I was very easy in this hotel.
Amazing. Friendly, helpful, and available whenever you need. If I could add more than five stars I would!
Great hotel, great staff, pet-friendly, awesome breakfasts, we had the most pleasant stay we could possibly think of! Thank you, looking forward to be back :)
Decent hotel for few days stay in Yerevan. Helpful staff. Location north of cascade, possible to walk down to Central Yerevan city. 700 steps.
Very nice stay.
Coozy place.
Perfect hospitality
And Mrs.lilit is very lovely person ...
Location is exceptional. Very central. Rooms are ok. Big with extra bed. Stayed for 4 nights, room wasn’t cleaned once and I had to ask for clean towels after 3 days. Aircon kept switching off. Breakfast is good local food - you don’t get a choice of meals though. You eat what is brought to your table. Staff all very friendly. Good value for money.

We got married here, love the place and cherish the memory.
Best hotel on oneweek trip in armenia.Bigest rooms that I could to see.
Very nice restaurant "Baba Ghannouj" with beautiful view of the football stadium
The restaurant is built at the edge of a canyon and they usually lead you to a floor "-5". That's interesting but the design of interior is not modern.
Accommodating Staff especially the Receptionist Armeni. Friendly environment. Spacious room. Good view of the Mt. Ararat. Love the free breakfast, knowing I'm Asian and a rice lover. Love the concept, lobby in first floor, rooms seems like going underground, like i stayed in -5 level of the hotel.
We loved this hotel! The staff was always so friendly and helpful, especially because Karlen and Sevak were always onsite and answered all our questions. We haven’t experienced this exceptional service in a long time, and it was truly a joy to get to know the whole staff. The premises were always kept clean. The menu had a variety of delicious, and fresh local offering thanks to Anahit, the chef. Nor...
I have stayed in this hotel on my last three visits to Yerevan.
The greatest thing about it, is the location! You can access anywhere in the city by foot, and public transportation are so close.
The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they will do everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. They speak English well, and they will solve your problems before you even acknowledge them.
Rooms...
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Rooms were not the best though. You could smell cigarette smoke inside the room; bathroom fitment is old; everything seemed semi-fresh.
I stayed there for 2 weeks, and the staff were very polite and kind, answering all questions , the room was always clean ..the reception was helpful too .. Met some nice friends .. I will stay there again next time .. I recommend anyone for a cozy and nice hotel.. Great price too ... Thanks !
The hotel is reconstructed in spring 2017. Before that it had other name and was not very nice one. All old comments belong to the old hotel which dont exist anymore. Now new name is Nor Yerevan. It is in the very center of city just 2 minutes walk from republic square. New building is nice, well equiped, very clean, kitchen is located in the first floor and just next to hotel is Jean Paul existential...
Rooms were great, location was decent
Insisted we paid in cash
The location is good, but it's hard to find. The shower has weak water pressure, and the drainage is also poor. The front desk is kind and friendly.
Nice hotel, located right in the centre only a 5 min walk from Republic Square. The room was clean and spacious and quiet at night. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. My only concern was that staff accidentally gave a key to my room to another guest who let themselves into my room. We were both very confused! It was a mistake but as I was travelling alone it was a little worrying...
Perfect cozy hotel. Very clean, modern decor.
In the center of Yerevan with all facilities around, sas and yervan city supermarkets, parks.
Walking distance from republic square and northern avenue.
Receptionist are super friendly and talk perfect english
I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a non expensive central clean hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Nice Hotel. Everything was well organized, and the hotel had a very cozy atmosphere. Administrator Lusine made sure I had all the information I needed and patiently answered my questions. The breakfast was delicious and the staff attentive throughout my stay. I will gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
This was my first time at Nice Hotel, and I was very impressed. The rooms are modern and well maintained, and the common areas have a warm atmosphere. Administrator Lucy was the highlight—always ready to help with a friendly attitude. She even assisted me with an early breakfast when I had to catch a flight. That kind of service makes all the difference.
I recently stayed at Nice Hotel Yerevan and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet quiet and peaceful enough to truly relax.
The rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The attention to detail really shows, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities.

A Truly Wonderful Stay at Nice Hotel Yerevan
My experience at Nice Hotel Yerevan was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to every detail—always ready to assist with a warm smile.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable...
The receptionist was very polite and nice she also is good in english and guiding she is very well behaved
Altho the room was unclean
The towels had something on them when i looked closely seemed like it was not washed at all
The floor mat was very dirty and not washed for a long time , the slippers they give you is not good enough to wear and it rips apart as soon as you walk with it also one of the...
I was there for 3 nights and the room was clean and tidy and bed was comfort. Location was near metro and there was polite and kind staff but must of the time there were no body in the receiption desk. On the whole i recommend this hotel.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Their beautiful smile makes my day.
The room rate matches the quality of the property. The staff is friendly and all the necessary amenities are available. The biggest advantage is the convenient transportation: the subway station is a six-minute walk away, and there are six bus lines right outside.
I’m very happy with our stay at this hotel. They hosted our group perfectly and took care of every detail. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and truly delicious — made right on the spot, which is rare these days.
The place was clean, comfortable, and felt safe. The staff was kind and helpful, and the whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel!
I’m very satisfied with the hotel! They hosted our group tour wonderfully and took great care of everything. The breakfast was absolutely delicious ,fresh, varied, and prepared right on the spot, which is something you rarely find these days.

