The check in was extremely long
Once they gave us a key we entered the room as people were walking out from it. No cleaning was offered, straight to a used room
I said that at the reception and they gave us another room, toilet flush didn't work. Bed broke as we were sleeping in it and we had to sleep a 1 person bed together since there was no other option during the night
The drainage stinks and there was hair, mold all over the place
I advise trip.com to reconsider listing this location
