The rooms were extremely dirty, the staff were rude, and the breakfast was terrible and the internet was so awful , Even the cleaning products were past their expiration date

I had a wonderful stay at Nice Hotel. Everything was well organized, and the hotel had a very cozy atmosphere. Administrator Lusine made sure I had all the information I needed and patiently answered my questions. The breakfast was delicious and the staff attentive throughout my stay. I will gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This was my first time at Nice Hotel, and I was very impressed. The rooms are modern and well maintained, and the common areas have a warm atmosphere. Administrator Lucy was the highlight—always ready to help with a friendly attitude. She even assisted me with an early breakfast when I had to catch a flight. The worst experience I had in Armenia. If you care about cleanliness, never, ever stay here.
Right after I checked in, I noticed the bathroom was filthy — mud and hair on the floor, and some unidentified stains on the table. It was obvious the place hadn’t been cleaned properly. I told myself, “It’s just one night, I can deal with it.”
But the worst part came when I tried to sleep. As soon as I lay down, my whole body started itching and I simply couldn’t fall asleep. I checked the bedsheets and blanket — turns out, they hadn’t been changed at all. It was dirty, unhygienic, and absolutely disgusting.

The receptionist was very polite and nice she also is good in english and guiding she is very well behaved
Altho the room was unclean
The towels had something on them when i looked closely seemed like it was not washed at all
The floor mat was very dirty and not washed for a long time , the slippers they give you is not good enough to wear and it rips apart as soon as you walk with it also one of the pillows had shoe print on it we had to ask them to change it and the room service is not really room service they dont really clean anything i think it is the hotels only weakness and if they change it they will do better
Breakfast is nice and complete it is good enough for a 2 star hotel

I was there for 3 nights and the room was clean and tidy and bed was comfort. Location was near metro and there was polite and kind staff but must of the time there were no body in the receiption desk. On the whole i recommend this hotel.

It’s a nice one for a short stay. It will be better if the bathroom has the edge for the shower zone