We stayed at this cozy mini-hotel and were very pleased! The rooms are clean, stylish and thought out to the smallest detail - everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, we felt at home. A great option for both tourists and business trips. We will definitely come again and recommend it to friends!
"I had a wonderful experience at this mini tourist hotel! The room was neat, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions. The hotel’s location was ideal for sightseeing and exploring the area. It’s a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again!"

Over all everything here was perfect, only thing is that when I was in the shower a cold water connector fell out from the toilet and they changed me 20 euros for it. And it was 3am and needed to get to my flight so I had to do it but over all other than that everything was incredible
Convenient location. Helpful staff. Room cleaning every day. Everything is great!
Very good hotel, good location, but a little bit of soundproofing, plus my room has no curtains so I will be woken up by the sun during the day, but it is in line with this price
Friendly and welcoming staff. The central market is nearby. It's a 20-minute walk to the Republic Square. It's a 25-30-minute taxi ride to the airport. The prices for accommodation at the hotel are very high! Breakfasts are varied and normal. The room has everything you need, slippers, robes, green tea, coffee, a bottle of water. There is a paid minibar in the room. You can only watch TV via YouTube...
Nice place to stay; friendly staff a
Great hotel with a great location. Breakfasts are delicious (buffet), internet is fast, the decor is beautiful, the rooms are clean. We recommend visiting, we really liked it. We would be happy to come back again! 👍🏼
The hotel is really nice. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and even upgraded us to a larger, more comfortable room. The bedding was of excellent quality - very clean and soft. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. One of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the indoor pool and sauna.
The only small downsides is that the hotel is located about 1,5 kilometers from the city...
Steff was really nice and friendly, and whenever we had a question or needed help they responded very quickly. Everything was great, especially the breakfast.
Their breakfast is soooo good! Looked forward to the breakfast every day.
Super friendly & helpful staff!
A Hidden Gem in Yerevan – Highly Recommended!
We stayed at the Dave Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our plans changed at the last minute, and we stumbled upon this hotel by chance after reading great reviews—and we’re so glad we did!
It was our first time in Yerevan, and although the hotel seems far from the city center on the map, it’s actually very convenient. You can reach the...
A Mediocare Hotel.
The hotel was mediocre. There were stains on the carpet and chairs. The air conditioning was not working. The hotel was in an isolated location with no restaurants or amenities near by. The breakfast was very basic.

Location was good, hotel was clean, room and bathroom were spacious. Receptionist was helpful and pleasant. Common areas for the group to meet and relax were basically non existent. Breakfast was a big disappointment. No marmalade, jam, or honey. We had to ask for coffee. We had to chase staff for hot water after the flask left for us was empty. However on some days they offered fried chicken, rice...
The hotel has a perfect location in the centre of Yerevan, allowing you to easily visit many sites & monuments on foot. It is clean, with very good, friendly & helpful reception staff. The hotel offers 6 rooms, however the lobby area cannot cater for 12 persons and is often occupied by staff members. The breakfast room is very small and there was no staff contact at breakfast. There were shortcomings...
Central but quiet location. Close to bus stops and supermarkets. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped: frigobar, desk, many electric plugs, TV. Modern bathroom and shower, with hairdryer. Breakfast served downstairs.

Amazing 3 star hotel. You get a lot, out of your money. Amazing management, friendly staff, and very clean. Solid WiFi, Central A/C.
Visa and Mastercard worked well.
Nice and clean and very cooperative staff
The rooms are adequate. They could do with a little refurbishment, but nothing drastically wrong.
My 19 day stay included a couple of missed room cleanings (which is not great) and the breakfast was slightly repetitive for such a long stay.
The gym was well fitted out and the staff both there and in the hotel were friendly.
Whilst there are better hotels in Yerevan, the gym and pool more than make...

I spent a whole week at this hotel. It was good in terms of cleanliness, service, and the hotel staff were very helpful, especially the lady at reception. There is no free breakfast; access to the pool costs 3000 dirhams. There is a Lebanese restaurant next to the hotel. There is a mall a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and there are markets nearby. I recommend it.
Today it's 39th day that I'm in Armenia, in White House Hotel. It's realy good hotel and It have realy good swimming pool with amazing bar.The rooms are very good and confortable. The Food is just amazing, and i have tried first time hookah for 3 4 times and it was very good.I think White House Hotel Is the best in whole Armenia.

A very homey hotel with delicious cuisine. Sleep very quietly, all the windows face the courtyard. The rooms are clean, the minibar is well-stocked.
Fantastic homemade wine, oven-baked food.

I arrived to the hotel at 8:00 pm the day of my reservation and forgot to inform them that I will be late! Then I received a surprise call from a friend who also arrived to yerevan and I decided to change my hotel and stay in my friend's hotel! They was very friendly about my decision, cancelled my reservation without any charges and offered me coffee until my taxi arrives! I will surely come back...
Cleanliness arghh but it’s fine I don’t have any choice I was freaking tired that time that I just need a bed to lay on and rest, the receptionist was so good tho feels like we’re playing charades but I appreciate her help so much.
Good hotel and compared to its 3 star ranking, it was beneficial. The management was iranian guy and one of the staff was iranian too. But the rest of staff neither speak farsi nor english. It was not very clean and bad smell bothered us. Breakfast was not self service and mostly iranian students seeking US visa, go there. Good location and fair price.
