Over all everything here was perfect, only thing is that when I was in the shower a cold water connector fell out from the toilet and they changed me 20 euros for it. And it was 3am and needed to get to my flight so I had to do it but over all other than that everything was incredible

I spent a whole week at this hotel. It was good in terms of cleanliness, service, and the hotel staff were very helpful, especially the lady at reception. There is no free breakfast; access to the pool costs 3000 dirhams. There is a Lebanese restaurant next to the hotel. There is a mall a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and there are markets nearby. Today it's 39th day that I'm in Armenia, in White House Hotel. It is a very good place , good cleaning and good staff

I arrived to the hotel at 8:00 pm the day of my reservation and forgot to inform them that I will be late! Then I received a surprise call from a friend who also arrived to yerevan and I decided to change my hotel and stay in my friend's hotel! They was very friendly about my decision, cancelled my reservation without any charges and offered me coffee until my taxi arrives! I will surely come back...

Cleanliness arghh but it’s fine I don’t have any choice I was freaking tired that time that I just need a bed to lay on and rest, the receptionist was so good tho feels like we’re playing charades but I appreciate her help so much.

Good hotel and compared to its 3 star ranking, it was beneficial. The management was iranian guy and one of the staff was iranian too. But the rest of staff neither speak farsi nor english. It was not very clean and bad smell bothered us. Breakfast was not self service and mostly iranian students seeking US visa, go there. Good location and fair price.

Quiet place and very private The staff are all great though they speak not so much English but understandable and polite. The hotel is further from the city but public transports are available in the bus stop nearby. If you have a car it is very convenient because you have your own parking enclosed beneath your own room.

Thank you to the staff for the excellent service; you made sure I'd want to come back! They did my laundry and ironed it professionally, brought coffee to my room, called a taxi, and so on. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the hotel's location: a 10-minute taxi ride takes you to the city center. The 24-hour City store is nearby. There's also a bus stop right nearby.
