The hotel is renamed to Saryan Hotel. What they offer is not equal to a 4-star Hotel. There is no even a fridge in the room. The location is geeat: Saryan Street is beautiful, lively and full of good cafes and restaurants.

Fantastic location, room with huge windows over looking a tall tree in bloom and the street below. The staff were excellent - we approached them with some queries and requests for assistance in various matters - all of which were responded to quickly with care and good cheer. They went out of their way to make us welcome and help, which meant a lot. Lovely tasty breakfast, and a great shop downstairs...

Room was clean with air conditioning. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The hotel is on Saryan street which is very lively and has a great of bars and restaurants. Also the property is 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city center which makes it a great choice when staying a few nights in Yerevan.

Very well located, clean rooms. The best was the staff. Stela at the reception was kind to make us reservation in restaurants as well as ordering us taxis. Liliya prepared us amazing breakfast in the morning and had our rooms super clean. Artak opened us the door when we could came up late at night

I have been in this spa/sauna many times. The service is very friendly, the area is clean, food is tasty, prices are also reasonable compared to similar saunas. It's a great place to spend a nice time with friends. Will definitely visit it again.

All the staff were very, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing, breakfast was tasty. We stayed here while our motorcycle was being repaired and found the hotel very nice. This one is average , there good hotels in Yerevan but Nare is not one of them.

People and staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and very safe. Patio door to balcony doesn't lock...they don't have kettle or iron provided to rooms either ,which is standard in every other hotel in europe.

Staffs are very friendly and very flexible. My flight was 5pm and as per the rule I had to leave the room 12pm but they let me stay until the time I wanted.

We had quite the amazing experience at this Hotel. It had a mountain view which we weren’t able to enjoy day 1 because of the weather, but wow was the view amazing when the clouds cleared on day 2. Such a great shower and the front desk gave us complimentary wine along with some cheese and chocolates. Such a great stay

I would definitely recommend this guesthouse. Very friendly staff. The guesthouse allowed us to do early check-in at 6 AM in the morning. The breakfast is served between 9 AM-10:30 AM. However, the caretaker lady kept breakfast for us upon request so that we could wake up late and still enjoy the breakfast. The hotel is 10 km from the city centre. However, the nearest bus stop is just 2 mins of walking...

Resting with his wife in mid-July. The impressions are very good, I especially liked the fact that despite the location in the city center, the hotel itself was quiet and comfortable. The pool and a cozy table under a walnut tree saved the 40-degree heat. Special thanks to the host for hospitality, helpfulness and icy spring water. We highly recommend it to everyone!

Great little hotel right next to a big supermarket. The hotel is close to the metro and the republik square. The shower is great, the AC works and the bed is big. Our room was downstairs so we didn't have any Windows But we only Came in late to sleep so it didn't bother us.

Nice small hotel in the middle of Yerevan. Service was very friendly. We had the room under the roof to the back and the room was nice but small and a bit dark. The breakfast was good but again in the basement, no windows. Overall the stay was nice but slightly overpriced.

Great service. We arrived much to early but it was no problem to enter our room! That's a thing you don't see much these days. The host, knowing that we couldn't exchange money and didn't have a phone card, drove the car himself, helped us buy cards, and was kind enough to lend us money before exchanging money. Its a good place given the price being under 40 dollars. Its clean, seems to be recently renovated and the staff are great! Dont expect a breakfast buffet, 24 hour room service with a swimming pool and jacuzzi for that price.

Property is located at an excellent location (about 5 min walk to the Republic square and adjacent to the President's residence I was told) - though getting in and out is via a small lane. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean too. The breakfast was served in the room and was very good. I am not sure how, but some parts of the floor were heated...
