This one is average , there good hotels in Yerevan but Nare is not one of them.

People and staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and very safe. Patio door to balcony doesn't lock...they don't have kettle or iron provided to rooms either ,which is standard in every other hotel in europe.

One of the best experiences of my life! The hotel is located in the business area and you can't easily reach the touristic area. However, the room was so clean, room service was perfect (mini bar, cleaning service, toilet), staffs were so kind and helpful, and we left the hotel with a nice memory. A very cozy hotel near the metro. It was beautifully decorated for the New Year. All the amenities were in the room (tea, hairdryer, slippers, refrigerator). The staff was polite, always helpful and helpful, offering recommendations on interesting places and cafes, and even preparing a packed lunch for the trip. Nice small hotel, good location, tasty breakfast, walking distance to Metro station.

A good breakfast in the beautiful dining room or even in the gallery. The hotel owners are friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms, and one had a refrigerator, which was enough for us. It's a relatively short walk to the metro and not far to the center by car. Taxis in Yerevan are inexpensive.

Comfortable hotel, nice staff, met us, answered all questions. The room is clean, freshly renovated, has all consumables, hair dryer, kettle, air conditioner, Wi-Fi works. For an additional fee we bought a delicious and hearty breakfast, they packed it for us to take with us, because we were in a hurry for the flight.

Very good accommodation experience, everything else is good. It takes a long uphill walk from the subway station. It's hard to walk with a suitcase when you have bad legs. Fortunately, it's also very good to take an online taxi and the fare is very cheap.

Resting with his wife in mid-July. The impressions are very good, I especially liked the fact that despite the location in the city center, the hotel itself was quiet and comfortable. The pool and a cozy table under a walnut tree saved the 40-degree heat. Special thanks to the host for hospitality, helpfulness and icy spring water. We highly recommend it to everyone!

Great little hotel right next to a big supermarket. The hotel is close to the metro and the republik square. The shower is great, the AC works and the bed is big. Our room was downstairs so we didn't have any Windows But we only Came in late to sleep so it didn't bother us.

I’ll give 5star for an excellent job for the staffs and facilities. I was a solo traveler and they treated me like a family, I was very happy and satisfied with the service even though they couldnt understand english that well but they were still ready to help! Great service. We arrived much to early but it was no problem to enter our room! That's a thing you don't see much these days. The host, knowing that we couldn't exchange money and didn't have a phone card, drove the car himself, helped us buy cards, and was kind enough to lend us money before exchanging money. Friends from other countries I met at the hotel were also very grateful for the kindness of the owner.Also, the hotel staff prepared our meals with such attentive kindness that it felt like we were living at home.

Decent hotel for few days stay in Yerevan. Helpful staff. Location north of cascade, possible to walk down to Central Yerevan city. 700 steps.

Its a good place given the price being under 40 dollars. Its clean, seems to be recently renovated and the staff are great! Dont expect a breakfast buffet, 24 hour room service with a swimming pool and jacuzzi for that price.

Property is located at an excellent location (about 5 min walk to the Republic square and adjacent to the President's residence I was told) - though getting in and out is via a small lane. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean too. The breakfast was served in the room and was very good. I am not sure how, but some parts of the floor were heated...

Don't let the decadent exterior of the building fool you. This hotel is great. Nice, clean, spacious and newly renovated room. Very helpful and friendly stuff. Conversation is English is not a problem. Breakfast is okay but could be a bit more varied.

Location is exceptional. Very central. Rooms are ok. Big with extra bed. Stayed for 4 nights, room wasn’t cleaned once and I had to ask for clean towels after 3 days. Aircon kept switching off. Breakfast is good local food - you don’t get a choice of meals though. You eat what is brought to your table. Staff all very friendly. Good value for money.

The restaurant is built at the edge of a canyon and they usually lead you to a floor "-5". That's interesting but the design of interior is not modern.

I have stayed in this hotel on my last three visits to Yerevan. The greatest thing about it, is the location! You can access anywhere in the city by foot, and public transportation are so close. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they will do everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were not the best though. You could smell cigarette smoke inside the room; bathroom fitment is old; everything seemed semi-fresh.

The hotel is reconstructed in spring 2017. Before that it had other name and was not very nice one. All old comments belong to the old hotel which dont exist anymore. Now new name is Nor Yerevan. It is in the very center of city just 2 minutes walk from republic square. New building is nice, well equiped, very clean, kitchen is located in the first floor and just next to hotel is Jean Paul existential...

Nice hotel, located right in the centre only a 5 min walk from Republic Square. The room was clean and spacious and quiet at night. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. My only concern was that staff accidentally gave a key to my room to another guest who let themselves into my room. We were both very confused! I was there for 3 nights and the room was clean and tidy and bed was comfort. Location was near metro and there was polite and kind staff but must of the time there were no body in the receiption desk. On the whole i recommend this hotel.
