Everything was fine. The price was low and reasonable, so my expectations were accordingly modest. The room is spacious and includes a living room and kitchen. The breakfasts are good, and the staff member serving breakfast is very friendly.

I'd like to thank the hotel staff for such a warm welcome and for their kind attitude towards us from start to finish. Breakfast was included and very delicious, with some homemade products as well. We checked out of the hotel at 2 AM, so they kindly offered us some items from the breakfast to take with us and eat before we left. The best thing is the breakfast. It's different every day. There's a small swimming pool for swimming. The service is friendly. It's a family hotel. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Yerevan Steps.

It's hard to expect much from a 3-star hotel. So we weren't surprised by power outages, water problems, broken furniture and a wild layout (a bedroom without windows is not ok, seriously). A huge plus for the hospitality of the staff and their help. If it weren't for the latter, it would have been a complete failure.

We spent an enjoyable six nights at the hotel despite the being some minor problems with water supply and noisy neighbors. This B&B is in a great location. It felt a bit rural when I first arrived by taxi, but it's actually very close to convenience stores, subway stations, and bus stops. Nice small hotel in the middle of Yerevan. Service was very friendly. We had the room under the roof to the back and the room was nice but small and a bit dark. The breakfast was good but again in the basement, no windows. Overall the stay was nice but slightly overpriced.

A small, cozy hotel. There's no elevator, but the young man at reception helped me with my suitcase immediately. Nice, stylish room, everything you need. I stayed for one day and had a great time. I recommend it.

Guys, we stayed here for 1 night in early March 2024. The hotel is located in the private sector, not far from the airport. In principle, good rooms and polite staff. The cleanest most incredibly personal experience of any hotel i have ever stayed at. The staff were bilingual and incredibly helpful throughout our stay from laundry to arranging taxis and meals delivered to the hotel. I cannot recommend enough. Situated in a very quiet part of Yerevan, is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring such a incredible capital city.

This hotel is right next to the highway with no pedestrian crossing and it is not very convenient to take an Uber as the driver has to take a detour to get back to the city which makes the fare more expensive, however the overall hotel is ok

We had a late check-in (around 00:00), they waited for us, everything in the room was clean, clean, two towels per person, air conditioning was on. The hotel room is amazing, it was an impromtu/walk in booking but the reception happily accepts me, thanks to the availability. What i liked in the hotel, that didnt find in most hotels is the set of utensils ready for use at anytimes. For traveller like me, its absolutely convenient, i can buy my food & enjoy in room. A Mediocare Hotel. The hotel was mediocre. There were stains on the carpet and chairs. The air conditioning was not working. The hotel was in an isolated location with no restaurants or amenities near by. The breakfast was very basic.

The hotel is renamed to Saryan Hotel. What they offer is not equal to a 4-star Hotel. There is no even a fridge in the room. The location is geeat: Saryan Street is beautiful, lively and full of good cafes and restaurants.
