I do not want to elaborate just want to mention that the owner of the hotel showed exceptional help and generosity which I had not experienced in a long, long time

Shortly: the staff is friendly, helpful and the director/owner is a fantastic person. Thank you very much for such a pleasant encounter

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

There was a kettle, etc, for hot drinks, but only tea? There was a bit of a glitch when we went to book in; our rooms were not ready, and I felt that the receptionist wasn't very engaging

The location is really great for everything - but noisy from construktionwork right outside and the music from the restaurants, so remember earplugs. Our room was nice and very clean

The smoke from the smoking in the bar and in the restaurant in the evening (owner??) was so heavy - we could smell it on the 4. It is not okay, when we have a non-smoking room

She told us it would be about 10 - 15 mins, 1 hour later, we were still waiting with no real apology. Although I will say that she apologised at checkout then

Room was very cozy and clean, all amenities. Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area and private beach. The Restaurant down by the sea, which specializes in sea food was great

Lovely Resort overlooking the blue sea, all rooms face the sea. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a double room with my boyfriend, which for two persons is too large, but i won't complain

We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. The resort contains wooden houses that are very comfortable and clean

Good quality food and good waiters. The beach bar area was also perfect, good music in the evenings overlooking the blue sea, and the drinks are very tasty and good price

It was great - especially compared to the usual service you get in Drimadhe. The rooms can get some adjustments (maybe re-furnish?), but overall quite good

The restaurant has amazing food! We enjoyed everything this place offered us. Adventures and everything else happens to Drymades Inn

Notice must be given to turn both on. There is an area for massage but on a rainy Saturday, I asked what the possibility of arranging a massage was and was told the masseur didn't live locally, so not possible

We only had two nights here but couldn’t complain about anything. Informative and very helpful reception staff that steered us to some great eating options, as well as telling us where to avoid

A very nice hotel with a swimming pool on the roof. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent and tasty. The room was very clean and the price-performance ratio was right!

Rooftop bar and pool which makes a spot to kick back and catch up. Really close the the beach and what I would regard as the better end of the promenade

There’s a great roof top pool and bar area, which gets the sun in the afternoon. The room was small, but adequate. Breakfast was included, with lots of choice

Chose the best suite on site and I am not disappointed at all. The jacuzzi was great, the bathroom left clean and the room kept tidy at all times

In all honesty, I would score this hotel 11 out of 10! From every aspect of the friendly and helpful staff, wonderful facilities, quality comfort, well appointed spacious rooms and bathrooms, spotlessly clean, fabulous restaurant & bar facilities, reasonable cost, fantastic beach chairs and beach service, perfect location, overall, this hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed

Arrived in January at Hotel Demi to be welcomed by extremely friendly and professional staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure I found the best room that balanced beautiful location/view with a friendly price

The hotel is new and generously appointed. The sunset view from my balcony over the Adriatic and Corfu was stunning, and the bed was very comfortable after days of inland castle adventures

We come here every summer, and it never disappoints. The staff is kind, everything is clean, and it always feels relaxing and peaceful. It truly feels like home. Can’t wait to be back again next year!

Lovely, modern place with delicious local food, kids-friendly, welcoming, hard-working staff and amazing swimming pools. Sunbeds in the beach as well as around the swimming pools are not scarce

I must say this is the best hotel I've been to in Albania so far. They've got everything - two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children with warmer water, fountains and three water slides

The rooms themselves are super clean, comfortable and modern looking which made them very relaxing. The place is super family and kid friendly with lots of playgrounds and pools

There are live gigs every weekend which add up to great atmosphere of the hotel. My only concern were cables laying loosely on the floor in outdoor toilets but obviously you should wear flipflops in places like these

There weren’t a lot of choices but we tried a bit of everything and it was very high quality. I am a bit of a clean freak but I found peace at this hotel because it felt very clean and well maintained

The Hotel is a bit far from the beach so I would recommend a room on the higher floors, with a balcony facing the sea. The view made it feel extra luxurious

The rooms were a decent size, as well as a king size bed we had a sofa bed. The bathroom was modern with black marble tiles, had an amazing shower, toiletries were included and the towels were super fluffy

Salt room a big pool and even a Turkish bath is there to give you more relaxing time. We had sunset with at the Sea as View

Asena Ermira Agita Denisa (Restaurant) And the waiter for the dinner who I forgot the Name, made our trip to this beautiful hotel even more remarkable. Specially the reception team who looked after us the whole time

We couldn’t fault anything, the staff did more than their best to ensure that we had a lovely break and arranged taxi’s when we needed them. We would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at the VM Resort for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is located on the beach and is one of the nicest in the bay. Breakfast was included and was great

