Very lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Beautiful and clean. So close to cascade. They let us store our bags for a mini trip. Definitely worth money and would stay again on return to yuravan.

I had a wonderful day in Armenia with Maison Heritage Hotel as ifs near to everything in the city especially close to Cascades and North Avenue. We are two bicycle routers and need a quiet place after all the adventures. Red Hot is the best value for your money. Clean rooms and quiet(our window was towards the yard). Also we needed a save place for our bicycles and the yard was perfect for it. They have an inviting pool as well, but we didn't use it. The city center is easily reachable on foot. We had a great stay.

The towels were dazzlingly clean. As were the bedsheets. The mattresses, however, quite possibly predate my grandmother. We also wasn’t expecting to share the apartment with cockroaches - hopefully they paid their share.

It is very good and walking distance to the city centre. The owner was so kind and friendly. During my stay for 3nights everytime I go to their reception, the owner will always tell or asked me to come and seat relax in the garden because they garden will swimming pool. The room I booked is exactly the same what is in their advertisements. The owner is friendly and very kind during my stay

Tge location of the hotel was great. It is near center like by an 10 minutes on foot you will be in republic square. The hotel has a great pool with beautiful yard. It was worth of satying. There is also a parking place shere you can park your car. It was really amazing it worts of stay. I recommend you to come and stay here. It is a beautiful enjoyable family hotel. Thank you so much.

We did not want to leave after 5 nights, we really felt like home. The room was very clean and we loved the big and well equipped kitchen in the basement.

The rooms are small, not all have their own shower/toilet - be careful when booking. The room is clean, there are toiletries. The bed is fresh, the bed is comfortable. I checked in late at night - they just gave me the key, showed me the room and put off all the formalities for the morning, wishing me a good night's sleep. There is a shared kitchen with a refrigerator.

Stayed here for 9 nights. It takes 15 minutes from Republic square on foot and 8 minutes by taxi. Location is ok not inconvenient. Room is clean and well managed. Staff very kind and you can use rhe kitchen. Satisfied in staying here. Taxi fare from city center is about 700-1500 dram yandex taxi. If you are budget traveler recommend this guest house.

It was a nice place to stay. The room was smaller than I’d expected but the beds were very comfy, the showers had great pressure, and everything was good. They have a clothes drying rack in the bathroom. You can hear neighbors through the hall, but they have quiet hours from 2200-0800, and we used a white noise machine and everything was good! Guys, we stayed here for 1 night in early March 2024. The hotel is located in the private sector, not far from the airport. In principle, good rooms and polite staff. The cleanest most incredibly personal experience of any hotel i have ever stayed at. The staff were bilingual and incredibly helpful throughout our stay from laundry to arranging taxis and meals delivered to the hotel. I cannot recommend enough. The hotel exceeded all our expectations! Its location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We experienced a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but the hotel staff were always available and, above all, professional. They truly made us feel safe, welcome, and right at home!

The employees are extremely professional and kind, they quickly solved the problems we had. Also, the hotel is in a prime location, about a hundred meters from the main square. The location is perfect, service also good. My main complaint is about the noise as the rooms face the street and it is on the first floor. The windows isolation is poor. I could not sleep due to the cars passing by. I guess if it is not a problem for you, it might be a good option.

I really liked the place. It's a cozy place with renovated rooms. It's close to Republic Square. You can wander and explore the city easily. Our room had a balcony so we could smoke. The reception was super friendly and helpful. Our room was too hot, they sent someone who serviced the AC quickly and gave us an extra fan.

This hotel is right next to the highway with no pedestrian crossing and it is not very convenient to take an Uber as the driver has to take a detour to get back to the city which makes the fare more expensive, however the overall hotel is ok

A Mediocare Hotel. The hotel was mediocre. There were stains on the carpet and chairs. The air conditioning was not working. The hotel was in an isolated location with no restaurants or amenities near by. The breakfast was very basic.
