It was very quiet here during our stay but the staff were friendly even though there wasn’t much to do here

Pros: Professional staff, large and clean room with all expected necessities, excellent view to the bay Cons: TV not up to a 5-star hotel, quite noisy until midnight due to the rave music from the beach.

The Chinese staff are easy to communicate with, and the breakfast is decent. **Food used to be free, but now it's not, you have to pay. This is a bit exaggerated. You might consider another Wynwood restaurant, where you can get drinks and a fruit plate. Great!

We recently stayed at the hotel near the harbour and found the room comfortable, spacious and relaxing. However, the breakfast buffet was quite average, with limited variety and some items served cold, and there was no hot water dispenser available. With improvements to the breakfast quality and hot water supply, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.​

If you like to immerse in nature, this is the resort you should booked! This resort is up in the mountains with fresh air. We stayed in a bungalow which has a nice balcony to chill. But weather was too cold to chill outside so is a pity. There’s warm blanket already lay on the bed so you won’t freeze to death during winter time😄. Breakfast was good too. Hotel should have informed me that there were construction works done just near the hotel building. The noise was unbearable and it woke me up at 8am and kept me awake till noon. By then I have decided that I will switch hotel and ask for a refund for the next two nights of stay. They provided ear plugs but that would never keep the noise out.

This hotel in Vietnam is generally quite good, and the location is decent. However, there's a kindergarten nearby, so it gets quite noisy in the mornings. Also, there are many Indian guests at breakfast, and the food is just so-so.

Positive: Great location, nice room. You can see bay view from room. Negative : 2 bottoms of water in refrigerant was chargeable minibar but didn’t have any instruction in room or anywhere, then I need to pay 40,000 VND when check out as same as all other room of my friend. There were EDM music festival on the beach, noisy music until 1AM. Hard to sleep.

Check-in was smooth and fast. We stayed on the 8th floor and the room was clean and neat. At night, the rooms were not soundproof so it was a bit noisy but the noise died down. The breakfast buffet was good and the hotel is near the beach and restaurants.