The hotel is perfectly located with a breathtaking view and right on the seaside! The staff were super nice and helpful. There are very good restaurants and beach clubs very close by.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay feel very welcoming

Many things that would for which you might be additionally charged elsewhere - pool towels, sauna, children's play area - are free

The rooms are clean, and the staff provide everything necessary for your stay, there is plenty of space in the hall and the lounge to simply chill and enjoy a drink

What I appreciate the most is the variety of entertainment and that this place grants, you can either enjoy yourself by one of the pools (in winter time they have an indoor pool) or spend some time with your friends at the beach bar, and even have some alone time at the gym in case you don’t want to skip your daily gym session

The pools were great for both adults and kids, and the kids club was perfect with different activities every day. Everything was very clean, our room was excellent, and the staff were efficient and friendly

Food is fine and the amount of choice is wide considering the limited size of the hotel. The employees are very kind and helpful. However, the mainpool is a bit too small when you’re with kids

I'm already planning my next trip - if I win tickets for two, I'll definitely be back for another round! Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway with friends or family

Nice, clean and big rooms. We had a good breakfast in the morning. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming. Small pool. Location too far from beach.

However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Suela and Dona. Their warm hospitality and genuine desire to ensure we had a wonderful stay made all the difference

They made my stay in Vlorë a blast. Rooms so clean and spacious really clean I will only stay here whenever am in vlore and I recommend anyone visiting vlore to come and experience true Albania Hospitality

Now I don’t feel like leaving because they gave me great hospitality, I felt like I was home, so receptive. She dropped me off in a boat port on a 15-20 mins drive and picked me up when I got back

Impressive location! I recommend you to visit the place at spring and autumn,because at the summer time it gets overpopulated. Nice beachfront club and restaurant. They have pools of different sizes and kinds

The burger had lots of tomatoes and cucumbers and hardly any meat also we have hard piece of black plastic inside that broke my tooth. We will not be coming back here during our stay

We visited the aqua park, the price to enter is outrageous. Then we could only eat there as you cannot bring food in with you and the food was disgusting

I came for holiday with my family here. The hotel is very nice. Rooms with AC, comfortable beds. The view is amazing- you wake up everyday looking at the sea. Bartender Erika is the best! Very talkative and kind :))

I recently stayed at Mediterrane Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay

It showed the level the hotel are willing to go to in order to give their clients the best stay. The hotel was walking distance to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants

The hotel is located on a hill, so you should expect some walking up and down — going down is easy, but the climb back up requires a bit of effort unless you have a vehicle

Spacious, clean room with a lovely view; higher floors are preferable. The restaurant is rather dreary, the outdoor facilities need renovation, and there's a general lack of maintenance outside.

Great to have the use of a pool and loungers on the sea front. Conveniently located. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

They even left stones in the corners of the stairs, showing little attention to detail. The pool was dirty most of the time and was only cleaned on the second-to-last day of our stay

We also had the impression that we were given two of the worst rooms, as the staff often left other room doors open and those seemed larger and in better condition than ours

The carpet in the hallways leading to the rooms is just horrible, the walls are poorly finished, and the silicone around the bathroom sinks gives a dirty impression

Rooms super clean, every day clean towels and every second day clean sheets and they also washed our beach towels and gave us their owns. It will take me a week to write about this hotel, therefore I would give 7 stars

Erta, Miki and Martina at the reception were very helpful, always kind and smiling and guided us to the most beautiful beaches nearby or anything we needed; the waiter, Alexander always smiling and always ready to help on anything we needed

Breakfast-every single day fresh and various things including traditional Albanian food 🥘 and thanks to our amazing chef 👩‍🍳 Alda who also presented various cookies and fruits

Forgot to mention the youngest hostess Roi who is the most cutest kid and very funny 🥰 and my daughter had a wonderful time. You will never regret if you choose this hotel

The perfect location in Ksamil. The pool, the room, the service and quality of the food and drinks is wonderful. My daughter and me are traveling alone. We had the junior suite with stunning view

Checking inn was easy thru very professional front desk staff, very nice guy offered help with begs to our room! Room was clean, modern! The fredo cappuccino is delicious and the pasta with shrimp was tasty as well. There is a beautiful lobby there that is huge and there are lots of chairs and couches to sit at as well as outside chairs and couches

Very clean rooms with really nice design, comfortable bed, new furniture and good look. We faced some issues in the room, but they were solved very quickly with exceeding our expectations

I had a really good stay at Kraal. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The recepsionist at the front desk was super welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to
