Lovely hotel.we went in the quiet season so not many people there. The gentleman behind the reception was very professional and helped us book a cruise on the bay by offering his opinion which turned out to be a fantastic trip and one of the best that I have been on. The facilities are average, only supplies for 2 people are provided for 4 people. The sound insulation is very poor. A bunch of people were making noise at the door early in the morning, which greatly affected my mood.

As soon as you arrive at the hotel, a waiter will help you unload your luggage and open the door to welcome you. The room is very clean and the bed is big but for me personally the bed is too soft.

Good service! We arrived at 11 AM, even though check-in was at 2 PM, and they gave us a room right away. Initially, we were put in a room with two single beds pushed together, but they later switched us to a room with a king-size bed. Great service very quick and helpfull. The room was very nice and clean and a great place to calm down. There was a minibar that was actually affordable if one would want to buy something there. Location is a bit of the super touristy center but with grab its a 25min ride to old quater which is not to bad if one has the time and money.

this is closed to My dinh, Korea town, so location is good, but old and not that clean as much as price is a little high.

It's alright, but it's not very flexible. Several times I've had trouble extending my stay even after booking in advance, so I had to switch hotels after a few days and come back to stay. I hope they can improve that.

Think of it as a mid-sized motel in Korea. Prices have risen significantly in Hanoi, too. It's satisfactory for the price. It's not bad for a solo male business trip. The water pressure is weak, and the hot and cold water controls aren't very good.

The hardest mattress I’ve ever encountered! Apparently the shower wasn’t great. Bathroom from the 1970’s. There seemed to be hardly anyone staying there. We went for breakfast to find an empty room and no food, staff or guests. Eventually a lady appeared and waived some noodles at us. We politely declined.
