. Very good, comfortable guest house. the host and his family are very hospitable. May Allah multiply their good deeds. Looking forward to next summer
This was without doubt my best experience in a guest house in Samarkand. The house and every room was very tastefully designed with obvious passion. Cleaning was continuous and impeccable
good guest house. Comfortable, clean, homely
Especially the host Valikhon turned out to be a very hospitable person.
I advise
They noticed that we were distressed and invited us into their guesthouse to relax until the roads opened again. If you stay here, I can guarantee that you will stay with very kind, welcoming and helpful people
By far our favorite stay in Uzbekistan. This family run hotel is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and has big, comfortable rooms, amazing AC, and the most helpful [English speaking] hosts you could ask for
They helped us , the other guests and also tourists they met on the morning of the triathlon race when all the roads were closed. We will always remember their spontaneous hospitality and their kindness
Samarkand, University Boulvard, 140129 Samarkand, Uzbekistan (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Breakfast was OK – nothing special, but got the job done. Staff was lovely – very nice and helpful. Good location right next to Tamerlane’s mausoleum and walking distance to a number of sights
Towels were scratchy and the sheets on the very hard bed were rough. The A/C worked well, but made odd crackling noises. There was a lovely terrace on the roof with nice views
Pleasant room, helpful staff, lovely breakfast, great location. No elevator.
Our room was a decent size – a little dated, but OK, and acceptably clean
Despite the goodwill and availability of the staff, some details reflect a lack of knowledge of hotel traditions: no kettle for making tea, no bottled water, no storage (wardrobe with shelf) for clothes
The front desk staff was very kind and I was very happy. It was one of my most memorable experiences in Uzbekistan. It's a little far from the tourist center, but the staff will help you call a taxi
Samarkand, abdurasulov 55, Pastargom Str. 55, Samarqand viloyati (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The rooms are spacious and easy to use, with hardwood floors and good air conditioning, making them very comfortable. There are plenty of amenities, but a refrigerator would have been nice
It's close to Registan Square and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is also excellent.
◎I was able to watch YouTube on the TV, and Netflix if you have an account. You could quite often hear the sound of running water in other rooms and people in the hallway, so it might bother those with sensitive skin
The room was very good and very quiet. The front desk service was also very good. I came at around 3 o'clock in the morning and the front desk service was very enthusiastic. The breakfast is very rich and free
The hotel's excellent location in the old part of Samarkand, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. Registan Square was a 10-minute walk away, and the Gur Emir Mausoleum was a 15-minute walk
Excellent hotel and very accommodating and friendly staff, always eager to please. The prices are considerably fair, the room was large and beautifully decorated
Samarkand, Mullakandov ko'chasi (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The boss upgraded the room for free. Considering the hotel's location and price, this hotel has a very suitable price/performance ratio, good facilities and excellent service. It is worth recommending.
good one!
even there was no view at all in my room I was pretty happy with the place. quiet and safe, privately owned place. breakfast: average, but good and healthy
It offers good value for money, but the owner is a bit strange and difficult to communicate with.
The service is good, the price-performance ratio is good enough
It's very close to the attractions, about a 10-minute walk. The staff were very friendly and checked us in quickly. It's a great place, highly recommended. The price is also very reasonable
The room was clean, with a beautiful courtyard, typical local style, the owner was kind and hospitable, there was 24-hour hot water, and it was close to the main local attractions, just a few minutes' walk from Registan Square
Samarkand, 36 Mirzo Ulug'bek Ko'chasi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Recommended, very good, there is a commercial street around, eating candy apples, the tooth was glued off, the dentistry is also good, less than 200 German materials to complete. You can walk to various scenic spots
One of the best hotels! If you’re in Samarkang strongly recommend this accommodation! Writing the review while still here. Great staff, very friendly and helpful
The room was very spacious and clean, with thoughtful extras like slippers, a bathrobe, and even a toothbrush with toothpaste!
Natalia and Mehrangiz at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful around the clock
It's about a 20-minute walk from Registan Square, but it's on a main street so it's busy and has lots of shops, making it convenient. The room was very spacious and comfortable
In addition, we are leaving early in the morning, so the staff promised to make the breakfast specially for us earlier. Thank you for making our visit so special
We were allowed to check in earlier, it was very helpful as we are traveling with small children. Great rooms, very big and comfortable
This is the first hotel I've stayed at with a coffee machine and excellent coffee (the owner personally selects the superb beans)! The staff are polite and attentive, and the breakfasts are delicious! Thanks to Trip
He was incredibly kind, even accompanying me to a nearby Plov restaurant to pick up my food and then helping me carry it back to the hotel. Although his English wasn't perfect, he was genuinely a very good person
Excellent cozy hotel. All the sights are within walking distance. Breakfasts are simply wonderful. Everything is new and beautiful. The staff is incredibly friendly.
This hotel is right in the city center of Samarkand. The service is truly excellent. Both gentlemen at the front desk were wonderful, especially Diyar
The location is excellent, right next to Siab Bazaar, Bibi-Khanym, and Shah-i-Zinda, with everything else within walking distance
I really loved this hotel! Firstly, all the main attractions are nearby. Secondly, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. Thirdly, the breakfast is delicious and varied
Highly recommended hotel once you visit Samarkand, Uzbekistan. They are 7th month old in the business. It's a family own and the owner, staffs are very accommodating. They offer delicious and generous breakfast
We stayed at Astoria Boutique for two nights and had a wonderful experience!
