Love everything about this hotel ❤️ staffs were friendly , helpful and attentive . Nobody stood out because they’re all so good at their job . Front desk speaks good English and easy to understand them . They’re also very details in letting you know about their facilitates , vouchers and cafes . The lobby on the first floor feels a bit dark, but the location is great with a wide variety of restaurants and izakayas nearby. It's a shame I couldn't use the spa in the basement.

The hotel is located near a major lotte mall and has a good number of eateries although its about 20 to 25 min grab ride to the old quarter. The room is generally fine, breakfast has a pretty good spread.

The location near Sapa Lake was great for walks, and having a large supermarket next door was very convenient. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, but it was decent. The accommodation itself was clean.

Budget hotel a bit far from Lake Kiem. We move to this hotel after staying a few days near Lake Kiem. Hotel is surrounded by cafe and close to Chợ Đồng Xuân which is a good place to stroll around after few days in old quarter central. Lots of cafe for locals and less crowded street. Be prepared for GRAB/transfer pickup point which is sometimes a short distance from the hotel due to one way traffic

The hotel appears to be in a poor condition and needs major renovation. Rooms are big but you can see that they are not well cleaned. Lighting is also poor and could use more warm lights. Breakfast and service was great!

The hotel interior has some nice character. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the room service was good. I found the bed and pillows to be a little too soft for my liking so I didn’t sleep as well as I wanted. The breakfast was not bad. Overall, location and staff service good. Location of the hotel is very good. I never used a taxi in Hanoi because everything was in a walking distance even the train street.

The location was good, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. The front desk staff were not helpful, and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs ourselves since there is no elevator. The sockets in our room were not working, and the bed sheets were not changed during our stay. I was not very pleased overall and hope they improve their service, especially assisting guests with luggage.

The hotel in complex is not bad but it need to increase the services at the clients and must be more clean.

This hotel is an established, grand old hotel – very spacious and impressive! The location is excellent, with a quiet atmosphere all around. I booked a Deluxe Lake View room this time, and I could enjoy the West Lake scenery right from my room. It even rained on the second day, which made for a lovely rainy view. The hotel breakfast was good and very rich.

Stayed here for a night before leaving Hanoi. Lots of amenities here so you will never be bored. Only downside is that this hotel doesn't provide breakfast so you can order grab food, gotta try the fish noodles soup it's sooo good. Hotel Is beautiful. Must stay here.

Really nice place to stay in Hanoi. Small but a-lot of amenities like they have laundry, common kitchen, they have swimming pool and really nice room. But ofc all their staff are extra friendly and accommodating which makes it even more amazing!

It was quite disappointing there was a stain in the bathroom that wouldn't clean off, but overall, the room had a modern atmosphere, quiet to stay. The hotel is in Mỹ Đình area so it is far from tourism place in Hanoi, but good for Koreans who like to eat in Korean town.

I saw this hotel on Xiaohongshu. I heard the environment and scenery here are excellent. However, the only downside might be that it was a bit challenging to negotiate with the hotel online, possibly because it's a beautiful hotel in Vietnam, and they weren't very flexible with changing dates.

I was satisfied with everything, but I left my glasses at the pool and it was raining heavily so I asked them to check, but they kept saying they would look for them and that they weren't there. When I went to look for them in the morning, they were still there on the sunbed where I had left them. I don't think they looked for them.

The room's window was blocked by wood, so the window could not open and the sunlight doesn't come in. Because of that, room's air is bad and humid. Staff is very kind and location is great Breakfast is delicious also.

This hotel is well positioned for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It is very spacious and comfortable. However its true treasure is the staff, who all did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. In particular, Jen from the reception team was exceptionally helpful.
