We had a great stay at Diamond Hill. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. You feel taken care of as soon as you arrive. We appreciated the location, and it's just a quick taxi ride to the city centre

We stayed here Just few days for vacation. The hotel was really good and confortabile, Also for out three years old little girl. There was a nice Place where She could play in the evening, the room was nice

The rooms were modern,bright,immaculate and well laid out. Breakfasts were plentifull and a good varity. The staff were friendly and very helpfull,we were 3 hours early for check in and it was no problem

She spoke with taxi driver and the owner of the apartment we were next attending to ensure all went smoothly and was at end of phone when taxi driver later rang her with query (he spoke English as well as we speak Albanian!) She also kindly changed a large bank note of local currency even giving us some popular euros as she didn’t have enough local currency on hand

We had the misfortune to have our holiday to Vietnam cancelled due to the Iran conflict and were searching for a last minute off the beaten track alternative avoiding any middle east transfers

Such a warm welcome from the friendly staff… the room was spotless and comfortable ☺️The breakfast was delicious… lots of choice and the cakes were heavenly! I also highly recommend this hotel for its central location

Exceptional boutique hotel in a quiet location not too far from the main street north of the harbour. Great rooms, immaculately clean, nice beds and pillars. Breakfast was plenty and varied

I really enjoyed the stay at the Julia hotel, the owners were very kind and helpful, the room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent sitting on the terrace overlooking the sea

First floor room is a little noisy at weekends. Clean like an operating theatre! Next to a huge mall and 4 mins to major bus routes. We would not hesitate to rebook if we ever return

A friend and I booked this hotel for our trip to Tirana. It was our first visit to the city (and indeed Albania), and so we were impressed that the hotel was in a central location

The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle service either, despite this being mentioned on its website. ***** Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, some changes are needed (see above)

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Despite the hotel being above a restaurant and right next to a building site, we were never disturbed by any noise, and so slept well

There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. According to the hotel's website, breakfast is served in the restaurant. However, this turned out not to be the case

I stayed at this small hotel in the centre of Tirana in 2015, when it was run by an Italian family who were very present, kept it spotless and served breakfast

The roof terrace was not available, but you can sit outside on the ground floor, with the constant fumes of cars delivering what looks like traffic victims :-) The hotel is kept clean, fluffy towels and crisp linnen

Great costumer service, staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, parking space is in front of the building. Flat TV , air-conditioning, king bed, big windows. Is a good choice with 24h reception

For this money this is the best place to be. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. There is also a place to park which is very hard to find in this city

The pool is large and there is room for everyone. The water is nice and warm (June), and after 3 days of hiking it is extra nice to take a dip in😊

We stoped only to eat lunch, the food was very tasty very large portions, and the service was the highest we ever had, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcom and even went out to buy us candels to celebrate birhday for our son

Its just across the beach, they have their one beach which is included on room price, underground parking to keep your car fresh, the pool is bigger than other’s, breakfast is fresh and rich, their menu is very good and reasonable prices, and the service is one of the best by far in Dhermi ever experienced and that is thanks tho their manager Genti who is everywhere around

The receptionist was so very helpful. He let us transfer to the bigger hotel within the same group. His approach to clients was kind, and he spoke very good English. We were very grateful.

It’s in a great location, very close to a lot of attractions that tourists will want to meet. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Tasty food, everyone can find something for themselves. The only thing that can be done by sticking to the brand, ,,Janusze" from Poland mistook Turkey for Albania. It was a shame what to do and look

A beautiful hotel located close to the sea. The lack of a beach is not a problem. You can use the sun loungers of other hotels. Very friendly service with staff who supported the staff very often

The hotel is situated in a nice and quiet place, close to a large promenade with a lot of shops where you can buy both groceries and local specialties. The owner was very nice and helpful

Lovely small hotel in an old house, very close the bazaar centre. Good size rooms, modern bathroom. Also a small swimming pool and patio area where they serve a big and varied breakfast. Helpful staff, couldn't fault it

Staff were friendly and even alerted us to tickets for the Çobo Winery harvest festival (which was amazing!). Breakfasts were pretty good, and the terrace view over the town is great

The woman at the reception was really friendly. She even helped me to carry my bag to the third floor. Also she asked us for beach towels although we only stayed two nights. Room was really big and clean

The balcony is spacious - dryer, table, chairs. Towels and linen are changed every day. The breakfast is very good - balanced, filling. I did not get tired of it for 21 days of rest)

We only had breakfast included, but there are a lot of restaurants and cafes near the hotel. Albanian seafood is something. The hotel is very well located. We are thinking about returning here this summer

Room looks really new and smelled good. For this price i highly recommend to stay there is ksamil. We will come again when we visit ksamil next time

Parking is always challenging, but it is no different than everywhere else in the Albanian Riviera. There are steps that drop in the water. Although they are much safer than the previous option

All i have to say is that the rooms were so clean and neat the night is cheap service sooo kind and excellent food was delicious if u had problems walking u would get in this tall car and it would sent u to the beach and once we were waiting for the car to sent us to the beach and when it came another family was going to take our turn but the workers didn’t let them to add on everyone is so respectful...