It’s a charming, family-run hotel with clean rooms, warm hospitality, and excellent service
The hotel’s location is also excellent—peaceful yet conveniently close to the city's main attractions, making it easy to explore the beauty and history of Samarkand
Surprise! The rooms and facilities actually look like they do in the pictures. The hotel is practically new and has been open for a month. The family that operate and own it has put a lot of love into the interior
The rooms were immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated, with a tasteful blend of modern elegance and local charm. Every corner of the room reflected attention to detail and a high standard of comfort
The hotel is brand new, just opened a couple of months ago. We got royal treatment as we were the first Americans to stay with them since they opened. Pleasant walk from the hotel to Registan square
Samarkand, ulitsa Oksaroy, 116 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
It's quiet around, the beds are clean, the shower is clean, the amenities are minimal, but for a couple of nights it's enough. The main attractions are within walking distance
Cleanliness and hygiene is very good. Within walking distance of historical sites. There is an owner who is helpful and helps you with everything
Central location, a bit hard to find at first.
Recommend you get your taxi to drop you off at the nearby monument and walk from there.
Very clean rooms and helpful hosts.
The hostel is very clean, the hosts are friendly, they cook home-cooked food for breakfast on time. They were able to check us in late at night and were always in touch
The owner was very helpful and professional. Supporting team Ms. Zara and others were very supportive and helpful.
Breakfast is sufficient and you choose from 6 options, the owner of the hotel prepares the breakfast himself
The hotel is excellent. Great value for money 👍. The service is top-notch, and the location is also very convenient. The room is clean and cozy. And the breakfast is amazing! I recommend it to everyone!!
Me and my friend enjoyed the 2-night stay at this place. The breakfast was delicious, and having it while chilling with an excellent view of the yard made for a perfect start to the day
Excellent boutique hotel in Samarkand with very hospitable staff and very clean rooms. Excellent breakfast as well with many different options to choose from
The facilities were clean and the service was polite. The shower temperature and water pressure were perfect. The location was also good.
The price/quality ratio is excellent! We'll definitely stay here again!
It's more of a guesthouse, family-run guesthouse, or B&B. Very attentive and caring staff, all rooms open onto a courtyard, cozy, good WiFi, reliable hot water, and a super location
I was greeted warmly at the guesthouse, and the location was excellent. I was also very pleased that breakfast was included in the price. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the closet
If you're looking for a great hotel that's within walking distance of Samarkand's main attractions like Registan Square and Bibi-Khanym Mosque, and offers a homemade-style breakfast cooked fresh to order instead of a factory-like buffet, then this is the place for you
It was a small guesthouse run by a family. They provided excellent service, including breakfast, and I had a wonderful time.
The room is really pretty and the cleaning was impeccable. The owners were always very caring and always ready to help. The breakfast is also very good
The breathtaking full view of the illuminated mosque was beautiful. The walk back to the hotel was a bit dark, but not a problem. It's a good location for visiting several mausoleums on foot early every morning
This guesthouse used to be a private home. No one speaks English except for the father (the owner), who works outside during the day and is only around in the early morning and evening. Overall, they were very welcoming
Samarkand, Suzangaron Street, Passage 1, 22 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was quite big and very clean, the hosts were lovely, and the breakfast really good
One of the best hotels we have stayed at in our entire trip to Uzbekistan
Really good for pleasant stay host are Really friendly and helpfully
The rooms are super clean and fresh and the yard outside gives a very calm and peaceful vibe to the place! Our guesthouse owner was the kindest and sweetest person who helped us a lot throughout our trip! Highly recommended property as the location is also very close to Registan Square with lots of shops and markets nearby
You can choose between fried eggs and poached eggs, both of which are made by himself. The small courtyard is very cozy, and it is very comfortable to sit in the courtyard and drink tea
At first I thought I was walking in the wrong direction, but luckily I was spotted by someone. I found it after calling him
Breakfast is made by the owner of the B&B himself
Samarkand, Mullokandova Street 105, 140100 Samarkand, Uzbekistan (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
And the breakfast was absolutely outstanding
They have a rooftop with a nice view, and a shady garden. It’s dusty though, and the rooms are a bit tiny, but if you stay there a couple of days it shouldn’t be a problem. Wi-Fi was good in room N11 on the second floor
The location was excellent and Mr. Furkat went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The accommodation is perfectly situated, with all the main sights of Samarkand just around the corner
First the best thing about the Hotel: It's located in a small side street right next to Registan, most of the attractions are reachable on food
It’s a dreamy place full of old stuff: wooden crafted doors, furniture, carpets, and other things. The breakfast is migrating from place to place, every time it’s different
Samarkand, ul. Iskandarova, 58 dom (in the centre) 🧭 Map
This is the best hotel in Samarkand for all kind of travelers. I will recommend this hotel specially for Europeans.
A haven of peace and tranquility, with unbelievably delicious homemade breakfasts (and evening meal if you choose to eat here). Aziza and her sister and family are the epitome of hospitality and helpfulness
Rooms are comfy, clean and spacious and excellent WiFi throughout. Excellent value for money and in good location
What a gem of a place to stay in Samarkand. All of the main attractions are within walking distance ( Registan, Gur Amir, Shah I Zinda) and after all the sightseeing, you can return to this green oasis
If you want your payment to be contributed to Uzbek society's development, gender equality, human rights' development and democratic movement, than I highly recommend to support Antica B&B's owner - Democratic Fighter of Samarkand!
As for the location, hospitality, service and atmosphere, I would put 10 out of 10
Clean comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful owner and staff, delicious food for breakfast and dinner, much locally grown. All served in the garden, very relaxing. Would definitely recommend.
