Stayed here for my last night of trip in phu quoc because I’d visited the aura beach club a number of times during my stay on the island. I was so impressed by the beach club and service that I thought I’d treat myself

I booked the Residences which is a separate building to the main hotel that houses the beach club. The room was spacious quiet and just what I needed

I prefer the other pool at the main hotel because it’s attached to the beach but it’s actually a bit quieter at the Residences pool

It’s a bustling and relatively busy hotel with lots of families but very relaxing nonetheless

Wonderful place, amazing service, delicious breakfast. We will come again (hopefully)!

Stayed 2 nights in 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Checkin staff were friendly and explained about what hotel had to offer from restaurants to pools etc. Offered late check out which was handy as had 2pm transfer to haiphong

Come here every 2 or 3 months but never seems to get bored of this place. Excellent view from the balcony (the beach). Breakfast is splendid, good service

Upon arrival= me and my wife met a receptionist name RACHEL. This Rachel had an excellent service. Got us within 5 minutes to our room. No need to wait 4 hours for 1500 to check in RACHEL got us a room in minutes

This hotel has in each room a container with at least 20 liters of drinking water. MORE than any 5 stars hotel in HALONG BAY that gives each room ONLY 2 bottles of drinking water every day

Can reheat any time by microwave or by cooking at induction. This hotel has also 2 options for laundry. The first is charging you per piece, per item. The other option is self service. On 2nd floor there is self laundry

They had always demonstrated giving more than expectations attitude for the guests and ensured to understand and take care of all our needs well before in time

The location is excellent, right next to the National Convention Center. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was very enthusiastic and even offered complimentary breakfast

Delicious food, the resort is decorated in a minimalist style of a fishing village. In particular, it has a great location right on the most beautiful beach of Khem on Phu Quoc Island

Perfect resort hotel for family with kids.  The pool, beach and water park are perfect.  Kids will surely enjoy their stay with great foods and facilities.

Be aware that there are many guests during the peak season, so it’s not easy to find empty seats near swimming pools

Our stay at the three-bedroom garden pool villa at New World Phu Quoc Resort was absolutely perfect and exceeded all expectations! The villa itself was incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out layout

Stayed on the 10th floor with a great view. There's a daybed on the balcony perfect for lounging and enjoying the sea breeze and ocean view. The overall design was very well thought out

The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. The shuttle bus to the casino, old town, and even back to Da Nang is very convenient. The only downside is that the prices inside are a bit on the higher side

Good organization of the room yet the environment are not so recommended because the smoking is everywhere!

The location is also excellent—very close to the center and to the boats, which made getting around super easy. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the hotel was with our dietary needs

We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff were amazing—so welcoming and helpful. We came as two families with five children and got four rooms. All the rooms were very clean and well equipped

Since we keep kosher, they kindly let us use their restaurant kitchen to cook our own food. That kind of flexibility and kindness made a huge difference for us

A pleasant stay in a Junior Suite with direct sea views. Spacious room with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Generous breakfast buffet. Friendly, helpful staff.

The view from the property is decent. It's not bad for the price. There are a lot of Korean package tourists. The location isn't ideal, as there aren't any restaurants or convenience stores nearby.

If you're here for tourism, don't bother here; you won't be able to get to the center by taxi. The sea is 20 meters away, but the beach is about 1 km away. They take a $100 deposit upon check-in

5 stars, but the sun loungers near the pool are broken, the upper floors of the restaurant are closed, if you think you'll be dining on the 36th floor in January and looking at the view, you won't get it, they probably only open in season

Located far away from shops but got free bus to bring you to nearby night market but limited seats and have to reserve early. Hotel room is very nice renovated. And the big swimming pool is a big highlights.

Front registration staff were very prompt making sure we didn't have to wait long to check in. No one was left unattended as they proactively made sure every customer is being served

Stayed here for a business trip. The location is quite convenient, about 7 km from the airport. They offer taxi services, and you can pay with a credit card for the approximately $15 fare

We stayed at this hotel over the Christmas and New Year's holiday. On the night of the 31st, we had a fantastic view of the New Year's fireworks right from our window

It was also very convenient to walk to several main attractions. The staff were all very warm and professional. The facilities are a bit dated, but I heard that the rooms are being renovated in batches

The hotel's location is super convenient for taking a boat ride on the river to see the night views. Getting to Han Market takes about a 15-minute walk, and the area around the hotel is quite lively

When we asked why could she not give us a straight answer, another staff told us that she is new and apologised. We wasted over half an hour waiting around when we could have been in our room

Very nice resort, well maintained despite almost no guests when we visited. Spacious and comfortable bungalows with massive and comfy beds. The staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of options

We also dined at the on-site restaurant, which featured top-notch service and surprisingly reasonable prices. For example, the grilled chicken with rice and salad was about 150k VND, and desserts were around 100k VND

Spacious room with a modern feel, close to the beach and in the Superior room (ours was room 1406) we had a wonderful balcony with sea view, out of the sun. Large pool shame it's indoors and dark with no sunshine

It's lukewarm Vietnamise style food with awful coffee. However good coffee shop downstairs. Bathroom floor floods because there is no shower screen. Little far away from the action / main beach but only a 15-20 min walk
