Bad value for money. Pool is very small and cold. Rooms are big but the space is not used, old and mold in bathroom.

Hanoi is too noisy and I wanted to travel quietly, so I chose the swimming pool to relax quietly. I chose Silk Hotel, but the breakfast was very poor. The swimming pool is dirty and not maintained, so it's really sad. I was disappointed

The hotel is a little old, but it was clean. It's in the middle of the downtown area, but I had a room at the back, so it was quiet. There's a bathtub, so you can relax.

This hotel is ideal for travellers, short walk to Kiem Lake and other amenities, staff are amazing ,especially Martin the manger ,always there to help.this is my second stay here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. I made a reservation for 3 nights and 4 days. When I checked in, I was told I would be taken to another new building. Once I was moved, the room I was shown to was different from the photos shown. The low ceiling had lots of black mold. The shower room was also indescribable. The room was dimly lit, I could hear the street noise clearly, and it was noisy and uncomfortable. I stayed at the imperial hotel for 4 nights and I felt very warm. Especially the staff in the lobby were all kind and enthusiastic. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious. I was extremely dissatisfied with this stay. The room assigned was not the type I had booked. The front desk said they would help change it if a suitable room became available, but despite my repeated inquiries during my stay, it was never changed. Location was great - within easy walking distance to all the major attractions. From reception to housekeeping to the waiters/ waitresses - they were kind and helpful. The location was super convenient for sightseeing, close to both the market and the old town. I used the spa and the aromatherapy massage was incredibly relaxing. However, it was a bit disappointing that the towels for wiping weren't kept in a warmer. I could hear the sound of them being washed on the spot, and they weren't wrung out very well.

We stayed a night here because of the famous infinity pool. The weather was cold in December when we got there, we could swim only 15mins then head to another indoor heated pool of the hotel. The staffs are very kind, room was good and clean.

The location is wrong, the facade doesn't match the description, and communication with the front desk staff is extremely difficult. Asking people nearby doesn't lead anywhere. The balcony door can't be locked, and it's practically connected to the adjacent balcony. The washing machine is shared by the rooftop staff. The room cleanliness is acceptable.

The biggest plus is that it's clean and smells nice. It's quiet and private (because there's no reception or anyone watching). The price is reasonable. The downsides: The water wasn't hot enough for a shower in the evening. Also, if you rent a car or check out and want to store your luggage, it has to be left outside, which doesn't feel very secure, though the security seems to be okay.

The room was clean, had a tub and most of the basic requirments, Was very close to the Sapa square, Sapa station to Fansipan and had a lot of eating and massage places. I had the pleasure of joining a 4-day tour to Ha Giang through the hotel, and I was amazed at how smooth and professional the organization was. During check in the hotel did not offer the welcome drink. The staff did not provide assistance in carrying the luggage from the lobby to the room. In fact, they refill the old plastic water bottles instead of providing new packaged bottles. Except these points, rest were fine.
