Best Hotel Yerevan in Yerevan

Stay at this hotel if you like uncomfortable beds, shaky wi-fi, rooms with mold, cigarette smell and hate your a/c working properly!

The whole hotel smells like it used to be a cigarette factory for thirty years.
The air conditioning doesn't work. Gets incredibly hot during the nights in summer. We asked them to fix the problem and were told the manager would take care of it that day. Obviously, when we came back that night nothing had been fixed. Instead we were told that the a/c was working. Which the thermostat proved was not the case (displaying a temperature of 28°C). When we asked for a fan we were told the staff would bring us one. 15 minutes later I went down to the reception as, great surprise, no fan was brought to our room. The staff member didn't apologize for not getting back in touch with us and simply told us they didn't have any fans, which the next day would show was not the truth.
After insisting on a solution for the problem for 30 minutes we were brought to their "luxury suite" which did have a fan, but also provided a healthy dose of mold. To make things even better, the room was equipped with the worst spring mattresses I have slept on in a long time.
Another great benefit of the hotel is that they refuse to accept card payments, even though they explicitly declare to do so on booking.
Oh I almost forgot. Additionally, they provide a nice amount of risk in the form of electrical wires that are not sealed at all.

Terrible service! There are almost no electrical outlets, the beds are falling apart. There's mold in the shower.
I was staying with a business partner. Even though I booked a room with two beds, they gave us a room with one double bed. I asked for a room upgrade, and they did. But it left a bad taste in my mouth. :)

The scammers present themselves as a good hotel, but in fact it is a terrible place. We were given the awful rooms, and then they demanded to cancel the reservation, we lost 500 euros without having lived even a day. We only view the rooms and lost our money. It seems they make money by decieving customers.
