The rooms are built right on West Lake, truly a picturesque setting! Even though it's an older hotel, the room design is thoughtful and human-centered, and everything is spotlessly clean. The overall service is attentive and thoughtful. Huygens at the breakfast buffet has a pure and gentle smile that brightens your day like spring sunshine. The soundproofing is completely lacking. I can hear people talking outside the room, pulling luggage, cleaning, and people chatting and playing near the thay ho. Perhaps because of the building's structural characteristics, the sounds echo so loudly that it feels like I'm right next to you. This hotel is a bit old, and the room was a little damp with average lighting. However, it's right by West Lake, in a very quiet area. You step out of the lobby directly onto the lakefront, and the lake view is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was quite rich, offering Chinese, Western, Indian, and local Vietnamese options. The service attitude was also decent.

Hotel is in the center of Sapa and makes it accessible to a lot of restaurants and tour group meet up place (Sapa Stone Church). This is also where the tram going to Fansipan is located. Hotel offers excellent hospitality service, complete amenities (In room: toiletries, towels, hair dryer; in hotel: gym, swimming pool, restaurant, bar, spa).

The room was clean and odorless, and the TV even had YouTube, but the internet was a bit weak. Hopefully, the internet issue will be improved in the future. It's a little far from the city center, but the price is very reasonable for a 5-star hotel. It's clean and the staff are well-trained. There is an apartment building at the back of the hotel. When I ordered Grab food, the delivery person mistakenly went to the apartment building. You need to be careful. I would like to stay here again when I come to Hai Phong.

Huge luxurious hotel with 2 reception areas. Room was tastefully decorated with a huge bath tub even for a standard room. Breakfast choices was abundant and delicious. Receptionist was helpful in booking mini bus back to Hanoi which was the greatest relieve after the ordeal encountered at the Hanoi airport to get there.

This hotel is awesome! Our room was super clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Linh from Rumba Reato was especially great; she even helped us use our points for food. Some staff weren't as friendly, though, and the Rumba manager was pretty rude at breakfast, making us feel unwelcome even though it was only 8 AM. I arrived just in time for Christmas🎄, and the hotel was beautifully decorated🤩. The room itself was very clean and tidy.

I’m super picky and I live at hotels, so I have a strong baseline. The Oriental Jade Hotel is remarkably comfortable, calm and easy to enjoy. I’ve already scheduled my return. Downsides are weak breakfast and you can hear everything through the doors. Upsides are location outside the packed old city and comfy quiet rooms.

Booked this place for my kid, loved the golden accents. The gym has a really pleasant outdoor area. There were a lot of Indian guests at the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful. The gilded steak at the restaurant on the first floor was delicious but seriously expensive.

Nice hotel, big suite room. Situated well away from anything. Early November, no infinity pool and no rooftop bar. Breakfast was china-centric, but enough items available for this Western boy. Spa was reasonably priced. It should have been super quiet, but there’s a beach party every night with booming bass techno “music” till around midnight.

This hotel have the great view to Moana but another site is facing the cemetery. Swimming pool was horrible, due to the temperature the water was fall from the ceiling, really not comfortable. Overall is okay.

This was the highest overall rating I've ever received among the 4-star hotels I've stayed at in the Bai Chay area. Many Japanese tourists also stayed there during the few days I was there, so I assume this hotel is one of those recommended by travel agencies. I've never been satisfied with similar hotels in the same area, but this was a stay that made me want to stay here again.

This hotel is located halfway up the mountain in Halong City. The sea view room has a great view. You can see the cruise ships on the beach, people playing parasailing, and the Halong Night Market. However, due to too many people staying, they are a bit neglected to take care of the tourists.

Big and clean room. Very comfy bed and nice bathroom. They have very high frequency shuttle fetchingguests to the main town area. If you are travelling by train and arrive early, you can use their shower facilities at their pool bathroom for free! Some hotels charge you extra and I definitely would recommend anyone to opt for this hotel without hesitation.

If staying in Sa Pa, this hotel’s location is great. Very near to the bus station if you’re taking a coach in from Hanoi airport. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle to the town centre which is a plus point. Breakfast was great, and the staff were extremely helpful and helpful.
